The electronic and functional synergies between the twin metal centers make dual single-atom catalysts(DACs) attractive for oxygen electrocatalysis. The catalytic activities of DACs are largely decided by their surrounding micro-environment and supporting substrates. Modulating the micro-environment as well as engineering the efficient support is challenging tasks. Moreover, both are critical to optimizing the performance of DACs. Herein, a novel bio-cooperative strategy is developed to synthesize Fe Ni-DAC wherein Fe-Ni dual-atom sites are embedded in the N, P codoped tyre shaped carbon matrix. The configuration matching of Fe-Ni dual centers together with the local electronic engineering of N, P heteroatoms synergistically boost the catalytic activity on the oxygen reaction. Furthermore, the central-hollow highlyporous carbon matrix not only gives rise to a large amount of active sites, but also facilitates fast kinetics.Taking advantage of both the DAC and the substrate, the Fe Ni-NPC hollow tyre(HT) catalyst scores high in both oxygen reduction and evolution reactions, which exhibits the narrow potential difference and excellent durability. The aqueous Zn-air full battery(ZAB) integrating the Fe Ni-NPC HT air cathode has a high power density and a good stability over long-term cycling. Moreover, the flexible solid-state ZAB assembled with the polymer electrolyte obtains the high reliability over a wide range of temperatures or under diverse outside deformations. Therefore, this work offers a new green approach to prepare highly efficient DACs with built-in modulated micro-environment and tailor-made substrates. Tin sulfide(SnS_(2))with high theoretical capacity and layered structure is a promising anode candidate for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,the sluggish kinetics,huge volume expansion and polysulfide intermediates dissolution restrict its development.To address these issues,a necklace-like hybrid fiber with core–shell beads is designed to achieve the high-performance anode for PIBs.The cores of the beads are assembly by SnS_(2)nanocrystals dotted in N,S codoped carbon(NSC)matrix.Then they are encapsulated by NSC based shell and form the core–shell structured beads internal the hybrid fiber(CSN fiber).The carbon matrix of SnS_(2)@NSC CSN fiber gives fast ion/electron pathways and facilitates to decrease particle aggregation.Meanwhile,N,S codpants favor to trap the polysulfides intermediates and alleviate the sulfur loss during cycling.Moreover,the voids internal the beads further provide the high accommodation to volume change.Taken all above advantages,the SnS_(2)@NSC CSN fiber achieves the excellent high rate capability and ultrastable cycling property,which obtains a low capacity decay rate of 0.013%after 2000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1).Moreover,its good mechanical characteristics ensure the fabrication of the flexible PIB full cell,which achieves the high pliability,superior power/energy density and high reliability in diverse working conditions.Therefore,this work not only gives a new clue to design the highperformance electrode for potassium storage,but also propels the applications of PIBs for diverse electronics. 展开更多

Freestanding fibers assembled by CoPSe@N-doped carbon heterostructures as an anode for fast potassium storage in hybrid capacitors

Although the fast development of potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHC)recently,the issues such as the slow kinetics and poor durability of potassium ion hosts greatly restric their applications.Herein,a freestanding fiber(NHF fiber)with necklace-like configuration and CoPSe@N-doped carbon(CoPSe@NCNT)heterostructured units is introduced as the anode in PIHC.The highly porous network of NHF fiber facilitates the fast ion transports and promises the good high-rate property.Additionally,the nanoscle crystallites inside in-situ grown NCNT favor the high adaption to volume expansion/shrinkage and endow good structure stability during ion insertion/deinsertion.Density function theoretical(DFT)calculations disclose the CoPSe@NCNT heterostructure has improved intrinsic conductivity,fast potassium migration,and decreased energy barrier.Meanwhile,the finite element simulation analysis(FEA)reveals the decreased stress inside the NHF architecture during charge/discharge processes.Moreover,the electrochemical tests confirm the fast and durable properties of the CoPSe@NCNT NHF fibers for potassium storage.Furthermore,the PIHC full cell with the anode of CoPSe@NCNT NHF fiber is assembled,which obtains the superior energy/power densities and high capacity retention(89%)after 2000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1).When the polymer electrolyte is incooperated,the flexible PIHC device achieves the good pliability and good adaptation during wide temperature changes from-20 to 25℃.Therefore,this work introduces a novel anode for fast potassium ion storage,and opens a new approach to assemble the power sources for flexible electronics in diverse conditions. 展开更多

