Printing quality evaluation is an important means to check whether prints are qualfied.However,the urrent printing quality evaluation system for gravure decorative paper is not perfect.In order to solve this problem,a...Printing quality evaluation is an important means to check whether prints are qualfied.However,the urrent printing quality evaluation system for gravure decorative paper is not perfect.In order to solve this problem,a method for evaluating quality of decorative paper based on analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and the entropy weight method(EWM)model is proposed in this paper.So as to verify the proposed model,decorative paper of different grades was selected as the experimental objects.Firstly,the data about five indices eflecting printing quality were measured.Secondly,the evaluation model was used to assign weights to the indices,and scores in each index were calculated according to scoring tables.Finally,the evalua tion scores were statistically analyzed.The results of data analysis showed that the 95% confidence intervals and coefficients of variation were small.The average error of the evaluation system was 0.2061.It indicates that the model can stably distinguish decorative paper of diferent grades,accuracy of which is high.The research in this paper can provide reference to the quality improvement of decorative paper and the printing quality evaluation of other paper.展开更多
Objective:To explore the relationship between expressions of NF-κBp50,p53 and Bcl-2 in tissue of cervical can-cer and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:The expressions of NF-κBp50,p53 and Bcl-2 were detecte...Objective:To explore the relationship between expressions of NF-κBp50,p53 and Bcl-2 in tissue of cervical can-cer and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:The expressions of NF-κBp50,p53 and Bcl-2 were detected using immuohistochemical staining in 46 specimens of cervical cancer and 26 specimens of normal cervical tissue.The infection of HPV DNA were determined by PCR.Results:The expressions of NF-κBp50,p53 and Bcl-2 in tissue of cervical cancer were significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue(P<0.01),and the expressions of NF-κBp50 and p53 or Bcl-2 were closely related(P<0.05).The expression of NF-κBp50 in HPV DNA positive group was significantly higher than that in HPV negative group(P<0.05),but there were no significantly differences in the expressions of p53 and Bcl-2 between HPV DNA positive group and HPV negative group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of NF-κBp50,p53 and Bcl-2 were significantly correlated with cervical carcinogenesis.NF-κBp50 may be activated by HPV infection.展开更多
Background:Transplant renal artery stenosis(TRAS)is a vascular complication after kidney transplantation associated with poor outcomes.This study aimed to analyze the efficacy and safety of low-dose aspirin for preven...Background:Transplant renal artery stenosis(TRAS)is a vascular complication after kidney transplantation associated with poor outcomes.This study aimed to analyze the efficacy and safety of low-dose aspirin for preventing TRAS.Methods:After kidney transplantation,patients were enrolled from January 2018 to December 2020 in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital.A total of 351 enrolled recipients were randomized to an aspirin group with low-dose intake of aspirin in addition to standard treatment(n=178),or a control group with only standard treatment(n=173).The patients was initially diagnosed as TRAS(id-TRAS)by Doppler ultrasound,and confirmed cases were diagnosed by DSA(c-TRAS).Results:In the aspirin and control groups,15.7%(28/178)and 22.0%(38/173)of the recipients developed id-TRAS,respectively,with no statistical difference.However,for c-TRAS,the difference of incidence and cumulative incidence was statistically significant.The incidence of c-TRAS was lower in the aspirin group compared with the control group(2.8%[5/178]vs.11.6%[20/173],P=0.001).Kaplan–Meier estimates and Cox regression model identified the cumulative incidence and hazard ratio(HR)of TRAS over time in two groups,showing that recipients treated with aspirin had a significantly lower risk of c-TRAS than those who were not treated(log-rank P=0.001,HR=0.23,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.09–0.62).The levels of platelet aggregation rate(P<0.001),cholesterol(P=0.028),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P=0.003)in the aspirin group were decreased compared with the control group in the third-month post-transplantation.For the incidence of adverse events,there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:Clinical application of low-dose aspirin after renal transplant could prevent the development of TRAS with no significant increase in adverse effects.Trial Registration:Clinicaltrials.gov,NCT04260828.展开更多
