DISLOCATION DISSOCIATIONS AND FAULTENERGIES IN Ni_3Al ALLOYS DOPED WITH PALLADIUM 被引量:16

Dislocation structures in polycrystalline Ni 3Al alloy doped with palladium deformed at room temperature have been investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The structure consists mainly of dislocations dissociated into a /2〈011〉 super partials bounding an anti phase boundary (APB). Dislocations dissociated into a /3〈112〉 super Shockley partials bounding a superlattice intrinsic stacking fault (SISF) are also common debris. The majority of the SISFs are truncated loops, i.e. the partials bounding the SISF are of similar Burgers vector. These faulted loops are generated from APB coupled dislocations, according to a mechanism for formation of SISFs proposed by Suzuki et al , and recently modified by Chiba et al . The APB energies for {111} and {010} slip planes are measured to be 144±20 mJ/m 2 and 102±11 mJ/m 2 respectively, and the SISF energy has been estimated to be 12 mJ/m 2 in this alloy. It is concluded that the dislocation structure in Ni 74.5 Pd 2Al 23.5 alloy deformed at room temperature is similar to that in binary Ni 3Al, and the difference in fault energies between these two alloys is small. Thus, it seems unlikely that the enhancement of ductility of Ni 74.5 Pd 2Al 23.5 results from only such a small decrease of the ordering energy of the alloy. SISF bounding dislocations also have no apparent influence on the ductilization of Ni 74.5 Pd 2Al 23.5 alloy. 展开更多

Effects of deformation parameters on formation of pro-eutectoid cementite in hypereutectoid steels

Brittle pro-eutectoid cementite that forms along prior-austenite in hypereutectoid steels is deleterious to mechanical properties. The optimum process parameters which suppress the formation of pro-eutectoid cementite in hypereutectoid steels with carbon content in the range of 0.8%-1.3% in mass fraction, were investigated. Pro-eutectoid cementite formation is effectively hindered by increasing the deformation temperature and decreasing the amount of strain. Transformation at lower temperatures close to the nose of the cooling-transformation diagram also reduces the tendency of the formation of pro-eutectoid cementite. Control of prior-austenite grain size and grain boundary conditions is important. Due to larger number of nucleation sites, finer prior-austenite grain size results in the acceleration of transformation to pro-eutectoid cementite. However, large prior-austenite and straight boundaries lead to less nucleation sites of pro-eutectoid cementite. The cooling rate and carbon content should be reduced as much as possible. The transformation temperature below 660 °C and the strain of 0.5 at deformation temperature of 850 °C are suggested. 展开更多

^(14)O(α, p)^(17)F是天体X射线暴中重要的突破反应。本工作通过厚靶方法测量其逆反应~1H(^(17)F,α)^(14)O的反应截面来研究这一关键反应。本实验工作是在日本东京大学原子核科学研究中心(CNS)的低能次级束流线(CRIB)上完成的,后续的... ^(14)O(α, p)^(17)F是天体X射线暴中重要的突破反应。本工作通过厚靶方法测量其逆反应~1H(^(17)F,α)^(14)O的反应截面来研究这一关键反应。本实验工作是在日本东京大学原子核科学研究中心(CNS)的低能次级束流线(CRIB)上完成的,后续的扣除本底实验是在兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL1)上完成的。CRIB实验是通过~2H(^(16)O,n)^(17)F转移反应产生^(17)F次级束,经过CRIB分离提纯之后,利用该次级束轰击氢气靶。在氢气靶后布置了三套望远镜探测器系统,用以探测不同实验角度的反冲α粒子,在数据处理的过程中经过动力学重构后得到了~1H(^(17)F,α)^(14)O反应在质心系能区E_(c.m.)=2.7~3.4 MeV的反应截面。实验结果在3 MeV以上的高能区与前人的薄靶实验数据是一致的,在低能区本工作获得了新的实验数据,倾向于支持干涉相消的理论预言结果。 展开更多

Proton resonant states in 22Mg have been investigated by the resonant elastic scattering of 21Na+p. The 21Na beam with a mean energy of 4.00 MeV/u was separated by the CNS radioactive ion beam separator(CRIB) and bombarded a thick(CH2)n target. The energy spectra of recoiled protons were measured at scattering angles of θcm ≈172° and 146°,respectively. A new state at 7.06 MeV has been observed clearly and another new one at 7.28 MeV is tentatively identified due to its low statistics. The proton resonant parameters were deduced from an R-matrix analysis of the differential cross section data. The astrophysical resonant reaction rate for the 18Ne(α,p)21Na reaction has been estimated,and it is about five times larger than that assumed before. 展开更多

番木瓜加工后的废弃物(PPW)是美国夏威夷地区一种主要的水果加工废弃物,其可作为酵母(酿酒酵母)生长的培养基。发酵后的PPW产品中含有45%粗蛋白以及若干粗脂肪、粗纤维、木质素、纤维素和矿物质,其营养水平优于仅仅使用酵母产品。用3种... 番木瓜加工后的废弃物(PPW)是美国夏威夷地区一种主要的水果加工废弃物,其可作为酵母(酿酒酵母)生长的培养基。发酵后的PPW产品中含有45%粗蛋白以及若干粗脂肪、粗纤维、木质素、纤维素和矿物质,其营养水平优于仅仅使用酵母产品。用3种不同水平PPW、蛋白质含量35%的日粮以及商品日粮饲喂虾8周,通过虾的饲养试验从经济和营养方面进行分析发酵番木瓜废弃物使用的可行性。在虾体重、生长、饲料转化率(FCR)和存活率方面,50%发酵PPW日粮组可与商品日粮组媲美。这种生物工艺对于控制成本和增加PPW加工量是经济可行的。PPW的销售价格以及每年运营和维护的成本是影响利润的最主要因素。本研究提出了具有发展前景的环境友好型有机废物处理方法,其利于当地农业和水产养殖业的可持续发展。 展开更多
