[目的]开发一种联苯吡菌胺原药含量测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用Waters e2695型高效液相色谱仪,依利特C18柱进行分离和定量分析,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比69∶31),流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为259 nm。[结果]联苯...[目的]开发一种联苯吡菌胺原药含量测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用Waters e2695型高效液相色谱仪,依利特C18柱进行分离和定量分析,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比69∶31),流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为259 nm。[结果]联苯吡菌胺在0.0396~0.7920 g/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;精密度及重复性试验的RSD值分别为1.17%和0.54%,平均回收率为99.88%。[结论]该方法高效、灵敏、准确,可用于联苯吡菌胺的定量分析。展开更多
