The impedance matching of absorbers is a vital factor affecting their microwave absorption(MA)properties.In this work,we controllably synthesized Material of Institute Lavoisier 88C(MIL-88C)with varying aspect ratios(...The impedance matching of absorbers is a vital factor affecting their microwave absorption(MA)properties.In this work,we controllably synthesized Material of Institute Lavoisier 88C(MIL-88C)with varying aspect ratios(AR)as a precursor by regulating oil bath conditions,followed by one-step thermal decomposition to obtain carbon-coated iron-based composites.Modifying the precursor MIL-88C(Fe)preparation conditions,such as the molar ratio between metal ions and organic ligands(M/O),oil bath temperature,and oil bath time,influenced the phases,graphitization degree,and AR of the derivatives,enabling low filler loading,achieving well-matched impedance,and ensuring outstanding MA properties.The MOF-derivatives 2(MD_(2))/polyvinylidene Difluoride(PVDF),MD_(3)/PVDF,and MD4/PVDF absorbers all exhibited excellent MA properties with optimal filler loadings below 20 wt%and as low as 5 wt%.The MD_(2)/PVDF(5 wt%)achieved a maximum effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 5.52 GHz(1.90 mm).The MD_(3)/PVDF(10 wt%)possessed a minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))value of−67.4 at 12.56 GHz(2.13 mm).A symmetric gradient honeycomb structure(SGHS)was constructed utilizing the high-frequency structure simulator(HFSS)to further extend the EAB,achieving an EAB of 14.6 GHz and a RL_(min) of−59.0 dB.This research offers a viable inspiration to creating structures or materials with high-efficiency MA properties.展开更多

In this paper, we review and summa rize the c...From the perspectives of biodiversity conservation and management, there is an urgent need to have at hand current synopses of classification and distributions of species. In this paper, we review and summa rize the classifica tions, Chinese a nd English names, type specimens, type localities and distributions of China’s lizard fauna to promote scientific exchange and species conservation among relevant people in China and internationally. As of December 31, 2020, a total of 230species of lizard, belonging to 44 genera and 12 families,have been recorded from China, including 4 invasive species: 2 in the family Gekkonidae, 1 in Iguanidae and one in Dactyloidae. There are 115 endemic species, accounting for 50% of this group. The proportion of endemic species to China was the highest in the family Eublepharidae(84.62%), and the number of endemic species to China was the highest in the family Agamidae(42 species). The species distributions and classifica tion in the “Fa una Sinica(Reptilia 2): Squamata(Lacertilia)” were updated.Among the provincial administrative units, there is a larger number of species in the southern provinces, such as Yunnan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Taiwan. Sichuan, Yunnan, and Taiwan harbour relatively more endemic species than others. A total of 154 species of lizards were first discovered in China, and the type localities of these species are concentrated in Yunnan, Taiwan, Tibet, Xinjiang, and Sichuan.展开更多
In recent years,taxonomic research of the genus Diploderma has made great progress,but there are still areas lacking relevant investigations.During 2020-2021,we carried out survey of reptile diversity in and around th...In recent years,taxonomic research of the genus Diploderma has made great progress,but there are still areas lacking relevant investigations.During 2020-2021,we carried out survey of reptile diversity in and around the Shaluli Mountains and collected some specimens of Diploderma.Of which,based on systematics inferred from mitochondrial ND2 gene sequence and morphological data,three new species were recognized:Diploderma daochengense sp.nov.from the Shuiluo River and Muli River valleys in southeastern Daocheng County,D.xinlongense sp.nov.from the upper-middle valleys of the Yalong River in Xinlong County,and D.kangdingense sp.nov.from the Yalong River middle valley and Liqiu River valley.Specifically,these three new species formed three monophyletic lineages with strongly supported and nested into the subclade I of the Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood trees.The uncorrected mean genetic distance between these new species and their closely related species was 4.3%(D.xinlongense sp.nov.vs.D.panchi),3.4%(D.daochengense sp.nov.vs.D.yulongense)and 5.5%(D.kangdingense sp.nov.vs.D.bowoense),higher than many pairs of species of Diploderma.With respect to the morphology,D.daochengense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.yulongense byhaving smoothupper edge of the dorsolateral stripes,cyan or dark olive green to yellow gular spots inbothsexes and light yelloworwhite ventrolateral body in males;D.xinlongense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.panchi by having cyan gular spot in both sexes;D.kangdingense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.bowoense by having more T4S 20-25(average 23),more F4S 16-20(average 17)and yellow to light yellow ventrolateral body,yellow gular spot present in males.To date,the number of species of the genus Diploderma has increased to 40,of which 37 species have been known in China.展开更多