BACKGROUND For the past few years,preventive interventional therapy has been widely used domestically and overseas,bringing great benefits to pregnant women at high-risk for complications,such as pernicious placenta previa(PPP)and placenta accreta.Nevertheless,there are still few reports on surgical complications related to interventional therapy,and its safety should be a concern.CASE SUMMARY We report a 36-year-old pregnant woman with PPP who underwent balloon implantation in the lower segment of the abdominal aorta before caesarean section.However,the balloon shifted during the operation,which damaged the arterial vessels after filling,resulting in severe postpartum haemorrhage in the patient.Fortunately,after emergency interventional stent implantation,the pa-tient was successfully relieved of the massive haemorrhage crisis.CONCLUSION It seems that massive postoperative bleeding has been largely avoided in preventive interventional therapy in high-risk pregnant women with placenta-related diseases,but surgical complications related to intervention therapy can also cause adverse consequences.It is equally important for clinical doctors to learn how to promptly identify and effectively treat these rare complications. 展开更多

Estrogen affects the generation and transmission of neuropathic pain,but the specific regulatory mechanism is still unclear.Activation of the N-methyl-D-aspartate acid receptor 1(NMDAR1) plays an important role in the production and maintenance of hyperalgesia and allodynia.The present study was conducted to determine whether a relationship exists between estrogen and NMDAR1 in peripheral nerve pain.A chronic sciatic nerve constriction injury model of chronic neuropathic pain was established in rats.These rats were then subcutaneously injected with 17β-estradiol,the NMDAR1 antagonist D(-)-2-amino-5-phosphonopentanoic acid(AP-5),or both once daily for 15 days.Compared with injured drug na?ve rats,rats with chronic sciatic nerve injury that were administered estradiol showed a lower paw withdrawal mechanical threshold and a shorter paw withdrawal thermal latency,indicating increased sensitivity to mechanical and thermal pain.Estrogen administration was also associated with increased expression of NMDAR1 immunoreactivity(as assessed by immunohistochemistry) and protein(as determined by western blot assay) in spinal dorsal root ganglia.This 17β-estradiol-induced increase in NMDAR1 expression was blocked by co-administration with AP-5,whereas AP-5 alone did not affect NMDAR1 expression.These results suggest that 17β-estradiol administration significantly reduced mechanical and thermal pain thresholds in rats with chronic constriction of the sciatic nerve,and that the mechanism for this increased sensitivity may be related to the upregulation of NMDAR1 expression in dorsal root ganglia. 展开更多

In this paper, we consider the distributed adaptive fault-tolerant output regulation problem for heterogeneous multiagent systems with matched system uncertainties and mismatched coupling uncertainties among subsystems under the influence of actuator faults. First, distributed finite-time observers are proposed for all subsystems to observe the state of the exosystem. Then, a novel fault-tolerant controller is designed to compensate for the influence of matched system uncertainties and actuator faults. By using the linear matrix inequality technique, a sufficient condition is provided to guarantee the solvability of the considered problem in the presence of mismatched coupling uncertainties. Moreover, it is shown that the system in closed-loop with the developed controller can achieve output regulation by using the Lyapunov stability theory and cyclic-small-gain theory.Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained result. 展开更多

Objective:To dig deeper into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment rules of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform system.Methods:Taking“traditional Chinese medicine”,“chemotherapy”and“diarrhea”as the theme words,comprehensive search of the database of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from its inception to November 2020 was conduct-ed.The formulas of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chemotherapy-induced diarrhea were included and the association rule,clustering and factor analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 145 papers,57 prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,among which high-frequency drugs including Baizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Dangshen(Codonopsisradix),Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle)were the most commonly used.The confidence level was set as 0.7 and the support level was set as 10,12 core compatibility groups were obtained,and 6 categories were cluster analyzed.Conclusion:The principle of external treatment of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea is mainly“restore deficiency and benefiting qi”,“benefiting water infiltration and dampness”,“clearing heat”and“inducing astringency”.Prescription combination and new prescription combination based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform system can be used as reference for clinicians and applied in primary hospitals. 展开更多

