Objective:To observe the curative effect of Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and Kuhuang San combined with interferon on the treatment of HFMD of damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome and its effects on liver function, myocardial enzymes, inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin.Merhods:From June 2018 to November 2018, 74 children with damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome who were diagnosed with hand, foot and mouth disease have been randomly divided into the observation group (38 cases) and the control group (36 cases).The control group is given conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment, and sprayed on the oral cavity with IFN- atomized inhalation or IFN- 2b spray. On the basis of the control group, the observation group is given Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan, and Kuhuangsan for washing body. 7 d is a course of treatment. The recurrence time of the two groups, the time of rash regression and the efficacy of the children have been observed. The changes of liver function, myocardial zymogram, inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin are compared before and after treatment.Results: The efficacy of the observation group was 92.1% higher than that of the control group (83.3%), and the difference was statistically significant. The time required for the body temperature of the observation group (2.64±0.57) d was lower than that of the control group (3.12±0.62) d, and the time required for the rash to resolve was (4.18±0.69) d, which was lower than that of the control group (5.25±0.73) d. Statistically significant. The levels of ALT, AST, CK-MB, IL-4 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant. The serum IgA and IgM levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment. Conclusion: Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and Kuhuang San combined with interferon for the treatment of HFMD of damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome have a sound curative effect and it can improve liver function, protect cardiomyocytes, reduce inflammatory factors, and regulate immune function for children. 展开更多

Precise point reactor kinetic parameters are essential in the study of reactor dynamics.Point reactor kinetic parameters include the effective delayed neutron fraction and prompt neutron lifetime.In this work,effective point reactor kinetic parameters,which can be applied to unstructured grids,were calculated based on the Galerkin finite element method.First,two-dimensional and three-dimensional benchmarks were used to verify the calculation of steady-state neutronic parameters.Then,the Tehran research reactor core was divided into hexahedral meshes,and the forward flux and adjoint flux were calculated.Finally,the effective point reactor kinetic parameters of the Tehran research reactor were obtained by comprehensively processing the steady-state neutronic parameters. 展开更多

The coverage probability of both the cellular users and the Device-to-Device(D2D) users are analyzed. We assume that the cellular users are able to communication with the Base Station(BS) either by relying on the assistance of Full-Duplex(FD) mode relays or via direct user-to-BS links with high-enough Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise-Ratio(SINR). Note that the FD-mode devices are capable of simultaneously operating in two modes,i.e. the D2D mode and the cooperative relay mode,with the sum power consumption at these devices kept constant. The closedform expressions for coverage probability of both tier users are derived. After that,numerical analyses are provided,showing that the coverage probability of the both the cellular and the D2D users can be substantially influenced by a variety of parameters,including the power allocation factor of the relays,the density of users,and the self-interference imposed on the FD mode relays,etc. Furthermore,in the D2D enabled networks,it is shown that the FD relay aided transmission is beneficial to enhancing the coverage probability of the cellular users if the target SINR is lower than 5 d B. 展开更多

In order to measure the shock initiation behavior of JOB-9003 explosives,Al-based embedded multiple electromagnetic particle velocity gauge technique has been developed.In addition,a gauge element called the shock tracker has been used to monitor the progress of the shock front as a function of time,thus providing a positionetime trajectory of the wave front as it moves through the explosive sample.The data is used to determine the position and time for shock to detonation transition.All the experimental results show that the rising-up time of Al-based electromagnetic particle velocity gauge is very short(<20 ns);the reaction-build-up velocity profiles and the positionetime for shock to detonation transition of HMX-based plastic bonded explosive(PBX)JOB-9003 with 1e8 mm depth from the origin of the impact plane under different initiation pressures were obtained with high accuracy. 展开更多

Amphibious robot with transformable flipper-leg composite propul- sion mechanisms can adapt various terrestrial and water environments. In this paper, we explored the locomotion performance of a amphibious robot with flexible flipper legs on various terrains and underwater through dynamical simulation. The influence of the stiffness of the flipper legs on the locomotion performance in various environments was investigated comprehensively. The results indicate that the locomotion with flexible flipper legs is very stable, and the stiffness of the flipper legs has a great impact on the locomotion performance. The verification experiments demonstrate the accuracy of the simulation results. The study facilitates the design of the amphibious robot and indicates that the passively transformable flipper-leg mechanisms also enable amphibious robot to conquer various complex terrestrial environments. 展开更多

Jiaxing created a precedent using bypass riparian marshes to purify micro-polluted water sources in China.Pond-wetland complex with constructed root channel technology becomes a paradigm which can be analogized as"human-body wetland model"based on bionics or biomimetics.Heterogeneous plant-bed/ditch system with highly active land/water ecotone interfaces,especially meandering boundaries,breeds many biochemical reactions"living areas".Optimization of hydraulic regulation promotes redox environment alternations and wetland treatment efficiency.Here we reported a series of upgrades and performances in Guanjinggang wetland after the Shijiuyang prototype.Morphological reform of plant-bed/ditch system played a vital role.Spatially root channel zone was main force of wetland purification,and temporally the treatment effect was higher in low-temperature seasons indicating non-temperature dependent mechanisms worked.Water pollution comprehensive index improved steadily from IV to III,and comprehensive pollution load was reduced by ca.40%–60%.Comprehensive evaluation function value further showed the gradients purification effect of the upgraded wetland.Ecological wetlands ameliorated source water quality,and reduced drinking water treatment reagents,thereby bringing about economic benefits.Through wetlands operation,people can see how the micro-polluted surface water becomes clear and clean,so promoting a significant social benefit.As a viable component of urban green space,wetlands could beautify regional eco-environment,freshen the air,increase urban ecological taste,and enhance the eco-environmental protection publicity.Thus,the multifunctional service values and indirect benefits are substantial.Jiaxing ecological wetlands provide a typical paradigm for water pollution remediation in developing countries and plays a leading role in technology engineering radiation effect. 展开更多

Initial State Radiation(ISR)plays an important role in e+e−collision experiments such as the BESIII.To correct the ISR effects in measurements of hadronic cross-sections of e+e−annihilation,an iterative method that weights simulated ISR events is proposed here to assess the efficiency of event selection and the ISR correction factor for the observed cross-section.The simulated ISR events were generated only once,and the obtained cross-sectional line shape was used iteratively to weigh the same simulated ISR events to evaluate the efficiency and corrections until the results converge.Compared with the method of generating ISR events iteratively,the proposed weighting method provides consistent results,and reduces the computational time and disk space required by a factor of five or more,thus speeding-up e+e−hadronic cross-section measurements. 展开更多