The possibility to induce a macroscopic magnetic moment in lead halide perovskites(LHPs),combined with their excellent optoelectronic properties,is of fundamental interest and has promising spintronic applications.How...The possibility to induce a macroscopic magnetic moment in lead halide perovskites(LHPs),combined with their excellent optoelectronic properties,is of fundamental interest and has promising spintronic applications.However,these possibilities remain an open question in both theory and experiment.Here,theoretical and experimental studies are performed to explore ferromagnetic states in LHPs originated from lattice defects.First-principle calculations reveal that shallow-level Br vacancies in defective CsPbBr3 can produce spin-splitting states and the coupling between them leads to a ferromagnetic ground state.Experimentally,ferromagnetism at 300 K is observed in room-temperature synthesized CsPbBr3 nanocrystals,but is not observed in hot-injection prepared CsPbBr3 quantum dots and in CsPbBr3 single crystals,highlighting the significance played by vacancy defects.Furthermore,the ferromagnetism in the CsPbBr3 nanocrystals can be enhanced fourfold with Ni2+ion dopants,due to enhancement of the exchange coupling between magnetic polarons.Room-temperature ferromagnetism is also observed in other LHPs,which suggests that vacancy-induced ferromagnetism may be a universal feature of solution-processed LHPs,which is useful for future spintronic devices.展开更多
Objective Anastomotic leakage(AL)is one of the serious complications after anterior resection for rectal cancer.Defunctioning stoma(DS)is one of the most widely used approaches to prevent it;however,the effect of DS o...Objective Anastomotic leakage(AL)is one of the serious complications after anterior resection for rectal cancer.Defunctioning stoma(DS)is one of the most widely used approaches to prevent it;however,the effect of DS on the occurrence of AL remains controversial.This study aimed to investigate risk factors of AL and assess the effect of DS after anterior resection for rectal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the data of 1840 patients who underwent anterior resection for rectal cancer from January 2014 to December 2019.Results The results showed the overall AL incidence was 7.5%.Multivariate analyses revealed that males[odds ratio(OR)1.562]and T3–T4 stage(OR 1.729)were independent risk factors for all patients.After propensity score matching analysis,the AL incidence was 14.1%in the group with no DS and 6.4%in the DS group(P<0.001).The clinical AL(grade B+grade C)incidence was 12.4%in no DS group and 4.6%in the DS group(P<0.001).Conclusion The study suggested that males and T3–T4 stage were independent risk factors of AL.In addition,DS could reduce the rate of symptomatic AL.展开更多

