To investigate the effect of void defects on the shock response of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)co-crystals,shock responses of CL-20 co-crystals with energetic materials ligands trinitrotoluene(TNT),1,3-dinitrobenzene(DNB),solvents ligands dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and gamma-butyrolactone(GBL)with void were simulated,using molecular dynamics method and reactive force field.It is found that the CL-20 co-crystals with void defects will form hot spots when impacted,significantly affecting the decomposition of molecules around the void.The degree of molecular fragmentation is relatively low under the reflection velocity of 2 km/s,and the main reactions are the formation of dimer and the shedding of nitro groups.The existence of voids reduces the safety of CL-20 co-crystals,which induced the sensitivity of energetic co-crystals CL-20/TNT and CL-20/DNB to increase more significantly.Detonation has occurred under the reflection velocity of 4 km/s,energetic co-crystals are easier to polymerize than solvent co-crystals,and are not obviously affected by voids.The results show that the energy of the wave decreases after sweeping over the void,which reduces the chemical reaction frequency downstream of the void and affects the detonation performance,especially the solvent co-crystals. 展开更多

钯作为汽车尾气处理的三效催化剂的关键成分,在烷烃的完全氧化和CO低温氧化中扮演着重要催化角色。在富氧环境下,钯表面通常会形成薄的氧化物层。为了揭示钯表面上烷烃完全氧化的活性相,我们对Pd(100)表面氧化过程及其对丙烷氧化的活性... 钯作为汽车尾气处理的三效催化剂的关键成分,在烷烃的完全氧化和CO低温氧化中扮演着重要催化角色。在富氧环境下,钯表面通常会形成薄的氧化物层。为了揭示钯表面上烷烃完全氧化的活性相,我们对Pd(100)表面氧化过程及其对丙烷氧化的活性相进行了详细研究。实验结果表明,在不同氧化条件下,Pd(100)表面依次形成了三种单层氧化相,即(2×2)-O、(5×5)-PdO和(√5×√5)R27°-PdO,它们的O覆盖度分别为0.25单层,0.56单层和0.8单层。值得注意的是,(5×5)-PdO结构首次得到了高分辨扫描隧道显微镜成像的确认。实验发现该结构呈现出典型的手性特征,两种手性对映体结构也可在实验中观察到。根据高分辨原子成像,我们提出了新的(5×5)-PdO结构模型。(5×5)-PdO结构的手性特征在手性催化等领域中可能有着重要意义。热分解实验发现(5×5)-PdO结构热分解形成(√5×√5)R27°-PdO和(2×2)-O结构,而(√5×√5)R27°-PdO热分解产生(2×2)-O。该结果表明这些氧化相的热稳定性次序为(2×2)-O>(√5×√5)R27°-PdO>(5×5)-PdO。随后我们对比研究了这三种氧化相在低温丙烷氧化方面的催化活性。结果表明,只有(√5×√5)R27°-PdO可以在接近室温条件下催化丙烷氧化,而(√5×√5)R27°-PdO出现了大量氧缺陷,且形成还原的(2×2)-O相。程序升温脱附谱测到了完全氧化产物H_(2)O和CO_(2),在285和315 K出现两个主要反应温区。(2×2)-O和(5×5)-PdO相则无明显的催化活性。(√5×√5)R27°-PdO相的优异氧化活性可能与(√5×√5)R27°-PdO结构中较高的O密度相关,即结构中较活泼的O物种。本研究表明(√5×√5)R27°-PdO为丙烷低温氧化中的活性相。这些有助于人们理解三效催化剂的工作机制,对于高效低温三效催化剂的研发具有重要意义。 展开更多

A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327). Consequently, the superiority of orange-red-emitting tantalate SLTO:Sm^(3+) phosphors for w-LEDs is demonstrated. 展开更多

2017年4月至2019年10月,利用红外相机在四川雪宝顶国家级自然保护区开展了野生动物调查工作。共在152个位点上布设了红外相机,累积30,792个相机日,共获得独立照片6,316张。共鉴定出野生动物105种,包括27种兽类(隶属于4目13科)和78种鸟类... 2017年4月至2019年10月,利用红外相机在四川雪宝顶国家级自然保护区开展了野生动物调查工作。共在152个位点上布设了红外相机,累积30,792个相机日,共获得独立照片6,316张。共鉴定出野生动物105种,包括27种兽类(隶属于4目13科)和78种鸟类(隶属于5目20科)。其中,属于国家Ⅰ级重点保护的野生动物有7种,分别是川金丝猴(Rhinopithecus roxellana)、大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)、林麝(Moschus berezovskii)、四川羚牛(Budorcas tibetanus)、红喉雉鹑(Tetraophasis obscurus)、绿尾虹雉(Lophophoruslhuysii)和金雕(Aquilachrysaetos);属于国家II级重点保护的野生动物有11种,包括藏酋猴(Macaca thibetana)、藏雪鸡(Tetraogallus tibetanus)等。分析结果显示,拍摄率最高的前5种兽类依次是中华斑羚(Naemorhedus griseus)、岩羊(Pseudois nayaur)、岩松鼠(Sciurotamias davidianus)、野猪(Sus scrofa)和猪獾(Arctonyx collaris);拍摄率最高的前5种鸟类依次是血雉(Ithaginis cruentus)、雪鹑(Lerwa lerwa)、藏雪鸡(Tetraogallus tibetanus)、红腹角雉(Tragopan temminckii)和绿尾虹雉。此外,红外相机还在26个位点上拍摄到了家畜,在22个位点上拍摄到了人为活动。 展开更多

