Methane(CH_(4))as a substitute for other mineral fuels plays a crucial role in reducing energy consumption and preventing environmental pollution.The present study employs a solvothermal method to fabricate a porous f...Methane(CH_(4))as a substitute for other mineral fuels plays a crucial role in reducing energy consumption and preventing environmental pollution.The present study employs a solvothermal method to fabricate a porous framework Co-metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)containing two distinct secondary building units(SBUs):an anionic[Co_(2)(μ_(2)-OH)(COO)_(4)(H_(2)O)]and a neutral[CoN_(2)(COO)_(2)].Notably,within the anionic SBUs,the coordinated water molecules induce the generation of divergent unsaturated Co(Ⅱ)centers in the unidirectional porous channels,thereby creating open metal sites.The adsorption performance of Co-MOF towards pure component gases was systematically investigated.The results demonstrated that Co-MOF exhibits superior adsorption capacity for C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons compared to CH_(4),which offers the potential for efficient adsorption and separation of CH_(4) from C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons.The gas selectivity separation ratios of Co-MOF for C_(2)H_(6)/CH_(4) and C_(3)H_8/CH_(4) were calculated using the ideal adsorbed solution theory method at 273/298 K and 0.1 MPa.The results revealed that Co-MOF achieved remarkable equilibrium separation selectivity for CH_(4) and C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbon gases among non-modified MOFs,signifying the potential of the synthesized Co-MOF for efficient recovery and purification of CH_(4) from C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons.Breakthrough experiments further demonstrate the ability of Co-MOF to purify methane from C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons in practical gas separation scenarios.Additionally,molecular simulation calculations further substantiate the propensity of anionic SBUs to interact with C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbon compounds.This study provides a novel paradigm for the development of porous MOF materials in the application of gas mixture separation.展开更多

Findings of spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT),fluorescein angiography, indocyanine green angiography,and clinical features were analyzed. RESULTS: All patients were Chinese. Five patients(15.6%) were bilaterally involved. Patients’ ages ranged from 7 to 66 y. Refractive error ranged between +2.0 D and 11.0 D. Mean best-corrected visual acuity was 0.6(range, 0.1 to 1.2). Fundus examinations exhibited mild-moderate localized pigmentary disturbances in the corresponding area of 17 eyes. Fluorescein angiography performed in 18 patients showed varying degrees of hyperfluorescence and hypofluorescence related to a range of retinal pigment epithelium(RPE) alterations.Indocyanine green angiography performed in 7 patients showed hypofluorescence at the excavation. SD-OCT demonstrated choroidal excavation in all 37 eyes.Twenty-nine eyes showed a single lesion of FCE, and three eyes showed 2-3 separated lesions. Fifteen eyes showed separation between the photoreceptor tips andRPE consistent with nonconforming FCE. Central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC, n =1) and choroidal neovascularization(CNV, n =1) developed during follow-up.CONCLUSION: FCE could be interpreted as congenital focal choroidal dysplasia involving the RPE,choriocapillaris, and photoreceptor associated with the faulty anatomy. Objective:To investigate clinic pathological peculiarities and evaluate the prognosis of metaplastic breast carcinoma.Methods:Patients with metaplastic breast carcinoma at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Uni...Objective:To investigate clinic pathological peculiarities and evaluate the prognosis of metaplastic breast carcinoma.Methods:Patients with metaplastic breast carcinoma at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and Guangxing Hospital Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2008 to 2013 were retrospectively selected.Results:A total of 73 female patients were reviewed,including 41 cases of purely epithelial type and 32 cases of mixed epithelial and mesenchymal type.Median tumor size was 4.6cm.Forty-three patients(58.8%)presented with lymph node metastasis,84.9%of cases were in advanced TNM stage,and 60.2%of cases were overexpressed by Ki-67.At a median follow-up of 59 months,median overall survival and disease-free survival were 59.7 and 43.9 months,respectively.Five-year overall survival rate was 45.2%and disease-free survival rate was 30.1%,and 76.7%of patients had recurrence or metastasis.Univariate analysis showed that tumor size,lymph node,and radiotherapy were associated with overall survival and disease-free survival(P<0.05),while Ki-67 over-expression was correlated with overall survival(P<0.05).With multivariate analysis,tumor size,lymph node,and radiotherapy affected prognosis(P<0.05);however,pathological typing was not an independent prognostic factor(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metaplastic breast carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor with large tumor,high lymph node metastasis rate,staging relatively late,high local recurrence and distant metastasis rate.The treatment follows the principle of comprehensive treatment based on surgery,but the prognosis is poor.Tumor size,lymph node,and radiotherapy treatment affect the prognosis.Overexpression of Ki-67 can be used as a potential diagnostic,therapeutic and prognostic indicator for metaplastic breast cancer.展开更多

