英国T-Level计划及其对我国产教融合的启示

当今世界各国普遍面临高水平技术人才紧缺、高校人才培养与经济社会发展需求脱节等问题。我国近年来大力推进产教融合,鼓励地方普通本科高校向应用型高校转型,重要目的之一是解决人才供需矛盾,为国家创新驱动战略发展提供动能。英国近年来推出T-Level计划,由国家教育部门、院校、用人单位等相关方共同设计技术人才培养课程,使16～19岁的青年能接受更好的技术教育,确保院校的技术人才培养能满足行业的实际需求。文章介绍了英国实施T-Level计划的基本情况,结合我国产教融合推进过程中遇到的一些实际问题,为相关部门、开展产教融合的院校和企业提供借鉴。
