头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠致凝血功能异常的危险因素分析

目的 探讨头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠致凝血功能异常的危险因素分析。方法 收集经第三代头孢菌素抗生素(头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠)治疗的100例患者为研究对象。根据患者是否出现凝血功能异常分为异常组(n=29)和正常组(n=71)。比较2组性别、年龄、体温、脉搏、治疗疗程、白细胞计数(white cell count,WBC)、白蛋白、尿素氮、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、饮食情况、用药剂量、合并基础病等;通过多因素Logistic回归分析明确患者凝血功能异常的危险因素;通过Person系数分析WBC、白蛋白、尿素氮、CRP与凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(activated partial prothrombin time,APTT)的相关性。结果 2组性别、年龄、体温、脉搏、治疗疗程、TBIL、PCT、CRP、合并高血压、合并糖尿病比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);异常组白蛋白水平显著低于正常组,WBC、尿素氮、CRP水平、饮食<1 200 mL/d、用药剂量≥3 g/d占比均高于正常组(P<0.05);经ROC分析证实WBC、白蛋白、尿素氮、CPR水平均可用于头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠在抗感染过程中凝血功能异常的预测,曲线下面积分别为0.913、0.829、0.920、0.847(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析证实,饮食<1 200 mL/d、用药剂量≥3 g/d、WBC>11.385×10~9/L、白蛋白<28.815 g/L、尿素氮>14.199μmol/L、CRP>17.629 mg/L是凝血功能异常的危险因素(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,WBC、尿素氮、CPR水平与PT、APTT均呈正相关,白蛋白与PT、APTT呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠在抗感染过程中致凝血功能异常受到诸多因素影响,如较高的WBC、尿素氮、CPR水平,较低的白蛋白水平,较高的用药剂量,较少的饮食等,WBC、尿素氮、CPR水平越高及白蛋白水平越低,患者凝血功能越差。

广东省农业面源污染现状及变化的多尺度评价

第二次全国污染源普查显示,农业面源污染已成为广东省水环境恶化的主要原因之一,理清全省面源污染状况对水污染防治和乡村振兴建设具有重要意义。采用改进输出系数法分析2009—2019年广东省农业面源污染年负荷量及其时空变化特征,考虑施肥、降水、畜禽和水产养殖各月差异,评估全省农业面源污染季度和月污染负荷;采用单位面积负荷系数法评价农业面源污染对环境的影响程度,并探讨农业面源污染主要来源。结果表明:(1)2009—2019年广东省总氮负荷呈下降趋势,总磷负荷呈上升趋势,春夏两季是一年中污染排放的高峰季度,4—10月总氮和总磷负荷分别占全年负荷的68.8%和67.2%。(2)全省76.2%的地级市总氮负荷呈下降趋势,61.9%的地级市总磷负荷呈上升趋势。相比于2009年,2019年71.4%的地级市总氮排放对环境威胁程度降低,52.4%的地级市总磷排放对环境威胁程度增强。(3)粤西地区农业总氮、总磷负荷及对环境的影响均较珠三角、粤北和粤东地区更为严重。(4)各污染源对氮磷污染负荷量的贡献率从大到小依次为畜禽养殖业、种植业和水产养殖业。研究结果为广东省农业面源污染现状及变化的评价提供了参考,对全省农业面源污染防控及建设美丽乡村具有重要意义。

Decoding Technique of Concatenated HadamardCodes and Its Performance

The decoding technique of concatenated Hadamard codes and its performance are studied. Efficient soft in soft out decoding algorithms based on the fast Hadamard transform are developed. Performance required by CDMA mobile or PCS speech services, e.g. , BER=10 -3 , can be achieved at Eb/No =0.9 dB using short interleaving length of 192 bits.

Morinda citrifolia(Noni) Juice Suppresses A549 Human Lung Cancer Cells via Inhibiting AKT/Nuclear Factor-κB Signaling Pathway

Objective:To study the mechanism of the anti-tumor effect of Morinda citrifolia(noni).Methods:The influences of noni juice on cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,migration and the activity of AKT/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway in A549 human lung cancer cells were detected by MTT,cell counting kit-8,colony formation,Annexin V/PI double labeling,transwel,scratch test and immunoblotting assay,respectively.A549 cells were inoculated into the right axilla of nude mice,followed by noni juice treatment.The body weight of the nude mice was weighed,and the tumor volume and weight were measured.Cel proliferation and expression of apoptosis-related proteins were measured by immunohistochemistry,and the activity of NF-κB signaling pathway was measured by immunoblotting.Results:The in vitro studies showed that noni juice inhibited the A549 cel s proliferation,migration and invasion.Noni juice also promoted cel s apoptosis in A549 cel s.Immunoblotting assay showed that the phosphorylation level of AKT,p50,and STAT3 proteins was inhibited to different extents after noni juice treatment.The in vivo studies showed that noni juice effectively suppressed tumor formation of A549 cells in nude mice.Noni juice treatment inhibited the expression of Ki67,PCNA,and Bcl-2 protein in the tumor;while promoted the expression of caspase-3 protein.Additionally,we also found that noni juice treatment could restrain the activity of AKT/NF-κB signaling pathway in the tumor tissue.Conclusion:Noni juice inhibited the proliferation of A549 lung cancer cells,induced apoptosis,and inhibited cel invasion and migration via regulating AKT/NF-κB signaling pathway.
