So it has a fundamental significance to do sales forecasting work. It needs to considerate the double trend characteristics, history sales data and other main factors that affect cigarette sales. This paper depends on the panel data of A province’s cigarette sales, first we established three single forecasting models, after getting the predicted value of these single models, then using the combination forecasting method which based on PLS to predict the province’s cigarette sales of the next year. The results show that the prediction accuracy is good, which could provide a certain reference to cigarette sales forecasting in A province.展开更多

Under the principal-agent relationship, there are two major factors that directly affect subsidiary strategy’s implementation and performance—enterprise groups’ internal interactive control and subsidiary managers...Under the principal-agent relationship, there are two major factors that directly affect subsidiary strategy’s implementation and performance—enterprise groups’ internal interactive control and subsidiary managers’ strategic behavior. Prior research showed that the parent companies hope their subsidiary managers to be obedient and active, i.e. to keep a high degree of strategic identity and subsidiary initiative. We build and analyze a model to test the mediating role of strategic identity and subsidiary initiative based on data collected from Chinese groups. The results show that interactive control, strategic identity and subsidiary initiative all could improve subsidiary performance, furthermore, subsidiary initiative is a mediator between decision-making decentralization and subsidiary performance, and also a mediator between horizontal communication and subsidiary performance, the mediating role of strategic identity is not tested, but vertical communication can improve strategic identity. In the conclusions, we provide guidance on how parent companies to choose excellent subsidiary managers, and then how to develop a suite interactive control system.展开更多
Furin is a pro-protein convertase that moves between the trans-Golgi network and cell surface in the secretory pathway.We have previously reported that cerebral overexpres-sion of furin promotes cognitive functions in...Furin is a pro-protein convertase that moves between the trans-Golgi network and cell surface in the secretory pathway.We have previously reported that cerebral overexpres-sion of furin promotes cognitive functions in mice.Here,by generating the brain-specific furin conditional knockout(ckO)mice,we investigated the role of furin in brain development.We found that furin deficiency caused early death and growth retardation.Magnetic resonance im-aging showed severe hydrocephalus.In the brain of furin cko mice,impaired ciliogenesis and the derangement of microtubule structures appeared along with the down-regulated expres-sion of RAB28,a ciliary vesicle protein.In line with the widespread neuronal loss,ependymal cell layers were damaged.Further proteomics analysis revealed that cell adhesion molecules including astrocyte-enriched ITGB8 and BCAR1 were altered in furin cKO mice;and astrocyte overgrowth was accompanied by the reduced expression of sox9,indicating a disrupted differ-entiation into ependymal cells.Together,whereas alteration of RAB28 expression correlated with the role of vesicle trafficking in ciliogenesis,dysfunctional astrocytes might be involved in ependymal damage contributing to hydrocephalus in furin ckO mice.The structural and mo-lecular alterations provided a clue for further studying the potential mechanisms of furin.展开更多
Background and Aims:Several first-line immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)-based combination therapies have been identified for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(uHCC).This network meta-analysis(NMA)aimed to provide ...Background and Aims:Several first-line immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)-based combination therapies have been identified for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(uHCC).This network meta-analysis(NMA)aimed to provide the most updated evidence about the preferred first-line ICI-based regimens for uHCC.Methods:A comprehensive literature search was performed in various databases from database inception to May 2022.The phase 3 trials evaluating first-line single-agent ICIs,molecular-target agents(MTAs),or their combinations in uHCC were included.The main endpoints were overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS).Pooled effect estimates were calculated using a random effects model within the frequentist framework.Subgroup analyses based on etiology were also conducted.Results:Twelve trials at low risk of bias with 8,275 patients comparing 13 treatments were included.OS with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab was comparable to sintilimab plus IBI305[hazard ratio(HR):1.16;95%confidence interval(CI):0.80–1.68]and camrelizumab plus apatinib(HR:1.06;95%CI:0.75–1.51).The combination therapies,apart from atezolizumab plus cabozantinib in OS and durvalumab plus tremelimumab in PFS,had higher P-score than single-agent MTAs or ICIs.The survival benefits were associated with a high risk of adverse events leading to treatment discontinuation.The proportion of patients with hepatitis B virus-related HCC receiving ICIs combinations might positively correlate with survival advantages(R2=0.8039,p=0.0155).Conclusion:This NMA demonstrated that atezolizumab plus bevacizumab remains the stand of care and confers comparable survival benefits to sintilimab plus IBI305 and camrelizumab plus apatinib in first-line therapy for uHCC.The optimal treatment algorithms should consider efficacy,safety,and etiology.展开更多
Purpose–The air-breathing hypersonic vehicle(AHV)includes intricate inherent coupling between the propulsion system and the airframe dynamics,which results in an intractable nonlinear system for the controller design...Purpose–The air-breathing hypersonic vehicle(AHV)includes intricate inherent coupling between the propulsion system and the airframe dynamics,which results in an intractable nonlinear system for the controller design.The purpose of this paper is to propose an H1 control method for AHV based on the online simultaneous policy update algorithm(SPUA).Design/methodology/approach–Initially,the H1 state feedback control problem of the AHV is converted to the problem of solving the Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs(HJI)equation,which is notoriously difficult to solve both numerically and analytically.To overcome this difficulty,the online SPUA is introduced to solve the HJI equation without requiring the accurate knowledge of the internal system dynamics.Subsequently,the online SPUA is implemented on the basis of an actor-critic structure,in which neural network(NN)is employed for approximating the cost function and a least-square method is used to calculate the NN weight parameters.Findings–Simulation study on the AHV demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed H1 control method.Originality/value–The paper presents an interesting method for the H1 state feedback control design problem of the AHV based on online SPUA.展开更多
Sulfuretin is a flavonoid that protects cell from damage induced by reactive oxygen species and inflammation.In this study,we investigated the role of sulfuretin in the processing of amyloid precursor protein(APP),in ...Sulfuretin is a flavonoid that protects cell from damage induced by reactive oxygen species and inflammation.In this study,we investigated the role of sulfuretin in the processing of amyloid precursor protein(APP),in association with the two catalytic enzymes the a-secretase a disintegrin and metalloproteinase(ADAM10),and the beta-site APP cleaving enzyme 1(BACE1)that play important roles in the generation of β amyloid protein(Aβ)in Alzheimer’s disease(AD).We found that sulfuretin increased the levels of the immature but not the mature form of ADAM10 protein.The enhanced ADAM10 transcription by sulfuretin was mediated by the nucleotides444 to300 in the promoter region,and was attenuated by silencing or mutation of transcription factor retinoid X receptor(RXR)and by GW6471,a specific inhibitor of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α(PPAR-α).We further found that sulfuretin preferentially increased protein levels of the immature form of APP(im-APP)but significantly reduced those of BACE1,sAPPβ and β-CTF,whereas Ab1-42 levels were slightly increased.Finally,the effect of sulfuretin on BACE1 and im-APP was selectively attenuated by the translation inhibitor cycloheximide and by lysosomal inhibitor chloroquine,respectively.Taken together,(1)RXR/PPAR-α signaling was involved in sulfuretin-mediated ADAM10 transcription.(2)Alteration of Aβ protein level by sulfuretin was not consistent with that of ADAM10 and BACE1 protein levels,but was consistent with the elevated level of im-APP protein,suggesting that im-APP,an isoform mainly localized to trans-Golgi network,plays an important role in Ab generation.展开更多
