College students are influenced by diverse cultures in the new era,thus their inner world is rich and changing rapidly.The acceleration of social rhythm can easily lead to different kinds of psychological problems.Men...College students are influenced by diverse cultures in the new era,thus their inner world is rich and changing rapidly.The acceleration of social rhythm can easily lead to different kinds of psychological problems.Mental health education is people-oriented,using scientific methods and means to train high-quality talents with all-round development across the world.A healthy psychological state can promote the sound development of students,make them establish correct core social values,and realize self-value.At present,there are some problems in university mental health education,such as single form and imperfect system.At the same time,college education plays an important role in the formation of ideas for college students’ideological values.As a front-line student worker,college counselors should cooperate with the school’s psychological departments to improve the college psychological education system,rationally plan the psychological teaching program,and pay attention to the college students’mental health education.The government should also take into account the need to ensure that the education system is not undermined by the lack of a comprehensive and effective education system.展开更多
Ru with Pt-like hydrogen bond strength,knockdown cost(~1/3 of Pt),and eximious stability is a competitive replacement for Pt-based catalysts towards the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in water splitting.The design of...Ru with Pt-like hydrogen bond strength,knockdown cost(~1/3 of Pt),and eximious stability is a competitive replacement for Pt-based catalysts towards the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in water splitting.The design of Ru-based catalysts via interface construction,crystal phase control,and specific light element doping to realize the impressive promotion of limited activity and stability remains challenging.Herein,we report the fabrication of Pd@RuP core-shell nanorods(NRs)via an epitaxial growth method,where ultrathin RuP shells extend the face-centered cubic(fcc)crystal structure and(111)plane of the Pd NRs core.Density functio nal theory results confirm that the core-s hell interface engineering and P doping synergistically accelerate electron transfer and moderate the d-band center to generate a suitable affinity for H*,thus optimizing HER kinetics.Compared with Pd@Ru NRs and Pt/C,the Pd@RuP NRs exhibit preferable electrocatalytic stability and superior activity with a low overpotential of 18 mV at 10 mA cm-2in the alkaline HER process.Furthermore,the integrated Pd@RuP//RuO2-based electrolyzer also displays a low operation potential of 1.42 V to acquire 10 mA cm-2,demonstrating great potential for practical water electrolysis.Our work presents an efficient avenue to design Ru-based electrocatalysts via epitaxial growth for extraordinary HER performance.展开更多
BACKGROUND The late presentation of dural tears(LPDT)has a low incidence rate and hidden symptoms and is easily ignored in clinical practice.If the disease is not treated in time,a series of complications may occur,in...BACKGROUND The late presentation of dural tears(LPDT)has a low incidence rate and hidden symptoms and is easily ignored in clinical practice.If the disease is not treated in time,a series of complications may occur,including low intracranial pressure headache,infection,pseudodural cyst formation,and sinus formation.Here,we describe two cases of LPDT.CASE SUMMARY Two patients had sudden fever 1 wk after lumbar surgery.Physical examination showed obvious tenderness in the operation area.The patients were confirmed as having LPDT by lumbar magnetic resonance imaging and surgical exploration.One case was caused by continuous negative pressure suction and malnutrition,and the other was caused by decreased dural ductility and low postoperative nutritional status.The first symptom of both patients was fever,with occasional headache.Both patients underwent secondary surgery to treat the LPDT.Dural defects were observed and dural sealants were used to seal the dural defects,then drainage tubes were retained for drainage.After the operation,the patients were treated with antibiotics and the patients’surgical incisions healed well,without fever or incision tenderness.Both recovered and were discharged 1 wk after the operation.CONCLUSION LPDT is a rare complication of spinal surgery or neurosurgery that has hidden symptoms and can easily be overlooked.Since it may cause a series of complic-ations,LPDT needs to be actively addressed in clinical practice.展开更多

文摘目的:采用影像组学方法分析放疗定位CT影像的组学特点,构建预测局限期小细胞肺癌(limit-stage small cell lung cancer,LS-SCLC)患者总生存(overall survival,OS)期、无进展生存(progression-free survival,PFS)期的组学模型,为个体化治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析天津医科大学肿瘤医院2013年9月至2019年12月193例LS-SCLC患者的放疗定位CT资料,并将患者按照7∶3分为训练组和测试组,勾画患者肿瘤区域(gross tumor volume,GTV)进行特征分析。随访获得的患者预后数据,以t检验和LASSO筛选特征建立随机森林预测模型,以曲线下面积(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve,AUC)对模型进行验证评估。结果:患者中位OS为29.77个月,中位PFS为19.03个月。每例患者提取了1037个影像特征,包含一阶特征、形状特征和纹理特征。分别以OS≤1年或OS≥3年、OS≤1年或OS≥5年、PFS≤6个月或PFS≥24个月作为标准对患者分组,各测试组模型的AUC均值分别为0.73、0.79、0.70。组学特征中original_ngtdm_Strength、wavelet-HHL_ngtdm_Busyness、wavelet-LLH_glcm_ClusterShade和wavelet-LLH_glcm_Correlation等参数具有预测价值。结论:基于放疗定位CT的影像组学获得的影像特征模型对LS-SCLC患者预后有一定预测价值,纳入临床因素建立融合模型综合分析可能获得更为理想的结果。