AIM:To describe the optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)characteristics of exudative and nonexudative treatment-naïve pachychoroid neovasculopathy(PNV).METHODS:Thirty-five patients with exudative treatm...AIM:To describe the optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)characteristics of exudative and nonexudative treatment-naïve pachychoroid neovasculopathy(PNV).METHODS:Thirty-five patients with exudative treatmentnaïve PNV and 13 with non-exudative treatment-naïve PNV between March 2020 and December 2021 were included.All patients underwent ophthalmologic examination,including fluorescein angiography(FA),indocyanine green angiography(ICGA),spectral-domain OCT,and OCTA.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS:The study included 51 eyes from 46 patients,of whom 33(71.7%)were male.The central macular thickness(CMT)in the exudative PNV group was significantly higher than that in the non-exudative PNV group(383.97±132.16μm vs 213.13±51.63μm;P<0.001).The maximum height of flat irregular pigment epithelial detachments(FIPED)was 45.40±11.86μm in the non-exudative PNV group,significantly lower than the 71.58±20.91μm(P<0.001)in the exudative PNV group.The area of PNV of the non-exudative PNV group was,significantly larger than that of the exudative PNV group(1.06±0.84 mm2 vs 0.63±0.80 mm2,P=0.016).There was a significant difference in PNV morphology between the two groups(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the maximum height of FIPED(OR=1.156,95%CI:1.019-1.312;P=0.024)and microvascular branches(OR=69.412,95%CI:3.538-1361.844;P=0.005)were independent predictors of PNV activity.CONCLUSION:The OCTA imaging finds that there are significant differences in CMT,maximum height of FIPED,PNV area,and morphology of exudative PNV and non-exudative PNV groups.OCTA can accurately identify the clinical and imaging features of exudative and nonexudative treatment-naïve PNV,and distinguish PNV activity.展开更多
AIM:To observe the melanin change of the retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)and choroid in the convalescent stage of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH).METHODS:A retrospective study was performed on 40 eyes of 20 patients in the c...AIM:To observe the melanin change of the retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)and choroid in the convalescent stage of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH).METHODS:A retrospective study was performed on 40 eyes of 20 patients in the convalescent stage of VKH.Fundus photography(FP),multi-spectral imaging(MSI),and optical coherence tomography(OCT)were performed.RESULTS:In the VKH convalescent stage,focal RPE melanin accumulation(FRMA)was detected in 34 eyes(85%)on MSI and in 7 eyes(17.5%)on FP.FRMA was limited to the previous retinal detachment area in all 28 eyes(FRMA was detected in 34 eyes on MSI,which were enrolled,and 6 eyes lacked data in the acute stage).Sunset-glow fundus was detected in 20 eyes(50%)on FP.The mean density of FRMA in a 1-mm-diameter circular area of the fovea was 0.04±0.07 on MSI,which was significantly correlated with sunset-glow fundus(ρ=0.467,P=0.02).CONCLUSION:In the VKH convalescent stage,FRMA is derived from the RPE melanin change,and sunset-glow fundus is derived from the choroid melanin change.A higher density of FRMA in the fovea and sunset-glow fundus represents more serious depigmentation of melanin.展开更多

