政府风险投资与企业下轮融资:制度逻辑效应和资源效应的权变因素探究

政府风险投资(GVC)对企业融资影响的研究是近些年创业领域的重要课题。主流文献解释了GVC投资对企业下轮融资影响中的双重作用,也阐释了不同作用发生背后潜在的制度逻辑效应和资源效应。然而,现有研究对于两种效应在何种情境下作用更强... 政府风险投资(GVC)对企业融资影响的研究是近些年创业领域的重要课题。主流文献解释了GVC投资对企业下轮融资影响中的双重作用,也阐释了不同作用发生背后潜在的制度逻辑效应和资源效应。然而,现有研究对于两种效应在何种情境下作用更强或更弱并没有进行深入探讨。为了解决这一问题,本文通过引入国有企业密度和VC往期退出率这两种情境因素,探究它们在GVC(相比于PVC)投资与企业下轮融资关系中的权变作用,以检验影响制度逻辑效应和资源效应强弱的因素。基于2010~2019年我国创业投资市场数据,本文发现GVC(相比于PVC)显著降低企业下轮融资的概率;进一步地,GVC所在地区的国有企业密度会强化GVC与企业下轮融资之间的负向关系(调节制度逻辑效应),而VC往期退出率则会弱化这一负向关系(调节资源效应)。本文通过识别影响制度逻辑效应与资源效应的权变因素,能够深化理解有关GVC(相比于PVC)与企业下轮融资关系的理论机制,也为GVC投资实践提供了一定的理论参考。 展开更多

Background:As of 2023,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is still spreading globally.Therefore,we aim to integrate non-critical COVID-19 high-frequency and high-targeting Chinese medicines to provide a reference for clinical prescriptions to improve COVID-19-related symptoms.Materials and methods:The information on non-critical COVID-19 high-frequency Chinese medicines in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 was obtained by the TCM inheritance support platform.Using network pharmacology and molecular docking technology,high-targeting Chinese medicines with good docking activity with COVID-19 receptors angiotensin-converting enzyme-II(ACE2),3CLpro and tyrosine-protein kinase receptor UFO(AXL)were obtained.A new prescription for non-critical COVID-19 was established by integrating high-frequency and high-targeting Chinese medicines.Rats with acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide were used as the experimental model.The histopathological changes in the lungs of rats in each group were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining.The lung coefficient of rats was measured.The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-1βin serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The mRNA and protein levels of ACE2 and AXL in lung tissue were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and western blot.Results:Through data mining,it was found that there were 39 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines for non-critical COVID-19 in the diagnosis and treatment guidelines.According to network pharmacology and molecular docking,30 highly targeted traditional Chinese drugs for COVID-19 were found.The new prescriptions for non-critical COVID-19 were comprehensively obtained,including Glycyrrhizae Radix,Ephedra Herba,Amygdalus Communis Vas,Gypsum Fibrosum,Descurainiae Semen,Atractylodes Lancea,Scutellariae Radix,Amomum Tsao-Ko Crevostet,Forsythiae Fructus,Pogostemon cablin,Magnolia Officinalis.Compared with the LPS-induced lung injury model group,the medium dose of the new prescription group had significantly alleviated pathological changes in lung tissue,decreased lung coefficient,decreased contents of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1β,and increased mRNA and protein expression of ACE2 and AXL(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on data mining,network pharmacology and molecular docking technology,the new prescription for non-critical COVID-19 established by this method has an anti-inflammatory effect on rats with acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide and can provide a reference for clinicians to alleviate the symptoms related to non-critical COVID-19. 展开更多

本文研究我国中小企业创新信号对政府风险投资(GVC)决策的影响。首先基于制度逻辑视角对我国GVC秉持的国家逻辑进行理论建构,提出GVC将投资创新企业视为重要的自身绩效衡量指标和合法性来源,并结合信号理论提出假设,认为中小企业传递的... 本文研究我国中小企业创新信号对政府风险投资(GVC)决策的影响。首先基于制度逻辑视角对我国GVC秉持的国家逻辑进行理论建构,提出GVC将投资创新企业视为重要的自身绩效衡量指标和合法性来源,并结合信号理论提出假设,认为中小企业传递的专利创新信号越强,越能获得GVC青睐。以2000~2016年我国风险投资事件为样本进行研究,结果表明:中小企业的专利数量、多样性、创新程度均正向影响GVC投资与否(相较于PVC而言)和GVC投资估值,并且当GVC的国有股权比例或本地投资占比越高时,其国家逻辑会被强化,进而增强这三种创新信号对GVC投资估值的正向影响。本文证实了我国GVC对企业创新信号的解读受国家逻辑驱动,并界定了国家逻辑发挥作用的边界条件,深化了我国情境下对GVC投资决策影响因素的理解。 展开更多

