利用V形沟槽纳米线团簇表面的毛细抽吸和补液特征,结合实验观测和建模分析对表面的薄液膜蒸发进行研究。探究了表面结构参数和沟槽液位对蒸发性能的影响,建立薄液膜蒸发模型求解纳米线团簇和V形沟槽中的液膜轮廓方程并分析传热性能。结... 利用V形沟槽纳米线团簇表面的毛细抽吸和补液特征,结合实验观测和建模分析对表面的薄液膜蒸发进行研究。探究了表面结构参数和沟槽液位对蒸发性能的影响,建立薄液膜蒸发模型求解纳米线团簇和V形沟槽中的液膜轮廓方程并分析传热性能。结果表明,随着纳米线直径减小和高度增大,薄液膜蒸发传热系数增大,最高可达369kW/(m_(2)·K)。团簇内液膜在毛细力驱动下具有极高的爬升速度,使得小持液量下液膜仍位于团簇顶端蒸发。沟槽液膜完全润湿沟槽且与团簇顶端液膜相连通,为团簇蒸发补液,沟槽液位下降不影响团簇顶端蒸发,能够延伸薄液膜长度并减薄沟槽侧壁液膜厚度,进一步强化传热。纳米线团簇中液膜宏观传热系数显著高于沟槽,证明了团簇在整体蒸发中的决定性贡献,阐明了V形沟槽纳米线团簇表面薄液膜蒸发微观机制。 展开更多

Hepatitis E virus(HEV)is one of the leading causes of acute viral hepatitis worldwide.Although most of HEV infections are asymptomatic,some patients will develop the symptoms,especially pregnant women,the elderly,and patients with preexisting liver diseases,who often experience anorexia,nausea,vom-iting,malaise,abdominal pain,and jaundice.HEV infection may become chronic in immunosuppressed individuals.In addition,HEV infection can also cause several extrahepatic manifestations.HEV exists in a wide range of hosts in nature and can be transmitted across species.Hence,animals susceptible to HEV can be used as models.The establishment of animal models is of great significance for studying HEV transmission,clinical symptoms,extrahepatic manifestations,and therapeutic strategies,which will help us understand the pathogenesis,prevention,and treatment of hepatitis E.This review summarized the animal models of HEV,including pigs,monkeys,rabbits,mice,rats,and other animals.For each animal species,we provided a concise summary of the HEV genotypes that they can be infected with,the cross-species transmission pathways,as well as their role in studying extrahepatic manifestations,prevention,and treatment of HEV infection.The advantages and disadvantages of these animal models were also emphasized.This review offers new perspectives to enhance the current understanding of the research landscape surrounding HEV animal models. 展开更多

液滴撞击超亲水表面铺展之后形成的薄液膜铺展直径是喷雾冷却、降膜蒸发等传热传质过程的一项关键控制参数.以往模型在预测超亲水表面惯性力驱动下的最大铺展直径时,存在低韦伯数下呈反常趋势、高韦伯数下预测值偏低等问题.针对上述问题... 液滴撞击超亲水表面铺展之后形成的薄液膜铺展直径是喷雾冷却、降膜蒸发等传热传质过程的一项关键控制参数.以往模型在预测超亲水表面惯性力驱动下的最大铺展直径时,存在低韦伯数下呈反常趋势、高韦伯数下预测值偏低等问题.针对上述问题,本文采用高速摄像技术研究液滴撞击过程中的铺展水力学特性,发现了以往模型未完全考虑超亲水表面的铺展特性:球冠状液膜、高黏性阻力及重力势能做功.本文考虑了液膜球冠形态、重力势能、辅助耗散,修正了以往最大铺展直径的预测模型,并建立了适用于超亲水表面最大铺展直径的预测模型.通过对铺展过程中各能量成分分析发现,在超亲水表面上动能、表面能、重力势能均转化为黏性耗散能,其中:在低韦伯数下,表面能转化为黏性耗散能占主要作用;在高韦伯数下,动能转化为黏性耗散能占主要作用.并且,在低韦伯数下,重力势能和辅助耗散的引入对于准确预测超亲水表面最大铺展直径具有重要作用.将模型预测结果与实验结果比较发现,本模型成功消除了以往模型在低韦伯数下的反常趋势,且能较好预测宽韦伯数范围下超亲水表面最大铺展直径.同时,本模型可以预测亲水和疏水固体表面的液滴最大铺展直径.超亲水表面最大铺展直径的准确预测模型的提出对喷雾冷却,降膜蒸发中提高和控制流体铺展距离和传热效率具有重要意义. 展开更多