By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO)...Herein, a bidirectional polarization strategy is proposed for hosting efficient and durable lithium-sulfur battery(Li-S) electrochemistry. By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO), the bidirectional electron redistribution enables a higher polysulfide affinity over its monodoped counterparts, contributing to strong sulfur immobilization and fast conversion kinetics. As a result,BNrGO as the cathode host matrix realizes excellent cycling stability over 1000 cycles with a minimum capacity fading of 0.027% per cycle, and superb rate capability up to 10 C. Meanwhile, decent areal capacity(6.46 m Ah/cm^(2)) and cyclability(300 cycles) are also achievable under high sulfur loading and limited electrolyte. This work provides instructive insights into the interaction between doping engineering and sulfur electrochemistry for pursuing superior Li-S batteries.展开更多
The development of hierarchical nanostructure is demonstrated as an effective strategy to improve catalytic activity and stability of electrocatalysts.Herein,a novel leaf-like hierarchically porous heterojunction flak...The development of hierarchical nanostructure is demonstrated as an effective strategy to improve catalytic activity and stability of electrocatalysts.Herein,a novel leaf-like hierarchically porous heterojunction flake arrays(FAs),integrated graphitic N-doped carbon(NC)with amorphous B,N-doped carbon(BNC),has been designed and grown on flexible carbon fiber(CF)using metal-organic framework(MOF)FAs and green ionic liquids as precursors.The hierarchical heterojunction structure possesses micro-and nano-scaled pores,large surface areas,and exposed high-density catalytic active sites,which enhances electronic conductivity and offers accessible transport channels for effectively decreasing mass transport resistance.The results of discrete Fourier transform(DFT)calculations and experiments also suggest that the catalytic activity has been promoted by the heterojunction structure through narrowing the banding gap.Consequently,the resultant nanohybrid microelectrode exhibits remarkable electrochemical sensing performance towards H2O2 with a low detection limit of 50 nM,and a high sensitivity of 213μA×mM-1×cm-2,as well as good anti-interference capability.The practical application of nanohybrid fiber microelectrode has been explored by real-time monitoring H2O2 released from live colon cells and surgically-resected fresh colon cancer tissue,which can provide important information for the identification of different types of cells as well as distinguish cancer cells from normal ones.We believe this research will pave the way towards the development of advanced carbon nanomaterials for application in the fields of electrochemistry,biosensing,and cancer diagnosis.展开更多
The impedance mismatch of carbon materials is a key factor limiting their widespread use in electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption.In this work,the novel CeO_(2)/nitrogen-doped carbon(CeO_(2)/N-C)nanofiber was prepared to...The impedance mismatch of carbon materials is a key factor limiting their widespread use in electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption.In this work,the novel CeO_(2)/nitrogen-doped carbon(CeO_(2)/N-C)nanofiber was prepared to solve the problem by electrospinning and sintering.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analyses demonstrated CeO_(2)was successfully loaded onto the surface of partially graphitized carbon fibers.Different sintering temperatures change the graphitization degree of material,and the oxygen vacancy structure of CeO_(2)and defects from N doping optimize the impedance matching of the material.When the sintering temperature reaches 950℃,CeO_(2)/N-C fiber possesses the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−42.59 dB at 2.5 mm with a filler loading of only 3 wt.%in polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF).Meanwhile,the CeO_(2)/N-C fiber achieves a surprising wideband(8.48 GHz)at a thickness of 2.5 mm,covering the whole Ku-band as well as 63%of the X-band at the sintering temperature of 650℃.This work provides the research basis for widely commercial applications of carbon-based nanofiber absorbers.展开更多

