A new design of a selective catalytic reduction(SCR)mixer called tornado was developed for a heavy-duty diesel engine to solve the urea deposition problem.A combination of CFD simulation and experimental studies was used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the tornado mixer.According to the numerical simulations,this mixer can improve the front surface flow uniformity of the SCR carrier by 6.67%and the NH3 distribution uniformity by 3.19%compared to a traditional mixer.Similarly,steady state SCR conversion efficiency test results have shown that the tornado mixer can increase the average SCR conversion efficiency by 1.73%compared to a traditional mixer.Therefore,the tornado mixer outperforms traditional mixers in terms of mixing uniformity,resistance to deposition and impact on NOX emissions.In addition,a dimensionless parameter,the“limiting deviation rate”,is proposed in the present study to improve the mixing uniformity assessment method for SCR mixers(with the explicit intent to evaluate the mixing uniformity more accurately). 展开更多

Objective:To study the correlation of Doppler ultrasound parameters with angiogenesis and cancer cell growth in endometrial cancer.Methods: Patients with endometrial cancer and fibroids who accepted surgical resection in the Central Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture between March 2015 and June 2017 were selected as the research subjects and enrolled in the observation group and control group of the study respectively. The preoperative pelvic Doppler ultrasonography was done to determine the blood flow parameters resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) of the endometrial lesions;after surgical resection, the endometrial cancer lesion tissue was collected from the observation group and normal endometrial tissue was collected from the control group to determine the contents of pro-proliferation molecules, pro-invasion molecules and angiogenesis molecules.Results: PI and RI levels in endometrial cancer lesion of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and cIAP1, cIAP2, RLIP76, p-Pak4ser474, EFEMP2, CXCR4, CXCR7, Snail, Septin-9,β-arrestin2 and SOX2 protein levels in endometrial cancer lesion were significantly higher than those of control group;PI and RI levels in endometrial cancer lesion were negatively correlated with cIAP1, cIAP2, RLIP76, p-Pak4ser474, EFEMP2, CXCR4, CXCR7, Snail, Septin-9,β-arrestin2 and SOX2 protein levels.Conclusion: The Doppler ultrasound parameters of endometrial carcinoma lesion are closely related to the angiogenesis and cancer cell growth in the lesion. 展开更多

Contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters of endometrial benign and malignant lesions and their correlation with malignant molecule expression

Objective: To measure the contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters of endometrial benign and malignant lesions and investigate their correlation with malignant molecule expression. Methods: A total of 118 patients who were examined and diagnosed with endometrial benign hyperplasia in the hospital between December 2012 and January 2017 were collected as endometrial hyperplasia group, and 67 patients with endometrial carcinoma were collected as endometrial cancer group. The differences in the levels of uterine contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters as well as the expression of proliferation, apoptosis and invasion genes in endometrial lesion tissue were compared between the two groups. Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation between uterine contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters and malignant molecule expression in the lesions. Results: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameter TTP level of endometrial cancer group was lower than that of endometrial hyperplasia group whereas PI level was higher than that of endometrial hyperplasia group. Proliferation gene EFEMP2 mRNA expression in lesion tissue of endometrial cancer group was lower than that of endometrial hyperplasia group whereas RRM2 and DJ-1 mRNA expression were higher than those of endometrial hyperplasia group;apoptosis genes P53, c-myc and Livin mRNA expression were higher than those of endometrial hyperplasia group whereas Caspase-3 and Bid mRNA expression were lower than those of endometrial hyperplasia group;invasion gene DKK1 mRNA expression was lower than that of endometrial hyperplasia group whereas HMGB1, EZH2 and Snail mRNA expression were higher than those of endometrial hyperplasia group. Pearson test showed that the contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameter levels of endometrial cancer were directly correlated with the malignant molecule expression in the lesion tissues. Conclusion: contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameter levels can be used to identify endometrial benign and malignant lesions and are directly correlated with the severity of the lesion. 展开更多

水热炭化合成色氨酸衍生手性碳量子点及其手性识别性能研究

在保留碳量子点性质的同时获得手性特征是手性碳量子点(CCQDs)合成的关键.本研究以氨基葡萄糖(N-Glu)为碳源,色氨酸对映体(L-/D-Trp)为手性源,采用水热炭化法制备出在紫外光下能够发出明亮蓝色荧光的手性碳量子点(L-/D-NCQDs).研究表明,... 在保留碳量子点性质的同时获得手性特征是手性碳量子点(CCQDs)合成的关键.本研究以氨基葡萄糖(N-Glu)为碳源,色氨酸对映体(L-/D-Trp)为手性源,采用水热炭化法制备出在紫外光下能够发出明亮蓝色荧光的手性碳量子点(L-/D-NCQDs).研究表明, L-/D-NCQDs的平均粒径为4.0~4.5 nm,激发波长为310和368 nm,发射波长为450 nm.圆二色光谱证实了L-NCQDs和D-NCQDs为一对对映异构体,在220、280和350 nm处呈现相反且对称的手性信号.其中, 220 nm处较强的手性信号源于表面手性残基的保留. 280和350 nm的手性中心源于手性单体在碳核中的堆叠和光学跃迁. L-NCQDs对L-/D-天冬酰胺(L-/D-Asn)和L-/D-谷氨酰胺(L-/D-Gln)对映体展示出优异的手性识别性能.左旋对映体对L-NCQDs的荧光发射强度无明显影响,而右旋对映体能够显著增强L-NCQDs荧光发射强度,在0~6.25 m M范围内具有较好的线性关系,最低检测限为0.06和0.29 mM.对映选择性(ID-I0)/(IL-I0)分别为8.7和4.0. 展开更多

The effect of compression on the crystallization behavior and corrosion resistance of Al(86)Ni9La5 amorphous ribbons was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning elec-tron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemistry test. The XRD and TEM results reveal that the compressed Al(86)Ni9La5 ribbons spun with the circumferential speed (R) of 29.3 m/s are in fully amorphous state; however, the compressed ribbons spun with R=14.7 m/s have crystalline phases embedded in the amorphous matrix. The SEM images indicate that after compression, the toughness of the ribbons increases. Electrochemical results show that the compression decreases the stability of the passive film of the Al(86)Ni9La5 amorphous ribbons, because of the compression-introduced free volume, shear bands and crystalline phases; meanwhile, with R=14.7 m/s, the compression-induced crystalline phases in the Al(86)Ni9La5 ribbons increase the corrosion potential. 展开更多

The corrosion-induced crystallization of Al94 exNixGd6(x=6 and 10, in at.%) metallic glasses as well as phase separation, oxidation and cracking in good conductivity solution has been investigated by various techniques.The transmission electronic microscopy(TEM) result reveals that crystalline intermetallics and oxides present on the electrochemically thinned hole edge, and the phase separation occurs in the matrix of the as-spun ribbons with the circumferential speed Rcof 29.3 m/s. In addition, the bending and cracking of the samples occur after corrosion. The influence of Ni content on the phase separation, bending and cracking can be explained by the fact that the percolation of the backbone clusters in the amorphous alloy melts and glasses is enhanced by increasing the composition of Ni. 展开更多
