With the in-depth promotion of the “Belt and Road” initiative, China-ASEAN has ushered in a new chapter of digital economy cooperation. At present, China-ASEAN digital economy coopera-tion has a good foundation and a series of cooperation results, and the “Digital Silk Road” has been promoted significantly. However, digital level imbalance, digital cross-border obstacles, digital pan-security intensification has become a constraint to China-ASEAN digital economy in-depth co-operation of the predicament factors. Therefore, the three major measures of strengthening the foundation of digital economy, optimising the digital cross-border environment, and jointly resolv-ing digital risks have become the key to sharing global development opportunities and further deepening China-ASEAN digital economy cooperation.展开更多
