输水管道发生关阀和泄漏等工况时,常处于气水两相流状态,极易造成管内压力异常波动,加剧管道的破坏性,严重威胁输供水系统的安全运行。基于此,该文搭建了含气输水管道泄漏试验平台,研究了泄漏发生时气水两相瞬态流动特性,分析初始流量... 输水管道发生关阀和泄漏等工况时,常处于气水两相流状态,极易造成管内压力异常波动,加剧管道的破坏性,严重威胁输供水系统的安全运行。基于此,该文搭建了含气输水管道泄漏试验平台,研究了泄漏发生时气水两相瞬态流动特性,分析初始流量、含气率、泄漏位置、泄漏孔径以及空气罐等因素对含气水流水力特性的影响。结果表明:流量越大,含气率或泄漏孔径越小,泄漏位置越靠近上游时,管道水击压力峰值越大,压力衰减至稳定所需时间越长;系统加装空气罐后,瞬变水击压力峰值降幅较大,可缓冲管道内的突升压力。该研究结果可为相关输水工程的安全防护提供参考。 展开更多

A series of novel arylpiperazine derivatives was synthesized. The in vitro cytotoxic activities of all synthesized compounds against three human prostate cancer cell lines(PC-3, LNCa P, and DU145) were evaluated by a CCK-8 assay. Compounds 8, 10, 13, 17 and 20 exhibited strong cytotoxic activities against the tested cancer cell lines(IC_(50)〈3 μmol/L). In addition, these compounds exhibited weak cytotoxic effects on human epithelial prostate normal cells WPMY-1. The structure-activity relationship(SAR) of these arylpiperazine derivatives was also discussed based on the obtained experimental data. 展开更多
