The liver function, immune function and inflammatory cytokines levels were measured. Results: The levels of ALT, AST and TBIL in observation group were (103.2±6.14) U/L, (96.07±3.48) U/L and (86.60±8.25)μmol/L respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant; The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-αin the observation group were (68.47±10.70) pg/mL, (881.49±94.50) pg/mL, (50.49±5.22) pg/mL and (429.45±96.13) pg/mL, which were significantly higher than those in healthy controls; The percentage of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were (68.73±7.21)%, (42.31±1.06)%, (20.27±1.1)% and (2.35±0.08)%, and the CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ levels were obviously higher than control group. There was no significant difference in CD8+ level compared with control group. Conclusion: Patients with primary biliary cirrhosis have abnormal liver function, immune dysfunction and inflammatory response, which should be timely monitored in clinical treatment so as to treat the disease more effectively.展开更多
