A smart medical service system architecture is proposed in this paper to increase medical resource utilization and improve the efficiency of the medical diagnosis process for complex business scenarios in the Medical ...A smart medical service system architecture is proposed in this paper to increase medical resource utilization and improve the efficiency of the medical diagnosis process for complex business scenarios in the Medical Internet of Things(MIoT)environment.The resource representation model theory,multi-terminal aggregation algorithm,and the resource discovery algorithm based on latent factor model are also studied.A smart medical service system within the IoT environment is then developed,based on the open source project.Experimental results using real-world datasets illustrate that the proposed smart medical service system architecture can promote the intelligent and efficient management of medical resources to an extent,and assists in the develop towards digitization,intelligence,and precision in the field of medicine.展开更多

We conducted a short-term shading ...Improved understanding of the link between photosynthesis and below-ground processes is needed to better understand ecosystem carbon (C) cycling and its feedback to climate change. We conducted a short-term shading and nitrogen (N) addition experiment from June to September 2013 to investigate the effect of photosynthate supply by Manchurian Ash (Fraxinus mandshurica) seed- lings on soil respiration (SR). Shading significantly reduced SR in early and middle growing season, but not in late growing season, leading to a decrease in mean SR by 24 % in N-unfertilized treatments. N addition increased mean SR by 42 % in un-shaded treatment. The stimulation of SR was largely attributed to accelerated autotrophic respiration by increasing photosynthesis, leaf area index and belowground biomass. Shading reduced mean SR by 32 % in N addition treatment. The strengthened shading effect on SR resulted from N addition was because of more photosynthates supply at low soil temperature. Our findings highlight the predominance of photosynthates supply in regulating the responses of C cycling to global change.展开更多
Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. O...Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. Additionally, these datasets can be used in studies of potential ozone formation and atmospheric oxidation, as well as simulations of ecological processes.展开更多
Background:An understanding of vascular anatomy is crucial for the safe performance of laparoscopic anatomical liver excision.We discovered a triangular zone during the laparoscopic right liver surgery and termed this...Background:An understanding of vascular anatomy is crucial for the safe performance of laparoscopic anatomical liver excision.We discovered a triangular zone during the laparoscopic right liver surgery and termed this zone the APR triangle.The purpose of this study was to determine the probability of the existence of the APR triangle and elucidate its various forms.Methods:Analyzed three-dimensional image reconstructions of 66 individuals who underwent liver surgery and calculated the statistics for various types of APR triangles under various grouping settings.Results:The APR triangle was present in the majority of cases,with right hepatic vein trunk type in 68%and right hepatic vein branch type in 21%,respectively.The angle between the right anterior and right posterior hepatic pedicles(AP&PP)was at most between 45 and 90°(74%).There was a 35%chance that at least one of the AP&PP was longer than 2 cm,and a 39%chance that both were.The right posterior pedicle first branch would appear at the bifurcation of AP&PP in 13%only.Conclusions:The APR triangle is objectively present and may represent a practical zone for performing laparoscopic right hepatic anatomical resection more simply and safely.展开更多
