This procedureis based on incorporation of carbon paste into the microholes at the tips ofchemically etched microdisk electrodes. The electrodes combine the advantages ofmicrodisk electrodes and carbon paste electrodes. The substituents located in para, meta and ortho-position of the benzenoid ring involve a large range of delta-pi electron-donor-acceptor capability. Theoretical analysis shows that the optical property is affected by the steric and electronic characteristics of the substituents on the benzenoid ring, moreover, the third-order polarizability regularly varies with the polymerization degrees.展开更多

The procedure is based on the covalently binding of horseradish peroxidase to a self-assembling monolayer on a gold electrode. An enhanced catalytic current is observed with addition of hydrogen peroxide into phosphate buffer solution (PBS) in the presence of mediators. A strategy for digital simulation methods was presented for solving partial differential equations, called as IPBFP which is to insert M points before the first time point of the usual way, to decrease simulation erro...A strategy for digital simulation methods was presented for solving partial differential equations, called as IPBFP which is to insert M points before the first time point of the usual way, to decrease simulation errors. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that it can improve the fully implicit method with any dimensionless diffusion coefficient lambda, Crank-Nicolson method with large lambda and Saul'yev method with small lambda. The IPBFP is convenient to arrange the simulation time points flexibly and reduce calculation time and errors. This approach can combine the merits of non-uniform time grid and uniform time grid methods in simulation for electrochemical studies.展开更多
