目的探究中国老年人不同疼痛程度与跌倒发生之间的关联。方法将2011年中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)中符合纳入标准的5721名老年人的相关信息作为基线数据,通过问卷方式获得有关不同...目的探究中国老年人不同疼痛程度与跌倒发生之间的关联。方法将2011年中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)中符合纳入标准的5721名老年人的相关信息作为基线数据,通过问卷方式获得有关不同疼痛程度和控制变量的数据;2013年和2015年分别通过追踪问卷对该队列进行随访,获得2011—2015年这四年内的跌倒发生数据;最后采用逻辑回归风险模型分析不同疼痛程度与老年人跌倒发生的关联。结果该队列在2011—2015年的随访期间,基线调查时报告轻度、中度和重度疼痛的老年人四年内的跌倒风险分别为35.02%、39.62%和44.14%,均高于未报告疼痛的老年人(29.39%),差异具有统计学意义。逻辑回归风险模型结果表明,与无疼痛的老年人相比,中度和重度疼痛的老年人跌倒风险分别升高28%(A_(OR)=1.28,95%CI:1.08-1.53)和50%(A_(OR)=1.50,95%CI:1.27-1.77);性别分层分析结果显示,男性重度疼痛(A_(OR)=1.40,95%CI:1.08-1.82)和女性中度(A_(OR)=1.36,95%CI:1.09-1.70)、重度疼痛(A_(OR)=1.56,95%CI:1.25-1.94)均与跌倒发生风险呈正相关。结论在四年的随访期间,疼痛程度与老年人跌倒发生状况呈正相关,在男、女性中均有体现,且报告重度疼痛的老年女性跌倒风险更高,提示身体疼痛与老年人跌倒密切相关,建议增加疼痛管理与跌倒预防相关的方案及政策。展开更多

The synthesis and regulation of carotenoids in fruit are important contributors to the formation of fruit quality. In China, strawberry is one of the main seasonal fruits grown in the winter. Previous studies have shown that light has a significant effect on the metabolism of anthocyanins, sugars, and polyphenols in strawberry. However, the understanding of the role of light in regulating the metabolism of carotenoids in strawberry remains limited. This study investigated the effects of blue, red, yellow-green, and white light on carotenoid metabolism in strawberry.Blue light treatment promoted the synthesis of multiple carotenoids, including lutein, compared with the other three treatment groups. The RNA sequencing data revealed that blue light treatment promoted the expression of lycopene ε-cyclase(LCYE), and the transient overexpression of LCYE in strawberry fruit promoted lutein accumulation in strawberry. Overall, the results suggest that blue light can promote the synthesis of lutein in strawberry by inducing the expression of LCYE.展开更多
目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩下埋植扩张器治疗大面积瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:2006年8月—2017年8月,60例瘢痕疙瘩患者共65个部位的瘢痕疙瘩接受瘢痕疙瘩下埋植扩张器治疗。扩张器容量70~600 m L。经50~126 d注水扩张,行瘢痕疙瘩切除或部分切...目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩下埋植扩张器治疗大面积瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:2006年8月—2017年8月,60例瘢痕疙瘩患者共65个部位的瘢痕疙瘩接受瘢痕疙瘩下埋植扩张器治疗。扩张器容量70~600 m L。经50~126 d注水扩张,行瘢痕疙瘩切除或部分切除、扩张器取出和扩张皮瓣转移术,术中即时给予残留瘢痕疙瘩皮损内注射复方倍他米松注射液以及术后浅层电子束照射联合治疗。术后随访12~50个月不等。采用患者与观察者瘢痕评估量表评价疗效。结果:61个部位顺利完成整个治疗过程,4个胸部扩张器因外露提前取出。随访12个月以上,治愈47个部位(占77%);部分复发14个部位(占23%);完全复发0个部位。术前和术后12月的总POSAS评分分别为(59.31±4.94)分和(18.15±1.51)分(P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕疙瘩下埋植扩张器是治疗大面积瘢痕疙瘩较为理想的选择方法之一。展开更多