Drying experiments were conducted at five temperatures of 40℃, 50℃, 60℃, 70℃ and 80℃. The experimental data were fitted to ten different thin layer drying models to select a suitable model for describing the drying process of Rosa laevigata Michx fruits. The results showed that the Midilli model had the highest value of R2 (0.999767), the lowest χ2 (0.000034) and RMSE (0.003616) among the ten models considered. The drying process of Rosa laevigata Michx fruits consisted of 1st falling rate period and 2nd falling rate period. The effective moisture diffusivity was found in the range of 1.49 - 30.20 × 10-11 m2·s-1. The value of activation energy obtained by plotting lnD versus 1/T is about 36 kJ·mol-1.展开更多

The failure of bone injury repair surgery is mostly due to the stress shielding effect caused by the difference of elastic modulus between the implant prosthesis and human bone,result-ing in a great damage to patients...The failure of bone injury repair surgery is mostly due to the stress shielding effect caused by the difference of elastic modulus between the implant prosthesis and human bone,result-ing in a great damage to patients.To solve this problem,in this study,the influencing factors of the elastic modulus of implant prosthesis were investigated,the relationship between the elastic modulus of the implanted prosthesis and the influencing factors was analyzed,and then a design method of the implant prosthesis to reduce the stress shielding effect by adjusting the unit module to control the elastic modulus was established.This method was used for the biomechanical simula-tion to simulate the displacement and stress distribution between the implant prosthesis and the surrounding bone tissue,and then the reliability of the method was verified.The implant prosthe-sis with an elastic modulus consistent with that of the experimental dog bone was made by this method,and used for the animal experiments.The effects of implant prosthesis with different mod-ulus on the growth of surrounding bone tissue were observed,and at the same time,the reliability of the implant design method and the results of biomechanical simulation were verified.It is con-firmed that this method can effectively reduce the stress concentration of implant prosthesis by more than 15.4%and increase the growth of bone tissue by more than 21%.展开更多

文摘AIM:To describe the optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)characteristics of exudative and nonexudative treatment-naïve pachychoroid neovasculopathy(PNV).METHODS:Thirty-five patients with exudative treatmentnaïve PNV and 13 with non-exudative treatment-naïve PNV between March 2020 and December 2021 were included.All patients underwent ophthalmologic examination,including fluorescein angiography(FA),indocyanine green angiography(ICGA),spectral-domain OCT,and OCTA.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS:The study included 51 eyes from 46 patients,of whom 33(71.7%)were male.The central macular thickness(CMT)in the exudative PNV group was significantly higher than that in the non-exudative PNV group(383.97±132.16μm vs 213.13±51.63μm;P<0.001).The maximum height of flat irregular pigment epithelial detachments(FIPED)was 45.40±11.86μm in the non-exudative PNV group,significantly lower than the 71.58±20.91μm(P<0.001)in the exudative PNV group.The area of PNV of the non-exudative PNV group was,significantly larger than that of the exudative PNV group(1.06±0.84 mm2 vs 0.63±0.80 mm2,P=0.016).There was a significant difference in PNV morphology between the two groups(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the maximum height of FIPED(OR=1.156,95%CI:1.019-1.312;P=0.024)and microvascular branches(OR=69.412,95%CI:3.538-1361.844;P=0.005)were independent predictors of PNV activity.CONCLUSION:The OCTA imaging finds that there are significant differences in CMT,maximum height of FIPED,PNV area,and morphology of exudative PNV and non-exudative PNV groups.OCTA can accurately identify the clinical and imaging features of exudative and nonexudative treatment-naïve PNV,and distinguish PNV activity.
文摘AIM:To observe the melanin change of the retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)and choroid in the convalescent stage of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH).METHODS:A retrospective study was performed on 40 eyes of 20 patients in the convalescent stage of VKH.Fundus photography(FP),multi-spectral imaging(MSI),and optical coherence tomography(OCT)were performed.RESULTS:In the VKH convalescent stage,focal RPE melanin accumulation(FRMA)was detected in 34 eyes(85%)on MSI and in 7 eyes(17.5%)on FP.FRMA was limited to the previous retinal detachment area in all 28 eyes(FRMA was detected in 34 eyes on MSI,which were enrolled,and 6 eyes lacked data in the acute stage).Sunset-glow fundus was detected in 20 eyes(50%)on FP.The mean density of FRMA in a 1-mm-diameter circular area of the fovea was 0.04±0.07 on MSI,which was significantly correlated with sunset-glow fundus(ρ=0.467,P=0.02).CONCLUSION:In the VKH convalescent stage,FRMA is derived from the RPE melanin change,and sunset-glow fundus is derived from the choroid melanin change.A higher density of FRMA in the fovea and sunset-glow fundus represents more serious depigmentation of melanin.

