PACS在“医学影像诊断学”示教中的应用 被引量:2

目的:探讨医学影像图像与传输系统(PACS)在"医学影像诊断学"示教中应用的价值。方法:基于PACS构建"医学影像诊断学"教学病例数据库,以多媒体网络示教室为依托,学生使用PACS查阅及分析图像。统计学院PACS示教室上线... 目的:探讨医学影像图像与传输系统(PACS)在"医学影像诊断学"示教中应用的价值。方法:基于PACS构建"医学影像诊断学"教学病例数据库,以多媒体网络示教室为依托,学生使用PACS查阅及分析图像。统计学院PACS示教室上线前后两年医学影像学示教教学满意度问卷结果,两年度随机抽取各5节示教课并统计每节课上阅片数量并对照,两年度随机统计各5节示教课上学生提问数量并对照。结果:PACS示教室上线前后两年度医学影像学示教教学满意度问卷结果存在统计学差异(P<0.05),两年度示教课阅片数量及学生提问数量均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但PACS上线后阅片数及提问数均较上线前有了倍增,结果显示PACS示教室上线后提高了教师工作效率,提高了学生学习积极性,提升了教学满意度。结论:PACS改变了"医学影像诊断学"传统示教模式,对于提高"医学影像诊断学"的教学水平和教学质量有其独特的优越性及重要意义。 展开更多