Achieving a thorough understanding of how primary sedimentary granularity drives considerable heterogeneity in internal reservoir attributes of terrigenous fine-grained deposits is of great significance.We investigated the quantitative differentiation and its corresponding driving forces of physical reservoir properties and pore-structure characteristics of silty-mud sediments in the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(SW China)using a multi-method approach.The results show that the micro-mesopore volume and surface area of mudstones/shales are apparently higher than those of silty mudstones and a remarkable threefold rise in average permeability also presents.Extensively distributed bitumen pores occurring mostly along brittle mineral grains or forming clay-organic complexes make considerable contributions to shrinking microcracks.Furthermore,an evidently higher concentration of clay minerals in mudstone/shale reservoirs is primarily responsible for development of the two types of clay intercrystalline pores distributed along grain aggregates and between well-oriented platelets.These two major causes facilitate the formation of micro-bedding fractures/non-bedding micro fractures and connected fracture and pore-fracture networks,and also high-quality argillaceous reservoirs by strongly enhancing storage spaces and seepage capacities.Finally,a conceptual model is established for interpreting a differential reservoir-forming mechanism and corresponding two-sided effects on petrophysical and reservoir quality properties for continental silty-mud sediments. 展开更多

Blood-letting puncture can balance Qi and blood through stimulating the meridians, forcing evil Qi to go out, so as to dispel pathogenic factors and dredge the meridians. Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin decoction and omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods:EMbase,Cochrane,PubMed,CNKI,Wan Fang and VIP database were searched from inception to November 2018 according to the search strategy.Eligible randomized controlled clinical trials related to the efficacy of omeprazole compared with Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of GERD were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Total effective rate,pathological improvement rate,total symptom score,acid reflux symptoms,heartburn symptoms,improvement of post-sternal pain symptoms,and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Data analysis was performed with RevMan5.3 software provided by Cochrane Collaboration.Results:A total of 15 studies were enrolled,including 1,532 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate of Banxia Xiexinfang was higher than that of omeprazole in the treatment of GERD(odds ratio(OR)=3.99,95%confidence intervals(CI)(2.58,6.15),P<0.00001).Pathological improvement under endoscopy was not obvious(OR=1.98,95%CI(0.94,4.19),P=0.07)between the two groups.The total symptom score improved significantly,indicating that Banxia Xiexin decoction has an objective advantage over omeprazole in the treatment of GERD(standardised mean difference(SMD)=?2.56,95%CI(?3.86,?1.26),P=0.0001),The incidence of adverse reactions in patients treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction is lower than omeprazole group(OR=0.09,95%CI(0.02,0.39),P=0.001].In addition,total effective rate of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with omeprazole was higher than omeprazole alone(OR=6.31,95%CI(2.86,13.92),P<0.00001).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin decoction is superior to omeprazole in total effective rate,total symptom score and adverse reaction rate in the treatment of GERD.The clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with omeprazole is better than that of omeprazole alone.However,due to the low quality of the included literatures,large-scale and high-quality RCTs are still needed for further confirmation. 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to explore the law of the prescription for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and provide ideas for the clinical application.Methods:This study searched CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,VIP,Web Of Science,PubMed,Elsevier to identify the studies published in nearly three years.The Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform(V2.5)was used to analyze traditional Chinese medicines used in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis prescriptions and their combination rules,extract core combinations to form a new formula.Results:A total of 58 commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were retrieved,including 96 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.Data mining showed that Chinese medicine with frequency≥6 had a total of 21 flavors,and common pairs of drugs and 26 pairs were used to treat nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.The core drug combination was 6 pairs and evolved into a new party with 3 pairs.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system has important value for the clinical trial of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.The new evolution of the Chinese medicine provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. 展开更多

For a future carbon-neutral society,it is a great challenge to coordinate between the demand and supply sides of a power grid with high penetration of renewable energy sources.In this paper,a general power distribution system of buildings,namely,PEDF(photovoltaics,energy storage,direct current,flexibility),is proposed to provide an effective solution from the demand side.A PEDF system integrates distributed photovoltaics,energy storages(including traditional and virtual energy storage),and a direct current distribution system into a building to provide flexible services for the external power grid.System topology and control strategies at the grid,building,and device levels are introduced and analyzed.We select representative work about key technologies of the PEDF system in recent years,analyze research focuses,and summarize their major challenges&future opportunities.Then,we introduce three real application cases of the PEDF system.On-site measurement results demonstrate its feasibility and advantages.With the rapid growth of renewable power production and electric vehicles,the PEDF system is a potential and promising approach for largescale integration of renewable energy in a carbon-neutral future. 展开更多

