The Way of Improving the Efficiency of Teaching and Learning Vocabulary in College English Class

Teaching vocabulary plays an essential role in English class. How to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning vocabulary has attracted much attention. This paper tries to analyse the importance of vocabulary and the problems of teaching and learning vocabulary. The author will give the corresponding strategies from the point of involvements of knowing a word.
