Objective:The mechanism of Dangshen(Codonopsis pilosula)in treating pancreatic cancer(PC)was explored by network pharmacology technology and platform.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology datab...Objective:The mechanism of Dangshen(Codonopsis pilosula)in treating pancreatic cancer(PC)was explored by network pharmacology technology and platform.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP)was used to collect the effective compounds and potential targets of C.pilosula,and the genes associated with PC were obtained through the GeneCards database,the interaction genes between the effective compound targets of C.pilosula and PC targets were explored by the Venny method.The following mapping the interaction genes into a protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,and the key targets were screened.Finally,the interactive genes were imported into the DAVID database for gene ontology(GO)annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)signal enrichment.Results:Twenty-one effective compounds and 98 downstream target genes of C.pilosula were screened through the TCMSP database.A total of 1,278 PC target genes were obtained through the GeneCards database,and the number of overlap genes between C.pilosula targets and PC related genes was 54,of which 10 were key node genes,namely CASP3,TP53,MDM2,AKT1,ESR1,BCL2L1,MCL1,HSP90AA1,CASP9,and CCND.These interactive genes involved a total of 30 typical GO terms and 20 KEGG signals.Conclusion:C.pilosula may play a role in treating PC through multi-component,multi-target,and multi-signal pathways.展开更多

Macro-texture (over the entire wire cross section) as...The influence of torsion deformation on textures of cold drawing pearlific steel wires was investigated by twisting the wires to different number of revolutions. Macro-texture (over the entire wire cross section) associated with torsion deformation was investigated by X-ray diffraction, while micro-texture (near the wire surface) was characterized by EBSD. The results show that the (110) macro-texture increases at the beginning of torsion and then decreases with increasing of torsion strain, while the (110) micro-texture decreases linearly with increasing of torsion strain. The relationships between the (110) fiber texture and the microhardness of the wires are also discussed.展开更多
The deformation texture and twin effect of rolled AZ31 Mg alloy on the corrosion resistance in simulated body fluid(SBF) at room temperature were examined by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedanc...The deformation texture and twin effect of rolled AZ31 Mg alloy on the corrosion resistance in simulated body fluid(SBF) at room temperature were examined by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectra.The corrosion morphology evolution after being immersed in SBF for 24 h has been analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the inhomogeneous deformation leaded to the obvious differences in the microstructure.The corrosion rate of rolled AZ31 Mg alloy decreased dramatically in the transverse direction(TD) plane, which mainly consisted of {0001} deformation texture, making TD plane be a lower surface energy,and thus a higher corrosion resistance, while the corrosion resistance of the plane with 45° to TD direction(45 TD plane) containing enormous{10-12} tension twins decreased after 5% uniaxial compression. The {10-12} tension twins accelerate the rate of corrosion procedure and pitting corrosion. Moreover, it is suggested that the deformation texture affects the corrosion behavior more than the twins do. This study indicates that the corrosion rate of AZ31 Mg alloy in SBF can be modified by the small uniaxial compression.展开更多

Par...The effects of annealing on microstructure, posite wire have been investigated. Neither changes in magnetoresistance, and hardness of an in situ Cu-Nb microcom- microstructure nor hardness were found until 500 ℃. Particularly, microstructural change within the Nb films was observed in the annealed samples. The room-temperature magnetoresistivity was almost negligible, while magnetoresistivity at -196℃increased with magnetic field. At temperature above 500 ℃, recovery and recrystallization occurred, and both the resistance and hardness decreased.展开更多