Background:Immunotherapies such as adoptive immune cell infusion and immune-modulating agents are widely used for cancer treatment,and the concomitant symptoms,including cytokine release syndrome(CRS)or immune-related...Background:Immunotherapies such as adoptive immune cell infusion and immune-modulating agents are widely used for cancer treatment,and the concomitant symptoms,including cytokine release syndrome(CRS)or immune-related adverse events(irAEs),are frequently reported.However,clinical manifestations induced by mismatched donor granulocyte colony-stimulating factor mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cell(GPBMC)infusion in patients receiving microtransplant(MST)have not yet been well depicted.Methods:We analyzed 88 cycles of mismatched GPBMC infusion in patients with acute myeloid leukemia receiving MST and 54 cycles of chemotherapy without GPBMC infusion as a comparison.Clinical symptoms and their correlation with clinical features,laboratory findings,and clinical response were explored.Results:Fever(58.0%[51/88])and chills(43.2%[38/88])were the significant early-onset symptoms after GPBMC infusion.Patients possessing less human leukocyte antigen-matching loci with the donor or those with unrelated donors experienced more chills(3[2–5]loci vs.5[3–5]loci,P=0.043 and 66.7%[12/18]vs.37.1%[26/70],P=0.024).On the other hand,those with decreased CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio developed more fever(0.8[0.7–1.2]vs.1.4[1.1–2.2],P=0.007).Multivariable analysis demonstrated that younger patients experienced more fever(odds ratio[OR]=0.963,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.932–0.995,P=0.022),while patients with younger donors experienced more chills(OR=0.915,95%CI:0.859–0.975,P=0.006).Elevated ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein levels in the absence of cytokine storm were observed following GPBMC infusion,which indicated mild and transient inflammatory response.Although no predictive value of infusion-related syndrome to leukemia burden change was found,the proportion of host pre-treatment activated T cells was positively correlated with leukemia control.Conclusions:Mismatched GPBMC infusion in MST induced unique infusion-related symptoms and laboratory changes,which were associated with donor-or recipient-derived risk factors,with less safety and tolerance concerns than reported CRS or irAEs.展开更多
Biochar is a potential porous carbon to remove the contaminants from aquatic environments.Herein,N-doped hierarchical biochar was produced by the combined approach of ammonia torrefaction pretreatment(ATP)and alkali a...Biochar is a potential porous carbon to remove the contaminants from aquatic environments.Herein,N-doped hierarchical biochar was produced by the combined approach of ammonia torrefaction pretreatment(ATP)and alkali activation.ATP could not only incorporate N element into poplar wood,but obtain the loose structure of poplar wood.The highest surface area of N-doped hierarchical biochar was 2324.61 m^(2) g^(−1) after ammonia wet torrefaction pretreatment,which was higher than that of activation carbon(1401.82 m^(2) g^(−1))without torrefaction pretreatment,the hierarchical biochar(2111.03 m^(2) g^(−1))without ammonia atmosphere.The N-doped hierarchical biochar presented the highest adsorption capacity(564.7 mg g^(−1))of methyl orange(MO),which was 14.64-fold of that on biochar without N doping.In addition,the pseudo-second-order and Langmuir model fitted well with the adsorption kinetics and isotherms of the N-doped hierarchical biochar.The incorporation of nitrogen element could not only tune the distribution of surface electrons on biochar,but optimize the ambient condition of adsorption active sites as well.The adsorption of MO might occur on the N-/O-containing functional groups through the electrostatic interaction,theπ-πdispersion interaction,and the hydrogen bonding.The density functional theory showed that the graphitic-N and pyridinic-N were the dominant adsorption active sites.展开更多

文摘The possibility to induce a macroscopic magnetic moment in lead halide perovskites(LHPs),combined with their excellent optoelectronic properties,is of fundamental interest and has promising spintronic applications.However,these possibilities remain an open question in both theory and experiment.Here,theoretical and experimental studies are performed to explore ferromagnetic states in LHPs originated from lattice defects.First-principle calculations reveal that shallow-level Br vacancies in defective CsPbBr3 can produce spin-splitting states and the coupling between them leads to a ferromagnetic ground state.Experimentally,ferromagnetism at 300 K is observed in room-temperature synthesized CsPbBr3 nanocrystals,but is not observed in hot-injection prepared CsPbBr3 quantum dots and in CsPbBr3 single crystals,highlighting the significance played by vacancy defects.Furthermore,the ferromagnetism in the CsPbBr3 nanocrystals can be enhanced fourfold with Ni2+ion dopants,due to enhancement of the exchange coupling between magnetic polarons.Room-temperature ferromagnetism is also observed in other LHPs,which suggests that vacancy-induced ferromagnetism may be a universal feature of solution-processed LHPs,which is useful for future spintronic devices.

文摘Objective Anastomotic leakage(AL)is one of the serious complications after anterior resection for rectal cancer.Defunctioning stoma(DS)is one of the most widely used approaches to prevent it;however,the effect of DS on the occurrence of AL remains controversial.This study aimed to investigate risk factors of AL and assess the effect of DS after anterior resection for rectal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the data of 1840 patients who underwent anterior resection for rectal cancer from January 2014 to December 2019.Results The results showed the overall AL incidence was 7.5%.Multivariate analyses revealed that males[odds ratio(OR)1.562]and T3–T4 stage(OR 1.729)were independent risk factors for all patients.After propensity score matching analysis,the AL incidence was 14.1%in the group with no DS and 6.4%in the DS group(P<0.001).The clinical AL(grade B+grade C)incidence was 12.4%in no DS group and 4.6%in the DS group(P<0.001).Conclusion The study suggested that males and T3–T4 stage were independent risk factors of AL.In addition,DS could reduce the rate of symptomatic AL.

