12个饲用燕麦品种在乌兰察布生产力的综合评价

为筛选适合在乌兰察布地区旱作条件下推广种植的优质饲用燕麦(Avena sativa L.)品种,对12个国内外燕麦品种的农艺性状、产量性状和营养品质进行测定分析。结果表明:不同燕麦品种在乌兰察布地区的产量性状差异较大,‘白燕1号’‘百事’... 为筛选适合在乌兰察布地区旱作条件下推广种植的优质饲用燕麦(Avena sativa L.)品种,对12个国内外燕麦品种的农艺性状、产量性状和营养品质进行测定分析。结果表明:不同燕麦品种在乌兰察布地区的产量性状差异较大,‘白燕1号’‘百事’‘摩登’和‘麦迪逊’4个品种的鲜草产量超过了20000 kg·hm^(-2),干草产量‘麦迪逊’最高达5892.23 kg·hm^(-2),干鲜比最高的是‘迪昂’和‘优牧1号’;粗蛋白含量最高的品种是‘迪昂’‘悍马’和‘优牧1号’,酸性洗涤纤维最低的是‘莫妮卡’,中性洗涤纤维最低的是‘悍马’,相对饲喂价值最高的为‘悍马’和‘莫妮卡’。叶占比对于燕麦品质的影响显著,与粗蛋白和相对饲喂价值呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。灰色关联度分析结果表明,16个指标中权重系数排在前5位分别是茎粗、株高、干草产量、穗占比和粗蛋白含量。综合生产性能和营养品质表现,兼顾高产优质,乌兰察布地区推荐‘悍马’‘迪昂’和‘优牧1号’。 展开更多

为研究施氮量对大麦(Hordeum vulagare L.)生产性能及全株大麦青贮发酵品质和营养价值的影响,本研究以‘内农科饲用大麦2号’为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,设置施氮量为135 kg·hm^(-2)(N_(135))、180 kg·hm^(-2)(N_(180))... 为研究施氮量对大麦(Hordeum vulagare L.)生产性能及全株大麦青贮发酵品质和营养价值的影响,本研究以‘内农科饲用大麦2号’为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,设置施氮量为135 kg·hm^(-2)(N_(135))、180 kg·hm^(-2)(N_(180))、225 kg·hm^(-2)(N_(225))三个处理,每个处理设置3次重复,于大麦乳熟期后进行生产性能测定并调制青贮饲料,青贮45 d后开封检测青贮品质。结果表明:随着施氮量的增加,大麦全生育期延长,N_(225)处理进入成熟期的时间比N_(135)处理延后了10天;N_(225)处理显著增加大麦的分蘖数和有效穗数;随施氮量增加,刚刈割全株大麦原料的干物质含量显著增加(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维的含量显著减少(P<0.05);三个施氮处理对全株大麦青贮饲料pH值、乳酸和氨态氮含量均无显著影响,Kaiser评价均为1级。综合分析,全株大麦青贮原料生产没有必要增加施肥来提升栽培成本。 展开更多

Drought stress is one of the major constraints on turf growth and performance in northern China. Based on previous assessments of drought tolerance levels, four varieties of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) representing different types ('Baron', BVMG type; 'Blackstone', Cheri type; 'Kenblue', Midwest type; and 'Bluemoon', Midnight type) were chosen for this study. Grass materials were established in a glasshouse, and the changes in their photosynthetic and metabolic characteristics were analyzed during a period of imposed drought stress. Drought stress led to decrease in chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate in all four cultivars, but the relative changes in each characteristic varied among varieties. The results also showed that changes in the photosynthetic and metabolic characteristics of different varieties under drought stress were related to the morphological characteristics of the plants. Varieties with longer narrow leaves, longer roots, higher root-to-shoot ratios, and higher chlorophyll contents showed greater rates of photosynthesis and stomatal conductance, and lower transpiration rates. 展开更多

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)combined with warm acupuncture in treating breast cancer associated with upper limb lymphedema(BCRL).Methods This was a retrospective cohort study using a paired control design.Fifty-two BCRL patients were assigned to the control group(27 cases)and the treatment group(25 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with lymphedema comprehensive detumescence treatment(CDT)for 4 weeks,including systematic therapy composed of manual lymphatic drainage,compression bandage,skincare,and functional exercise.The patients in the treatment group were treated with TEAS combined with warm acupuncture based on the control group methods.Each treatment lasted for 30 min and was applied twice a week for 4 weeks.The arm circumference(AC)of different positions of the affected limb and the degree of swelling of the affected limb were evaluated before the first treatment and after the last treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the degree of edema before and after treatment.All adverse events during treatment were recorded.Results The patients’AC and the swelling feeling of the affected limb in the treatment group and the control group were both reduced compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group,AC of the wrist joint transverse stria,the midpoint between the wrist joint transverse stria and the elbow joint transverse stria in the treatment group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The decrease in AC diameter at the midpoint between the elbow joint transverse stria and the axillary transverse stria was the most significant(P<0.01).The swelling degree of the affected limbs in the treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment,and was significantly lower compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 72%in the treatment group,significantly higher than that in the control group(55.56%,P<0.05).No serious adverse events occured in either group.Conclusions TEAS combined with warm acupuncture can effectively reduce AC and swelling feeling of the affected limb in patients with BCRL.The effect is better than that of CDT therapy alone. 展开更多

汽轮机转子转动惯量主要是通过甩负荷试验计算得到。转速测量过程中存在多个测量环节误差及环境噪声,对测量结果影响较大。卡尔曼滤波器是一种最小方差估计器,可以为线性滤波问题提供精确解析解,将其应用在甩负荷试验转速飞升曲线的滤波... 汽轮机转子转动惯量主要是通过甩负荷试验计算得到。转速测量过程中存在多个测量环节误差及环境噪声,对测量结果影响较大。卡尔曼滤波器是一种最小方差估计器,可以为线性滤波问题提供精确解析解,将其应用在甩负荷试验转速飞升曲线的滤波上,能够得到准确的转速曲线。目标操作量度代表运动不确定度和量测不确定度的比例,存在一最优目标操作量度范围使转速滤波结果与转子加速度曲线同时达到最优。在最优目标操作量度范围内,甩50%负荷试验与甩100%负荷试验计算所得转动惯量偏差仅为0.67%,且与制造厂设计值最大仅相差1.4%。与甩负荷导则提供计算转动惯量方法对比,卡尔曼滤波计算结果更贴合转子转动惯量设计值。 展开更多
