TiO2 films were deposited at room temperature by DC pulse magnetron sputtering system.The crystalline structures,morphological features and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films were systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and ultraviolet spectrophotometer,respectively.The results indicated that working pressure was the key deposition parameter in?uencing the TiO2 film phase composition at room temperature,which directly affected its photocatalytic activity.With increasing working pressure,the target self-bias decreases monotonously.Therefore,low temperature TiO2 phase(anatase) could be deposited with high working pressure.The anatase TiO2 films deposited with 1.4 Pa working pressure displayed the highest photocatalytic activity by the decomposition of Methyl Orange solution,which the degradation rate reached the maximum(35%) after irradiation by ultraviolet light for 1 h. 展开更多

At present, we use the ramping bump and the kickerto inject beam, and after injection the bump disappear quickly and the beam goes to the cooling orbit and begincooling. This method has a disadvantage that the beam cooling condition cannot be satised until the bump isdown. In the past year, we try to nd a new method to correct the orbit of cooler section. 双平面多圈注入模拟优化程序TPIS的初步开发与验证

为满足短时间内达到高累积流强要求,HIAF/BRing采用了一种新的注入方法――双平面相空间多圈注入。该注入方法与传统单平面多圈注入方法不同,而且在国际上是首次在实际项目中采用,尚无实际运行经验。因此,对注入过程进行程序模拟研究是... 为满足短时间内达到高累积流强要求,HIAF/BRing采用了一种新的注入方法――双平面相空间多圈注入。该注入方法与传统单平面多圈注入方法不同,而且在国际上是首次在实际项目中采用,尚无实际运行经验。因此,对注入过程进行程序模拟研究是验证双平面多圈注入方案可行性的必要手段。为详细模拟研究BRing双平面多圈注入过程,并克服已有程序跟踪速度较慢且注入参数修改不便的缺点,本文根据双平面多圈注入的特点,建立了双平面多圈注入模型,编写了双平面多圈注入模拟优化程序TPIS(Two-Plane multiturn Injection Simulation)。通过与ORBIT程序模拟结果对比,验证了TPIS程序模拟双平面多圈注入过程的正确性。在此基础上,在TPIS程序中加入了粒子群优化算法,并对BRing注入参数进行了优化。结果表明,TPIS程序可以对注入参数进行有效优化,经过优化后,束流损失减少了28%,最终剩余累积粒子数满足BRing的流强设计指标要求,进一步验证了双平面多圈注入设计的可行性。 展开更多

目前,中国科学院近代物理研究所设计、建造和运维了多台结构指标各异的重离子加速器装置,现有的物理控制系统已无法满足这些装置对于稳定、可靠、高效运行的需求。为了提高调试、运行效率,简化系统操作,达到更高的流强和更好的束流品质... 目前,中国科学院近代物理研究所设计、建造和运维了多台结构指标各异的重离子加速器装置,现有的物理控制系统已无法满足这些装置对于稳定、可靠、高效运行的需求。为了提高调试、运行效率,简化系统操作,达到更高的流强和更好的束流品质,中国科学院近代物理研究所自主设计了一套基于EPICS的面向物理的加速器控制系统PACS。为了验证PACS框架的可行性和嵌入任意物理控制软件的可行性,采用Python语言开发了基于PACS的直流/脉冲双模式工作点调节软件及其界面,并且搭建了HIRFL-CSRe的MySQL测试数据库和EPICS软IOC测试环境,在该虚拟测试环境下对软件的直流模式下工作点调节功能进行了测试;然后在HIRFL-CSR真实环境对该软件在直流/脉冲模式下的工作点调节功能进行测试。结果表明,该软件能够通过PACS提供的接口嵌入系统的物理过程模块,实现与数据库和底层控制系统的交互,从而完成直流/脉冲模式下的工作点调节和光学参数计算,以此验证PACS框架的可行性和嵌入任意物理控制软件的可行性。 展开更多

The films were chara... Transparent conductive boron-doped ZnO thin films were prepared by sol-gel spin coating method. The effect of doped boron concentration on the properties of the films was systematically discussed. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, spectrophotometry, and Hall effect measurement system. All the doped and undoped ZnO films were of a single hexagonal structure, and showed a preferred orientation of (002). The particle size and surface roughness of the films decreased with increased doped boron concentration. All the films exhibited an average transmittance of approximate 90% in visible-light region and an energy gap of about 3.3 cV. The maximum carrier concentration, the highest carrier mobility and the lowest resistivity were observed at a doped boron concentration of 0.5%(molar fraction). Based on these results, we suggested that the saturation concentration of doped boron in ZnO film is 0.5%(molar fraction). 展开更多
