The gas sensor is based on a platinum microelectrode and a porous polymer film, which is directly connected with the gas-containing atmosphere. The gas sensor is very sensitive, selective, and reproducible for detection of SO2. The linear range over 0 10 mg/m 3 to 150 mg/m 3 and the detection limits is 0 05 mg/m 3.展开更多

The optimum composition of eluent was 6 mmol/L malic acid and 3 mmol/L ethylenediamine(pH=4 0). The effects of malic acid concentration, ethylenediamine concentration and pH value on retention time were studied in details. The method was used to determine Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg and Ca in whole blood and serum with satisfactory results.展开更多