文摘This paper studies the correlation between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Constitution discrimination and physical examination index based on BPNN algorithm.253cases of routine urine test were used to build a linkage model between TCM Constitution and physical indicators via BPNN algorithm.According to the test,the correct rate of learning and test group are60%and40%,respectively.A strong correlation was found between TCM Constitution and physical examination indexes.By applying cutting-edge knowledge and technologies,the development and modernization process of TCM can be greatly promoted.
文摘The drying process of traditional Chinese medicine Rosa laevigata Michx was investigated in a laboratory scale dryer. Drying experiments were conducted at five temperatures of 40℃, 50℃, 60℃, 70℃ and 80℃. The experimental data were fitted to ten different thin layer drying models to select a suitable model for describing the drying process of Rosa laevigata Michx fruits. The results showed that the Midilli model had the highest value of R2 (0.999767), the lowest χ2 (0.000034) and RMSE (0.003616) among the ten models considered. The drying process of Rosa laevigata Michx fruits consisted of 1st falling rate period and 2nd falling rate period. The effective moisture diffusivity was found in the range of 1.49 - 30.20 × 10-11 m2·s-1. The value of activation energy obtained by plotting lnD versus 1/T is about 36 kJ·mol-1.

文摘Objective Identification of one’s constitution based on a combination of features and back propagation neural network theory is needed in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).We describe a method to identify one’s constitution based on TCM constitution classification and a physical index model.Methods We created a constitution identification system based on neural network using Visio Studio development tool.We report the initial implementation of the system,the accuracy of which was verified using actual data.Results We found a relatively strong correlation between TCM constitution and physical indicators.Conclusion Finally,our report describes a possible application of the proposed system.

文摘The failure of bone injury repair surgery is mostly due to the stress shielding effect caused by the difference of elastic modulus between the implant prosthesis and human bone,result-ing in a great damage to patients.To solve this problem,in this study,the influencing factors of the elastic modulus of implant prosthesis were investigated,the relationship between the elastic modulus of the implanted prosthesis and the influencing factors was analyzed,and then a design method of the implant prosthesis to reduce the stress shielding effect by adjusting the unit module to control the elastic modulus was established.This method was used for the biomechanical simula-tion to simulate the displacement and stress distribution between the implant prosthesis and the surrounding bone tissue,and then the reliability of the method was verified.The implant prosthe-sis with an elastic modulus consistent with that of the experimental dog bone was made by this method,and used for the animal experiments.The effects of implant prosthesis with different mod-ulus on the growth of surrounding bone tissue were observed,and at the same time,the reliability of the implant design method and the results of biomechanical simulation were verified.It is con-firmed that this method can effectively reduce the stress concentration of implant prosthesis by more than 15.4%and increase the growth of bone tissue by more than 21%.
