目的 根据石家庄本地情况对《老年人跌倒干预技术指南》的跌倒风险评估量表进行相应调整,评价社区老年人的跌倒风险,为石家庄老年人的跌倒干预预防提供依据。方法 采用国家卫生计生委的跌倒风险评估量表,结合石家庄本地社区老年人的... 目的 根据石家庄本地情况对《老年人跌倒干预技术指南》的跌倒风险评估量表进行相应调整,评价社区老年人的跌倒风险,为石家庄老年人的跌倒干预预防提供依据。方法 采用国家卫生计生委的跌倒风险评估量表,结合石家庄本地社区老年人的跌倒危险因素,应用统计学方法,找到适合石家庄老年人跌倒风险的评估工具。结果 被调查的1609名老年人中,292人有跌倒史,1317人无跌倒史。调整后的高危组跌倒比例由调整前的67.6%升高至81.4%(χ2=3.86,P<0.05),低危组跌倒比例由调整前的4.2%降低至1.2%(2=14.61,P<0.05)。结论 调整后的跌倒风险评估量表更适合石家庄本地老年人的情况,对老年人的跌倒预防起到重要作用。 展开更多

The active-fault-alarm (AFA) has been developed to achieve fast recovery of various network services, but the false-alarm still exists when applied to 10 Gigabit ethernet positive optical network (10G-EPON) in power grid. To solve this problem, an active fault alarm based pre-protection (AFA-PP) scheme in 10G-EPON system for power grid is proposed in this paper. The AFA-PP scheme takes full advantage of the AFA technologies, and allows conducting pre-protection operation in advance. Analytical and experimental results suggest the better performances of the new mechanism and show that the AFA-PP can solve the false-alarm problem efficiently. 展开更多

As virtual networks services emerge increasingly with higher requirement of flexibility and robust, great complex challenges caused by physical-layer impairments are presented to the elastic optical networks(EON). Aimed to solve this problem, this paper proposes a physical impairment awareness based virtual network mapping stragegy of EON. The physical impairments awareness model is established, including both of linear factors and nonlinear ones. On this basis, this paper proposes a virtual network mapping strategy with detailed procedures, combined with node importance factors during the virtual network mapping procedure. Test results show that the proposed approach is able to reduce blocking rate and enhance services supporting ability of EON. 展开更多

Light-weighted services awareness scheme of the IP and optical converged network

As internet services newly emerge with diversity and complexity, great challenges and demands are presented to both IP network and optical network to support various services. Aimed to solve this problem, this paper proposes a light-weighted echo-state-network(LW-ESN) based services awareness scheme of the software defined IP and optical converged network. This LW-ESN model adopts the ring topology structure inside and generates the probability output result to determine the quality of service policy of IP and optical converged network. Moreover, the LW-ESN based service awareness engine is also designed in controller node of IP and optical converged network to perform services awareness by obtaining service traffic parameters from IP and optical layers, together with necessary working procedure. Simulation results show that the proposed approach is able to improve the services-oriented supporting ability in terms of blocking rate and delay time. 展开更多
