中医特色护理技术对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响及护理分析 被引量:6

目的探讨分析中医特色护理技术对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响及护理体会。方法选取2012年1月—2018年7月在扬州市中医院住院接受慢性盆腔炎治疗的60例患者进行研究,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。比较两组疼痛程度、白细胞指数、临床疗... 目的探讨分析中医特色护理技术对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响及护理体会。方法选取2012年1月—2018年7月在扬州市中医院住院接受慢性盆腔炎治疗的60例患者进行研究,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。比较两组疼痛程度、白细胞指数、临床疗效评价、护理效果评价。结果干预前两组患者疼痛评分[(5.71±1.21)分vs (5.63±1.81)分]、干预后1、7 d两组患者疼痛评[(2.25±1.91)分vs (5.25±1.91)分]、[(1.95±1.25)分vs(4.65±1.25)分],呈现下降趋势,且实验组患者干预后1、7 d疼痛评分下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(组内:F=48.315,P<0.001,组间:F=21.618,P<0.001,组内×组间:F=15.330,P<0.001),干预前两组患者白细胞计数(12.64±3.12)×10~9/L vs (12.68±2.32)×10~9/L,干预后1、7d两组患者白细胞计数为(8.84±2.89)×10~9/L vs (10.25±3.10)×10~9/L、(7.26±2.71)×10~9/L,(8.52±2.69)×10~9/L],呈现下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(组内:F=113.589,组间:P<0.001,F=56.781,P<0.001组内×组间:F=31.009,P<0.001),实验组患者临床疗效总有效率为93.33%较对照组的73.33%显著提高,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.908,P=0.002),干预前两组患者盆腔炎疼痛症状评分[(5.33±2.45)分vs (5.21±2.21)分]、带下异常症状评分[(4.95±3.01)分vs (4.25±2.69)分]、月经异常症状评分[(4.58±2.56)分vs (4.62±3.01)分],夜不能寐症状评分[(4.35±2.12)分vs (4.28±2.51)分],差异均无统计学意义(t=0.102,P=0.898,t=0.521,P=0.479,t=0.324,P=0.674,t=0.285,P=0.715),干预后7 d两组患者疼痛(1.52±1.95)分vs (4.75±1.95)分、带下异常(1.98±2.32)分vs (3.71±3.25)分、月经异常[(2.35±2.02)分vs (3.56±2.69)分]、夜不能寐症状评分(2.14±1.21)分vs(3.91±2.12)分均显著下降,且干预后7d实验组患者疼痛、带下异常、月经异常、夜不能寐症状评分下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(t=4.714,5.122,3.873,4.811,P<0.001);结论中医特色护理技术联合常规药物治疗下慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效显著,能改善患者的主要临床症状,建议在临床上推广。 展开更多
