由于空间狭小且不能通视,分离扇回旋加速器的检修与准直复位一直困扰着机械准直人员。加上时间紧张,如何快速准确找到故障原因和准确复位是保证加速器正常运行所必须思考的问题。分析了磁通道的工作原理和传动机制,建立了有效的传动监... 由于空间狭小且不能通视,分离扇回旋加速器的检修与准直复位一直困扰着机械准直人员。加上时间紧张,如何快速准确找到故障原因和准确复位是保证加速器正常运行所必须思考的问题。分析了磁通道的工作原理和传动机制,建立了有效的传动监测模型,标定并改善了电机的传动性能。基于多重坐标系转换总结出一种快速安装的方法,快速复位精度满足物理要求,保证束流的顺利引出。该方法精度满足实验要求(不超过0.2mm),具有可继承性,能够为相关加速器类似元器件的检修与准直工作提供依据。 展开更多

SSC-Linac[1] as the injector for the Separated Sector Cyclotron (SSC), is being constructed at national labo-ratory Heavy Ion Research Facility at Lanzhou (HIRFL). The injection and extraction energy are 3.7 keV/u and1.025 MeV/u, respectively. Fig. 1 shows the front end section of the SSC-Linac. The high charges state continuswave (CW) 4-rod RFQ has been designed and fabricated for some years. The distance between two identical Time-Of-Flight(TOF)detectors,which are installed inside 10−11 mbar vacumm beam pipe in the straight section of the storage ring CSRe,is measured by a laser range-finder Leica Nova MS60 MultiStation[1].The objects of the measurement are the two carbon-foils of the detectors with their centres aligned to the ion beam trajectory.The diameter and thickness of the foils are 40 mm and90 nm respectively.Schematic view and picture of the TOF-detector[2]are shown in the left and middle panels of Fig.1.The TOFdetectors are moveable in x direction so that the carbon foil can be placed in and out of the beam line. 展开更多