Powder dusting method is the most practically useful approach for latent fingerprint development in the crime scene. Herein, a general powder dusting method has been explored for latent fingerprint development based on aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens). A series of tetraphenylethene(TPE) derivatives with multiple diphenylamine(DPA), namely, TPE-DPA,TPE-2 DPA and TPE-4 DPA, were selected as candidates to dope with magnetic powders and applied for latent fingerprint development. After screening, the magnetic powder 3 doped with TPE-4 DPA proves to be the best, in terms of fluorescent intensity, resolution and adhesiveness. Afterwards, the magnetic powder 3 was applied for visualization of latent fingerprint on various smooth and porous substrates, including glass, stainless steel, leaf, ceram, plastic bag, lime wall, wood and paper money.Specific details, such as island, core, termination and bifurcation, can be clearly observed for the fluorescent fingerprint images. 展开更多

A functional fabric with hierarchical structure consisting of basalt fibre fabric as a substrate and polyvinyl alcohol as a coating was developed,aiming at providing a low cost and high-performance way to separate highly emulsified oil in water.The coating functioned as a hydrophilic gate for the penetration of water in the emulsion,whereas the micro-channels formed in the fabric offered capillary force for the continuous flow of water.The synergy of these two materials led to the increase on the oil concentration in the liquid,which in turn enhanced the collision of emulsified oil droplets to aggregate into large ones in the emulsion and resulted separation from the water.Based on these findings,an aggregation-induced demulsification process was proposed to explain the above phenomenon,and the mechanism was confirmed by studying the distribution of oil droplets in emulsion with a controlled separation degree. 展开更多

Based on organic petrology,organic geochemistry and SEM method,type,formation period and source of bitumens in the Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation in the central Sichuan Basin were well investigated,and combined with fluid inclusions and tectonic evolution characteristics,the hydrocarbon accumulation history of the gas reservoir of the Longwangmiao Formation in the Anyue gasfield was also studied.The result shows that all bitumens in the Longwangmiao Formation was from the Lower Cambrian source rocks,it had multiple genetic types which was dominated by the pyrolysis genetic type;the bitumens were formed into three stages,i.e.,the bitumen of the oxidized water-washing type in the first stage,the bitumen of the precipitated type in the second stage,and the bitumen of the pyrolyzed type in the third stage;the gas reservoir in the Anyue gasfield experienced five stages of hydrocarbon charging,including two stages of liquid hydrocarbon charging,charging of the kerogen pyrolysis gas in the Late Triassic-Early Jurassic,charging of the crude oil pyrolysis gas in the Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous and charging of the dry gas charging in the Himalayan trap reformation and adjustment process. 展开更多

The mRNA and protein expression of phos-phatase of regenerating liver 1(PRL-1)and phosphatase of regenerating liver 3(PRL-3)in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC)and normal epithelia of bladder was investigated,and the relationship between the BTCC and pathological changes was clarified.The expression of PRL-1 and PRL-3 mRNA was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)in 30 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder,and the expression of PRL-1 and PRL-3 protein was checked by using immunohistochemistry in 30 cases of BTCC and 15 cases of normal bladder.The expression levels of PRL-1 and PRL-3 mRNA and protein were higher in BTCC than those in normal bladder epithelia(P<0.05).The increased expression of PRL-1 and PRL-3 mRNA and protein was detectable in deep invasion and metastasis of BTCC(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the expres-sion of PRL-1 and PRL-3 and gender,age or recurrence of BTCC(all P>0.05).A significantly positive correlation was found between PRL-1 and PRL-3 in BTCC(P<0.05).PRL-1 and PRL-3 are expressed consistently and may contribute to the growth,differentiation,invasion and metastasis of BTCC. 展开更多

In accordance with the research specifications and guidelines in China,we developed a novel experimental method to detect new piperazine‑type drugs,such as 1‑(3‑trifluoromethylphenyl)piperazine and 1‑(3‑chlorophenyl)piperazine.In this study,a new pretreatment method and gas chromatography(GC)/nitrogen–phosphorus detector detection technique were used to characterize these two kinds of drugs in urine and blood samples.For the purpose of isolation of these trace drugs from the samples,liquid‑liquid extraction/solid‑phase extraction was modified and validated for this specific study.The pretreatment method presented in this paper has many advantages,such as high recovery rate,high extraction efficiency,high detection sensitivity,low limit of detection,and simple operation.The GC/NPD instrument is popular in most laboratories because it can meet the routine requirements of forensic science.All these aspects make this combination of sample pretreatment and GC/NPD technique the most suitable choice for drug detection in biological samples. 展开更多
