1例腹膜透析合并多囊肾囊肿感染治疗的药学服务

为了探讨临床药师在腹膜透析合并多囊肾囊肿感染患者治疗中的作用,我院临床药师参与1例腹膜透析合并多囊肾囊肿感染的治疗过程,为患者提供用药教育、药学会诊、医嘱审核、药学监护等全程化药学服务。在治疗过程中,临床药师根据患者既往病史、用药过程,判断感染灶并推荐治疗方案,期间给予药学监护,患者情况稳定后转科择期手术。通过本案例,说明全程化药学服务可助力临床治疗,深度推进合理用药。
