本文采用NO_2^-快速测量红细胞膜对阴离子的通透特性.NO_2^-跨膜运输进红细胞内后,和血红蛋白相互作用,使后者变为高铁血红蛋白,改变了红细胞内血红蛋白的吸收光谱,进而影响细胞悬浮液的光学特性.据此,测量加入NO_2^-后红细胞悬浮液在... 本文采用NO_2^-快速测量红细胞膜对阴离子的通透特性.NO_2^-跨膜运输进红细胞内后,和血红蛋白相互作用,使后者变为高铁血红蛋白,改变了红细胞内血红蛋白的吸收光谱,进而影响细胞悬浮液的光学特性.据此,测量加入NO_2^-后红细胞悬浮液在特定波长处光密度的时间变化,即能追踪阴离子跨膜运输的动态过程.红细胞膜阴离子运输专一性抑制剂DIDS能抑制约70%的NO_2^-跨膜运输.在15-38℃温度范围检测了NO_2^-跨膜通透速率的温度特性,给出活化能为60KJ·mol^(-1). 展开更多

在受注射卵能成功发育为个体的当代(GO),及由这些个体产下的后代(GI)中,研究了蚕卵显微注射的各种条件对获得成活个体数量的影响,以及被导入家蚕早期胚胎的重组质粒的命运。带有果蝇自主P-因子2.9kb的质粒,随同一个含有Hu-a2IFN基因的Ca... 在受注射卵能成功发育为个体的当代(GO),及由这些个体产下的后代(GI)中,研究了蚕卵显微注射的各种条件对获得成活个体数量的影响,以及被导入家蚕早期胚胎的重组质粒的命运。带有果蝇自主P-因子2.9kb的质粒,随同一个含有Hu-a2IFN基因的Carnegie20质粒的衍生物或者含有与P-因子系统无关联的劳斯肉瘤病毒长末端重复DNA复本质粒注射之后,被注射的胚存活率为15—30%,出蛾率为10—15%,GO蛾体中7—10%含有外源DNA序列,这些外源DNA序列在GI中也能找到。根据这些资料得出结论是外源基因DNA在受注射胚的体细胞及生殖管细胞中都得到了复制。在GO及GI蛾体内发现被导入家蚕卵的重组质粒以结构上改组的染色体外的分子形式存在,这些结构上改组的染色体外的分子在体细胞和胚生殖管细胞中的特性是不相同的。 展开更多

The influence of carbon fibre content on the tribological properties of polyarylate based composites materials

The analysis of scientific-technical literature has shown the prospectiveness of applyinghigh-temperature thermoplastic polymers - among which there are complex aromatic polyesters -as constructive materials. Mixed polyarylates of DV mark based on diphenilolpropane and themixture of iso- and terephtale acid are mentioned to make the most valuable practical interest. Forimproving technological and exploitation properties the authors of the article have suggested toreinforce the polymer linking element with uglen-9 mark. Combination of the composition compo-nents was realized within the rotating electromagnetic field with the help of non-equiaxial ferro-magnetic elements. The study of tribotechnical characteristics (coefficient of friction, intensity oflinear wear, temperature in the contact zone "polymer specimen - counterbody" of elaborated car-bon plastics) has been made at the disc machine of friction. Investigation of exploitation regimes’(specific pressure and slip velocity) influence on the mentioned properties of the initial polymer hasshown that polyarylate can be recommended for work at values of PV criterion not greater than 1.2MPa · m/s. Hardening the exploitation regimes is accompanied by the catastrophic wear of plastic.Reinforcement of polyarylate with carbon fibre is noted to enable significant improvement (to de-crease the coefficient of friction, to increase resistance to wear) of tribotechnical characteristics ofcarbon plastics. The most optimal is the content of carbon fibre in polyarylate in amount of 25mass.%. 展开更多

Solid state ^(13)C NMR spectra of a series of naphthol-1 and naphthol-2-arylazo--deriva- tives were studied and compared with respective results in solutions.Signals of carbon nuclei of naphthalene ring were assigned.Tautomeric forms of compounds were determined.It was shown that 4-(p-NO_2C_6H_4)-azonaphthol-1 and 1-(p-NO_2C_6H_4)-azonaphthol-2 in solid state existed ex- clusively in quinohydrazone form.The other two compounds——1-(C_6F_5)-azonaphthol-2 and 2-(p- CH_3C_6H_4)-azonaphthol-1 in solid state were not found in the form of individual tautomeric mixtures but in respective tautomeric equilibrium form.Thus,during transition from liquid to solid state, the tautomeric equilibrium was practically unchanged.In solid state it was found that rotation around aryl-N bond was hindered in the time scale of NMR spectroscopy. 展开更多