研究了T型多弯头微通道吸收CO_2过程中气-液两相流以及传质特性,混合气相组成为5%(V)CO_2和95%(V)N_2,液相组分分别为去离子水、0.5 mol?L^(-1)氢氧化钠水溶液和0.5 mol?L^(-1)二乙醇胺水溶液。利用高速摄像系统观测了微通道内入口处以... 研究了T型多弯头微通道吸收CO_2过程中气-液两相流以及传质特性,混合气相组成为5%(V)CO_2和95%(V)N_2,液相组分分别为去离子水、0.5 mol?L^(-1)氢氧化钠水溶液和0.5 mol?L^(-1)二乙醇胺水溶液。利用高速摄像系统观测了微通道内入口处以及主通道内的气-液两相流的流型,得到气液两相流的流型分布图,确定了泰勒流的操作范围,以及泰勒流下不同气液相流量操作状况下气泡长度和液弹长度。考察了不同吸收剂(去离子水,氢氧化钠水溶液和二乙醇胺水溶液)在弯曲型微通道泰勒流吸收CO_2的传质行为,最终测定了微通道泰勒流吸收CO_2物理和化学过程的CO_2的吸收率和液相体积传质系数,并与文献中的液相体积传质系数进行分析和比较。针对物理吸收和快速化学吸收过程,分别提出了能更好预测液相体积侧传质系数的无因次经验关联式,平均偏差分别为12.4%和10.5%。 展开更多

HFE-7100/水作为非共沸不互溶工质可以拓宽核状沸腾传热的有效温区,目前关于其在微纳复合表面的沸腾传热特性和气泡运动机理尚不明晰。利用气泡模板电沉积法在铜基表面上制备了具有微纳孔洞的复合结构,测试了HFE-7100/水的沸腾传热特性,并通过可视化探究了沸腾工质转换(BRT)过程中两相工质在表面的润湿状态和气泡运动现象。结果表明,微纳复合表面上HFE-7100/水的BRT过程中,气泡先后经历小气泡聚并、气膜膨胀、轻工质接触壁面核化三个过程。在BRT过程中,HFE-7100与水对热壁面的润湿性存在竞争关系,随着过热度增加,薄的HFE-7100液层难以维持稳定的重工质沸腾,上层水工质可以穿过HFE-7100层对热壁面实现完全润湿,完成BRT过程。与单一工质相比,常压下HFE-7100/水混合工质体系可以在343~423 K下实现高效的核状沸腾传热。该研究揭示了HFE-7100/水在微纳复合表面的沸腾传热特性,为沸腾强化表面设计提供了思路。 展开更多

AIM: To determine whether lentivirus-mediated shRNA targeting the X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) gene could be exploited in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. METHODS: Human pancreatic cancer cells Panc-1, Mia-paca2, Bxpc-3 and SW1990, infected with lentivirus, were analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Western blotting was used to examine XIAP protein levels, survivin and p-Akt to confirm the result of real-time PCR and determine the possible mechanism. The 3-(4,5-cimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5- diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to measure IC50 to determine chemosensitivity to the chemotherapeutic drugs 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and gemcitabine. A colony assay, MTT assay and a tumorigenicity experiment were used to study cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo . Caspase-3/7 activity, 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole-staining and flow cytometric measurements were used to study apoptosis in SW1990 cells. RESULTS: XIAP proteins were found to be differen- tially expressed among pancreatic cancer cell lines Panc-1, Mia-paca2, Bxpc-3 and SW1990. Data of real-time PCR and Western blotting showed that XIAP was reduced persistently and markedly by lentivirus-mediated shRNA. Downregulation of XIAP by transfection with XIAP shRNA resulted in decreased p-Akt expression. XIAP shRNA also inhibited the growth of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro and in vivo , enhanced drug-induced apoptosis and increased chemosensitivity to 5-FU and gemcitabine. Results also suggest that inhibition of XIAP and subsequent p-Akt depletion may have an anti-tumor effect through attenuating the ability of cancer cells to survive. CONCLUSION: Lentivirus-mediated gene therapy is an attractive strategy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer and justifies the use of lentivirus in pancreatic cancer gene therapy studies. 展开更多

Fluoride-based thulium-doped visible light fiber amplifier(TmVLFA), which can be used to amplify the blue light signal for a visible light communication(VLC) system,is theoretically demonstrated for the first time according to the best of our knowledge. The transition rate equations and power propagation equations are solved to predict the dependence of the gain and noise figure on fiber parameters. The numerical results show that with the pump wavelength 1150 nm and pump power 800 mW, 2.75 m long thulium-doped fiber can amplify blue light(480 nm) signal up to 33.3 dB, and the noise figure is in the range from 3.0 to 3.5 dB. The model and numerical results encourage the use of fiber amplifier in VLC system for blue light amplification to extend the range of VLC. 展开更多

