叶绿素荧光动力学特征反映植物的光合生理潜力,可作为植物引种驯化的辅助手段。选择8个猕猴桃主栽品种(中华猕猴桃红阳和Hort16A,美味猕猴桃金丰、徐香、海沃德、米良、翠玉和华美2号),比较了快速光响应曲线、初始斜率(α)、最大电子传... 叶绿素荧光动力学特征反映植物的光合生理潜力,可作为植物引种驯化的辅助手段。选择8个猕猴桃主栽品种(中华猕猴桃红阳和Hort16A,美味猕猴桃金丰、徐香、海沃德、米良、翠玉和华美2号),比较了快速光响应曲线、初始斜率(α)、最大电子传递速率(ETRmax)、半饱和光强(Ek)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)等差异。结果表明,红阳在各个光化光强度下的电子传递速率均显著(p<0.05)高于Hort16A和6个美味猕猴桃品种,整体表现为红阳>金丰>Hort16A>徐香>华美>米良>海沃德>翠玉。在所有品种中,徐香的α值低但Ek高,其有较好的适应强光的能力;翠玉的ETRmax较低,α值和Ek也较低,其光合能力较弱;Hort16A的Ek低但α值较高,其对强光耐受能力较低,但在低光强下的光能利用效率较高;红阳的α值高且qP和NPQ高于其他品种,其利用弱光的能力高,在强光下能一定程度上避免过剩光对PSⅡ的伤害。 展开更多

Fractal geometry was applied and box dimension was used as an indicator to analyze the effects of doubled CO\-2 concentration on the root growth of plant seedlings. Results showed that doubled CO\-2 concentration displayed different effects on root branching characteristics of C\-3 and C\-4 plants. There was an obvious increase of root branches in spring wheat while there were no significant effects on roots of sweet sorghum. In different soil layers, root branching of spring wheat was stimulated and this promotion was most significant in the second layer (10-20 cm), which denoted that elevated CO\-2 altered the root branching pattern. That means higher CO 2 concentration influences not only root growth but also its differentiation and development. 展开更多