文摘Herein, a bidirectional polarization strategy is proposed for hosting efficient and durable lithium-sulfur battery(Li-S) electrochemistry. By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO), the bidirectional electron redistribution enables a higher polysulfide affinity over its monodoped counterparts, contributing to strong sulfur immobilization and fast conversion kinetics. As a result,BNrGO as the cathode host matrix realizes excellent cycling stability over 1000 cycles with a minimum capacity fading of 0.027% per cycle, and superb rate capability up to 10 C. Meanwhile, decent areal capacity(6.46 m Ah/cm^(2)) and cyclability(300 cycles) are also achievable under high sulfur loading and limited electrolyte. This work provides instructive insights into the interaction between doping engineering and sulfur electrochemistry for pursuing superior Li-S batteries.

文摘The development of hierarchical nanostructure is demonstrated as an effective strategy to improve catalytic activity and stability of electrocatalysts.Herein,a novel leaf-like hierarchically porous heterojunction flake arrays(FAs),integrated graphitic N-doped carbon(NC)with amorphous B,N-doped carbon(BNC),has been designed and grown on flexible carbon fiber(CF)using metal-organic framework(MOF)FAs and green ionic liquids as precursors.The hierarchical heterojunction structure possesses micro-and nano-scaled pores,large surface areas,and exposed high-density catalytic active sites,which enhances electronic conductivity and offers accessible transport channels for effectively decreasing mass transport resistance.The results of discrete Fourier transform(DFT)calculations and experiments also suggest that the catalytic activity has been promoted by the heterojunction structure through narrowing the banding gap.Consequently,the resultant nanohybrid microelectrode exhibits remarkable electrochemical sensing performance towards H2O2 with a low detection limit of 50 nM,and a high sensitivity of 213μA×mM-1×cm-2,as well as good anti-interference capability.The practical application of nanohybrid fiber microelectrode has been explored by real-time monitoring H2O2 released from live colon cells and surgically-resected fresh colon cancer tissue,which can provide important information for the identification of different types of cells as well as distinguish cancer cells from normal ones.We believe this research will pave the way towards the development of advanced carbon nanomaterials for application in the fields of electrochemistry,biosensing,and cancer diagnosis.

文摘The impedance mismatch of carbon materials is a key factor limiting their widespread use in electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption.In this work,the novel CeO_(2)/nitrogen-doped carbon(CeO_(2)/N-C)nanofiber was prepared to solve the problem by electrospinning and sintering.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analyses demonstrated CeO_(2)was successfully loaded onto the surface of partially graphitized carbon fibers.Different sintering temperatures change the graphitization degree of material,and the oxygen vacancy structure of CeO_(2)and defects from N doping optimize the impedance matching of the material.When the sintering temperature reaches 950℃,CeO_(2)/N-C fiber possesses the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−42.59 dB at 2.5 mm with a filler loading of only 3 wt.%in polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF).Meanwhile,the CeO_(2)/N-C fiber achieves a surprising wideband(8.48 GHz)at a thickness of 2.5 mm,covering the whole Ku-band as well as 63%of the X-band at the sintering temperature of 650℃.This work provides the research basis for widely commercial applications of carbon-based nanofiber absorbers.
文摘母体外周血中存在来源于胎儿的具有完整细胞核的红细胞,即胎儿有核红细胞(fetal nucleated red blood cells,FNRBCs).FNRBCs在整个妊娠期内持续存在于母体血液循环之中,具有全套的胎儿遗传物质、细胞器、各类生物分子以及代谢物等,包含丰富的胎儿生理信息,同时还表达多种特异性蛋白,是用于无创式产前检测/诊断的理想分析靶标.然而,孕妇外周血中存在数量巨大的红细胞(~10~9个/mL)和白细胞(~10~6个/mL),FNRBCs则十分稀少(<10^(3)个/mL).在完成母体静脉采血后,如何高效率高纯度分离富集血样中的FNRBCs、确定其胎儿源性并开展面向临床的生化分析极具挑战.本文从实施无创产前检测/诊断的重要意义出发,对母体外周血FNRBCs这一潜力巨大的无创产前检测/诊断标志物进行综述,在介绍FNRBCs来源及特征的基础上,总结FNRBCs分离富集与鉴定分析技术的发展现状,并阐述FNRBCs的临床应用、当前面临的挑战以及今后的发展方向,旨在为相关研究和临床转化提供参考.