As an example, we apply this method to predict the largest annual magnitude for the North China area (30°E-42°E, 108°N-125°N) and the capital region (38°E-41.5°E, 114°N-120°N) on the basis of seismicity parameters and observed precursory data. The corresponding prediction rates for the North China area and the capital region are 64.1% and 75%, respectively, which shows that the method is feasible. 展开更多

Greater participation in global value chains(GVCs)has highlighted the impact of exchange rate shocks on international trade.This paper examines how such participation influences firms'responses to exchange rate movements,focusing on the relationship between firms'pricing and value-added in exports.This study,using detailed Chinese firm-level data,demonstrates that firms with a high degree of GVC participation reacted to currency appreciation by lowering their export prices more substantially and reducing their export volumes less.This is mainly attributable to the"cost-hedging effect"within the marginal cost channel and the"pricing inhibition effect"within the markup channel.By categorizing export firms by trade models and product types,this study further demonstrates that processing trade firms at the low end of the value chain and those with low product differentiation were more inclined to absorb exchange rate shocks.This study adds to the existing theoretical framework and provides strong evidence for China in deepening GVC integration and supporting the development of high-quality export firms. 展开更多

液滴在固体壁面上快速铺展形成薄液膜现象广泛应用于微电子芯片散热、喷雾冷却、农药喷洒中,是薄液膜蒸发/冷凝、撞击铺展等过程的核心控制因素。基于毛细压力和黏性阻力之间的竞争关系,通过调控表面微结构的尺度提高毛细力和减少黏性... 液滴在固体壁面上快速铺展形成薄液膜现象广泛应用于微电子芯片散热、喷雾冷却、农药喷洒中,是薄液膜蒸发/冷凝、撞击铺展等过程的核心控制因素。基于毛细压力和黏性阻力之间的竞争关系,通过调控表面微结构的尺度提高毛细力和减少黏性力是实现薄液膜快速铺展的关键。本文为了克服毛细力和黏性阻力对于单一尺度的竞争关系导致的铺展速率的限制,引入了具有纳米线团簇和V形沟槽的复合分级纳米线结构,显著提高了液膜的毛细铺展速率,达6.54 mm·s^(-0.5),其中规则有序的纳米线团簇提供较大的毛细压力,而V形沟槽为流体输运提供了快速输运通道,显著减小了黏性阻力。在此基础上修正了毛细铺展动力学模型,在与实验结果吻合程度较好的前提下,进行了结构参数分析进一步明确了V形沟槽导致阻力的减小对于提高毛细铺展速率的重要作用。本研究通过引入分级纳米线结构,对于毛细铺展速率实现了有效调控,为设计和优化分级纳米线结构实现液膜快速铺展和强化蒸发传热提供策略。 展开更多

A thermally tuned multi-channel interference widely tunable semiconductor laser is designed and demonstrated,for the first time to our knowledge,that realizes a tuning range of more than 45 nm,side-mode suppression ratios up to 56 d B,and Lorentzian linewidth below 160 k Hz.Al Ga In As multiple quantum wells(MQWs)were used to reduce linewidth,which have a lower linewidth enhancement factor compared with In Ga As P MQWs.To decrease the power consumption of micro-heaters,air gaps were fabricated below the arm phase sections.For a 75μm long suspended thermal tuning waveguide,about 6.3 m W micro-heater tuning power is needed for a 2πround-trip phase change.Total micro-heater tuning power required is less than 50 m W across the whole tuning range,which is lower than that of the reported thermally tuned tunable semiconductor lasers. 展开更多

We study the roles of local financial development and foreign direct investment, and more importantly, their interaction with one another, in local capital allocation, based on Chinese industrial and regional data. Our main finding is that, although local financial development and FDI each individually tended to improve the efficiency of local capital allocation during the sample period, they tended to compete and crowd out each other's effect, so that one impaired the individual function of the other. In particular, there exists a threshold value for local financial development, above which an increase in FDI reduces the efficiency of local capital allocation, rather than improve it. On the other hand, there exists a threshold value for FDI, above which further development in the local financial system lowers the efficiency of local capital allocation, rather than increase it. Our estimations suggest that the levels of FDI and local financial development in some relatively more developed Chinese regions have already surpassed such threshold values. We provide some interpretations of our findings and we discuss potential policy implications. 展开更多
