目的:探讨原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)和原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者焦虑、抑郁及睡眠状况。方法:回顾性临床研究。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对2019-06/2020-12期间在我院眼科确诊的原发性... 目的:探讨原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)和原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者焦虑、抑郁及睡眠状况。方法:回顾性临床研究。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对2019-06/2020-12期间在我院眼科确诊的原发性青光眼患者60例(30例PACG,30例POAG)和将同期来自我院体检部的30名健康成年人设为对照组进行评估,比较三组受试者SAS、SDS、PSQI得分。结果:PACG组和POAG组SAS、SDS、PSQI得分(48.40±9.302,53.40±8.625,9.57±2.861;42.57±9.684,48.80±10.320,7.23±2.223分)均明显高于对照组(37.03±6.805,38.63±7.881,4.87±2.688分)(P<0.05)。PACG组SAS、PSQI得分较POAG组高(均P<0.05)。以SAS≥45分、SDS≥50分和PSQI>7分为临界,PACG组的焦虑、抑郁和失眠症状阳性率(77%、73%、70%)高于POAG组(43%、40%、37%)和对照组(13%、10%、20%)(P<0.05)。结论:PACG患者比POAG有更严重的焦虑、抑郁及失眠,应给予必要的心理干预。 展开更多

A novel photocatalyst, bismuth oxychloride (BiOC1) micro-nano particles with a fine ferrite plate structure, was prepared by a low-cost, simple hydrolytic method. The as-prepared BLOC1 was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis-differential thermal analysis (TGA-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The effects of preparation conditions such as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) dispersant, HC1 concentration, and heat treatment temperature on BiOC1 performances were investigated. Moreover, its photocatalytic activity was evaluated on the degradation of methylene orange (MO) and was compared with that of TiO2 (P25). The experimental results confirmed that BiOC1 micro-nano particles prepared with SDBS, the HC1 concentration of 1.5 mol/L, and the heat treatment temperature of 80℃ exhibited the best performance for the photodegradation of MO solution, and they showed good stability and better photocatalytic activity than P25 photocatalyst. 展开更多

Efect of light response on the photocatalytic activity of BiOClxBr1-x in the removal of Rhodamine B from water 被引量:4

BiOClxBr1-x catalysts were synthesized through an alcoholysis method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). The as-prepared photocatalysts were found to be tetragonal crystal structure and lamellar plate morphology. Their band gaps were between 3.44 and 2.83 eV. The effect of light response on the photocatalytic activity of BiOClxBrl-x was investigated by degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB). Complete removal of RhB from water was realized under simulated sunlight irradiation for 50 min with BiOC10.5Br0.5. Mechanism studies showed that photo- generated holes and superoxide anion radicals played important roles in RhB photodegradation. The results of chemical oxygen demand (COD) confirmed RhB mineralization. The effect of light response on the activity of BiOClxBr1-x was further investigated under monochromatic light irradiation, and BiOCl0.5Br0.5 catalyst exhibited the highest activity. Furthermore, BiOC10.5Br0.5 exhibited high stability, suggesting its practical application for the removal of RhB pollutant from water. 展开更多

A series of BiOX(X=Cl,Br) were prepared by simple hydrolysis and then calcined at various temperatures and they were characterized by XRD,Raman,SEM,DSC-TGA,BET and UV-Vis.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange(MO) solution under simulated solar light irradiation.The results show that the phase structure,crystallite size,morphology,specific surface area,porous structure,and the absorption band-edges are related to the calcination temperature.For BiOBr,it has completely transformed to Bi24O31Br10 at 600℃ and begins to transform to Bi2 O3 at 800℃.As for BiOCl,it begins to transform to Bi24O31Cl10 at 600℃ and completely transforms to Bi24O31Cl10 at 800℃.Finally,the photocatalytic activity of BiOCl decreases with the temperature increasing owing to decrease of the specific surface areas and pore size,while the photocatalytic activity of BiOBr increases in the first stage and then decreases,which is related to good crystallization and three-dimensional structure. 展开更多

Inorganic photocatalysts have been regarded as a promising candidate in the domain of tumor photodynamic therapy(PDT)due to their inspirational photocatalytic activity.In this study,a Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)photocatalyst was synthesized and it exhibited effective photo-killing activity of A549 cells(a human lung carcinoma epithelial cell line)in vitro.On this basis,we modified Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)with carbon quantum dots(CQDs)via a hydrolysis method at room temperature,which resulted in an improved photo-killing effect of Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)to A549 cells.The samples and the interaction between samples and cells were fully characterized.It has been found that the loading of CQDs on Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)can reduce the hydration ratio,increase the cellular uptake and improve the photogenerated reactive oxygen species(ROS)as compared with pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2).Electron spin resonance(ESR)analysis and radical-trapping experiments manifested that the ROS contributed to PDT may be·O^(2-)and ·OH.This study may provide a useful strategy to ameliorate the penetrability,cell compatibility and PDT effect upon cancer cells of other inorganic photocatalysts. 展开更多