Environmental contamination such as soot particles and NO_(x)has aroused extensive attraction recently.However,the main challenge lies in the oxidation of soot at mild temperature with the assistance of NO_(x).Here,a ...Environmental contamination such as soot particles and NO_(x)has aroused extensive attraction recently.However,the main challenge lies in the oxidation of soot at mild temperature with the assistance of NO_(x).Here,a series of core-shell MnCeO_x catalysts were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method and employed for low-temperature catalytic oxidation of soot in the presence of NO_(x).X-ray diffraction(XRD),inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N_(2)adsorptio n/deso rption,H_(2)-tempe rature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),O_(2)-temperature programmed desorption(O_(2)-TPD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Raman analyses were conducted for identifying the structure of prepared catalysts and investigating redox properties of the core-shell mixed oxide,which shows excellent performance for NO oxidation and the T_(50)about 350℃for soot oxidation.Besides,soot particle is oxided at 304℃in the presence of NO,while T_(50)augments up to 340℃in the absence of NO.In the NO_(x)assisted elimination cases of soot,NO_(2)generated from NO in emission gas is generally reckoned as a facilitator which significantly reduces ignition temperature of soot particles.Possible catalytic mechanism over core-shell MnCeO_(x)catalysts is also proposed in this paper.展开更多

An exception is that mutants of peroxisomal hydroxypyruvate reductase (HPR1) do not have this phenotype, indicating the presence of cytosolic bypass in the photorespiration pathway. In this study, we constructed overexpression of the OsHPR1 gene and RNA interference plants of OsHPR1 and OsHPR2 genes in rice (Oryza sativo L. cv. Zhonghua 11). Results from reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), Western blot, and enzyme assays showed that HPR1 activity changed significantly in corresponding transgenic lines without any effect on HPR2 activity, which is the same for HPR2. However, metabolite analysis and the serine glyoxylate aminotransferase (SGAT) activity assay showed that the metabolite flux of photorespiration was disturbed in RNAi lines of both HPR genes. Furthermore, HPR1 and HPR2 proteins were located to the peroxisome and cytosol, respectively, by transient expression experiment. Double mutant hprl x hpr2 was generated by crossing individual mutant of hprl and hpr2. The phenotypes of all transgenic lines were determined in ambient air and C02-elevated air. The phenotype typical of photorespiration mutants was observed only where activity of both HPRI and HPR2 were downregulated in the same line. These findings demonstrate that two hydroxypyruvate reductases encoded by OsHPRI and OsHPR2 are involved in photorespiratory metabolism in rice.展开更多
Quercetin (QE) and resveratrol (RSV) are powerful antioxidants with the potential to protect the testes against ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. We compared their effects in testicular torsion/detorsion (T/D...Quercetin (QE) and resveratrol (RSV) are powerful antioxidants with the potential to protect the testes against ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. We compared their effects in testicular torsion/detorsion (T/D) in adult rats. Twenty-four male Wistar rats were divided into four groups: sham (group A), T/D (group B), T/D treated with QE (group C), and T/D treated with RSV (group D). QE (20 mg kg-1) and RSV (20 mg kg-1) were injected intra-peritoneally at 60 min of torsion. After 90 rain of surgically induced torsion, the testicular cord was restored to its anatomical position. Twenty-four hour after torsion, blood and tissue samples were obtained for further examination. Testicular tissue malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) levels and serum total oxidant status (TOS) were higher in group B than in group A (P 〈 0.05). Group A had higher serum total antioxidant status (TAS) than group B. (P 〈 0.05) QE and RSV significantly lowered MDA, NO, and TOS levels and TAS consumption (P 〈 0.05). QE reduced the MDA and TOS levels more than RSV (P〈 0.05), but their effects on NO reduction and TAS consumption were similar (P〉 0.05). Group A had normal testicular architecture (grade 1). Groups C (mean grade 2.60) and D (mean grade 3.00) had lower testicular injury grades than group B (mean grade 3.45) (P 〈 0.05). Group C had lower testicular injury grade than group D (P 〈 0.05). Treatment with QE and RSV protects against I/R injury after testicular T/D. QE may exhibit better function than RSV at the doses tested in this study.展开更多