文摘Background:Immunotherapies such as adoptive immune cell infusion and immune-modulating agents are widely used for cancer treatment,and the concomitant symptoms,including cytokine release syndrome(CRS)or immune-related adverse events(irAEs),are frequently reported.However,clinical manifestations induced by mismatched donor granulocyte colony-stimulating factor mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cell(GPBMC)infusion in patients receiving microtransplant(MST)have not yet been well depicted.Methods:We analyzed 88 cycles of mismatched GPBMC infusion in patients with acute myeloid leukemia receiving MST and 54 cycles of chemotherapy without GPBMC infusion as a comparison.Clinical symptoms and their correlation with clinical features,laboratory findings,and clinical response were explored.Results:Fever(58.0%[51/88])and chills(43.2%[38/88])were the significant early-onset symptoms after GPBMC infusion.Patients possessing less human leukocyte antigen-matching loci with the donor or those with unrelated donors experienced more chills(3[2–5]loci vs.5[3–5]loci,P=0.043 and 66.7%[12/18]vs.37.1%[26/70],P=0.024).On the other hand,those with decreased CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio developed more fever(0.8[0.7–1.2]vs.1.4[1.1–2.2],P=0.007).Multivariable analysis demonstrated that younger patients experienced more fever(odds ratio[OR]=0.963,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.932–0.995,P=0.022),while patients with younger donors experienced more chills(OR=0.915,95%CI:0.859–0.975,P=0.006).Elevated ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein levels in the absence of cytokine storm were observed following GPBMC infusion,which indicated mild and transient inflammatory response.Although no predictive value of infusion-related syndrome to leukemia burden change was found,the proportion of host pre-treatment activated T cells was positively correlated with leukemia control.Conclusions:Mismatched GPBMC infusion in MST induced unique infusion-related symptoms and laboratory changes,which were associated with donor-or recipient-derived risk factors,with less safety and tolerance concerns than reported CRS or irAEs.

文摘Biochar is a potential porous carbon to remove the contaminants from aquatic environments.Herein,N-doped hierarchical biochar was produced by the combined approach of ammonia torrefaction pretreatment(ATP)and alkali activation.ATP could not only incorporate N element into poplar wood,but obtain the loose structure of poplar wood.The highest surface area of N-doped hierarchical biochar was 2324.61 m^(2) g^(−1) after ammonia wet torrefaction pretreatment,which was higher than that of activation carbon(1401.82 m^(2) g^(−1))without torrefaction pretreatment,the hierarchical biochar(2111.03 m^(2) g^(−1))without ammonia atmosphere.The N-doped hierarchical biochar presented the highest adsorption capacity(564.7 mg g^(−1))of methyl orange(MO),which was 14.64-fold of that on biochar without N doping.In addition,the pseudo-second-order and Langmuir model fitted well with the adsorption kinetics and isotherms of the N-doped hierarchical biochar.The incorporation of nitrogen element could not only tune the distribution of surface electrons on biochar,but optimize the ambient condition of adsorption active sites as well.The adsorption of MO might occur on the N-/O-containing functional groups through the electrostatic interaction,theπ-πdispersion interaction,and the hydrogen bonding.The density functional theory showed that the graphitic-N and pyridinic-N were the dominant adsorption active sites.
