北疆巾帼志愿服务创新发展研究

北疆巾帼志愿服务是社会志愿服务的重要组成部分。近年来,内蒙古自治区妇联积极应对时代变迁,不断完善政策举措,逐步形成社会合力,努力优化北疆妇女儿童生活发展环境,取得了显著成效。同时,北疆巾帼志愿服务工作面临一些函待解决的问题。为进一步推动北疆巾帼志愿服务与新时代文明实践有机融合,着力打通引领、服务、联系妇女群众的“最后一公里”,应结合典型志愿服务工作创新发展经验,进一步完善制度保障、突出“妇”字特色、发挥“联”字作用、优化招募机制、进一步强化培训机制;健全激励机制,传递北疆巾帼正能量,使北疆巾帼志愿服务工作为内蒙古现代化建设发挥积极作用。

In this paper,the author summarized the present situation of studies on the Epic Kharangghui in China,dividing it into the subject research and integrated research,and points out the deficienciesin the previous studies,put forward the need to pay attention to some problems in the study.