Noxious stimuli cause pain by activating cutaneous nociceptors.The Aδ-and C-fibers of dorsal root ganglion(DRG) neurons convey the nociceptive signals to the laminae Ⅰ—Ⅱ of spinal cord.In the dorsal horn of spinal cord,the excitatory afferent synaptic transmission is regulated by the inhibitory neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid and modulators such as opioid peptides released from the spinal interneurons,and by serotonin,norepinepherine and dopamine from the descending inhibitory system.In contrast to the accumulated evidence for these central inhibitors and their neural circuits in the dorsal spinal cord,the knowledge about the endogenous suppressive mechanisms in nociceptive DRG neurons remains very limited.In this review,we summarize our recent findings of the presynaptic suppressive mechanisms in nociceptive neurons,the BNP/NPR-A/PKG/BK_(Ca) channel pathway,the FSTL1/α1Na^+-K^+ ATPase pathway and the activin C/ERK pathway.These endogenous suppressive systems in the mechanoheat nociceptors may also contribute differentially to the mechanisms of nerve injury-induced neuropathic pain or inflammation-induced pain. 展开更多

Different physical and chemical stimuli are detected by the peripheral sensory receptors of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons, and the generated inputs are transmitted via afferent fibers into the central nervous system. The gene expression profiles of DRG neurons contribute to the generation, transmission, and regulation of various somatosensory signals. Recently, the single-cell transcriptomes, cell types, and functional annotations of somatosensory neurons have been studied. In this review, we introduce our classification of DRG neurons based on single-cell RNA-sequencing and functional analyses, and discuss the technical approaches. Moreover, studies on the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying somatic sensations are discussed. 展开更多

The flagship species conservation strategy is widely practiced in nature reserves.However,few studies have quantitatively explored whether the current functional zoning adequately conserves the habitats of other species.To examine this problem,we selected the Tangjiahe,Xuebaoding,and Wanglang national nature reserves in southwest China and tested the protective efficiency of the giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)reserves on a local herbivore—Sichuan takin(Budorcas taxicolor tibetana)in functional zoning.We predicted that the habitat distribution of the Sichuan takin with Maxent and habitat suitability would be classified as very low,low,moderately,or highly suitable.We calculated the percentage of each type of habitat class across the core,buffer,and experimental zones in these reserves and introduced an economic index present value index to further assess the efficacy of the functional zoning in conserving the habitat of Sichuan takin.Our findings indicate that suitable habitat distributions of Sichuan takin are multicore and influenced by diverse variables in different nature reserves.The percentage of moderately suitable and highly suitable habitat in the core zone is 69%and 54%in Tangjiahe,76%and 75%in Wanglang,and 47%and 28%in Xuebaoding,respectively.The present value index of moderately and highly suitable habitat is 1.01 and 0.79(Tangjiahe),0.87 and 0.86(Wanglang),0.76 and 0.44(Xuebaoding),respectively.The efficiency of functional zoning on Sichuan takin seems lower than imagined in giant panda reserves,and species that have important impacts on local ecosystem need further estimation and greater focus. 展开更多

Abundant tourism user-generated content(UGC)contains a wealth of cognitive and emotional in-formation,providing valuable data for building destination images that depict tourists’experiences and appraisal of the destinations during the tours.In particular,multiple destination images can assist tourism managers in exploring the commonalities and differences to investigate the elements of interest of tourists and improve the competitiveness of the destinations.However,existing methods usually focus on the image of a single destination,and they are not adequate to analyze and visualize UGC to extract valuable information and knowledge.Therefore,we discuss requirements with tourism experts and present MDIVis,a multi-level interactive visual analytics system that allows analysts to comprehend and analyze the cognitive themes and emotional experiences of multiple destination images for comparison.Specifically,we design a novel sentiment matrix view to summarize multiple destination images and improve two classic views to analyze the time-series pattern and compare the detailed information of images.Finally,we demonstrate the utility of MDIVis through three case studies with domain experts on real-world data,and the usability and effectiveness are confirmed through expert interviews. 展开更多