Objective Antipsychotics,in particular olanzapine,are first-line medications for schizophrenia.The prefrontal cortex(PFC)is an important region for antipsychotics’therapeutic effects.The PFC inflammatory and immune pathways are associated with schizophrenia pathogenesis.However,the effect of antipsychotics on the inflammatory and immune pathways in the PFC remains unclear.We aimed to examined the time-dependent effect of olanzapine on inflammatory and immune markers in the PFC of rats.Since the inflammatory and immune pathways are related to endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress,we further investigated whether or not olanzapine-induced inflammation and immune responses were related to ER stress.Methods Expression of pro-inflammatory markers including IkappaB kinaseβ(IKKβ),nuclear factor kappa B(NFκB),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-1β,and immune-related proteins including inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)and cluster of differentiation 14(CD14)were examined by Western blotting.Results Olanzapine treatments for 1,8 and 36 days significantly activated the inflammatory IKKβ/NFκB signaling,and increased the expression of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand immune-related proteins such as iNOS,TLR4 and CD14.Olanzapine treatment for 1 day,8 and 36 days also induced ER stress in the PFC.Co-treatment with an ER stress inhibitor,4-phenylbutyrate,inhibited olanzapine-induced inflammation and the immune response in the PFC.Conclusion These results suggested olanzapine exposure could be a factor that induces central inflammation and immunological abnormities in schizophrenia subjects.Olanzapine induces PFC inflammation and immune response,possibly via activating ER stress signaling. 展开更多

Efficiently reducing carbon dioxide(CO_(2))into carbon chemicals and fuels is highly desirable due to the rapid growth of atmospheric CO_(2)ncentration.In prior work,we described a unique H/CO_(2)fuel cell driven by low-valued waste heat,which not only CO_(2)nverts CO_(2)to methane(CH_(4))but also outputs electrical energy,yet the CO_(2)reduction rate needs to be urgently improved.Here,a novel Ru-RuOcatalyst with heterostructure was grafted on mesoporous carbon spheres by in situ partially reducing RuOinto ultrasmall Ru clusters(~1 nm),in which heteroatom-doped carbon spheres as a matrix with excellent CO_(2)nductivity and abundant pores can not only easily CO_(2)nfine the formation of Ru nanocluster but also are beneficial to the exposed active sites of Ru CO_(2)mplex and the mass transport.CO_(2)mpared to pure RuOnanoparticles supported on carbon spheres,our CO_(2)mposite catalyst boosts the CO_(2) nversion rate by more than 5-fold,reaching a value of 382.7μmol gcat.h-1at 170℃.Moreover,a decent output power density of 2.92 W mwas obtained from this H2/CO_(2)fuel cell using Ru-RuOembedded carbon spheres as a cathode catalyst.The Ru-RuOheterostructure can modify the adsorption energy of CO_(2)and induce the redistribution of charge density,thus boosting CO_(2)reduction significantly.This work not only offers an efficient catalyst for this novel H_(2)/CO_(2)fuel cell but also presents a facile method to prepare Ru nanoclusters. 展开更多

Low-strain binary hexacyanoferrate nanocuboids with concentration-gradient structure towards fast and durable energy storage

The exploration of low-strain and high-performance electrode is a crucial issue for aqueous potassiumion battery(AKIB).Herein,a novel potassium mediated iron/manganese binary hexacyanoferrate nanocuboid,i.e.,K_(x)Fe_(y)Mn_(1-y)[Fe(CN)_(6)]·nH_(2)O(KFeMnHCF)nanocuboid,with the concentration-gradient(CG)structure is designed as a high-performance cathode for AKIB.Internal the CG-KFeMnHCF nanocuboids,the manganese content gradually decreases from the interior to the surface and the iron content changes reverse,resulting in the concentration-gradient structure.Both experimental and finite element simulation(FEA)results demonstrate the lower internal stress and better mechanical characteristics of CG structured nanocuboid than the homogenous structured one upon ion intercalation/deintercalation processes.Meanwhile,the electrochemical testing and theoretical calculation(DFT)results disclose the substitution of Fe to Mn in the KMnHCF crystal results in the enhanced electronic conductivity,potassium migration and electrochemical kinetics.Taken both advantages from the well-designed architecture and optimized crystal structure,the CG-KFeMnHCF achieves the superior rate capability and ultrahigh stability in aqueous potassium ion system.In particular,the CG-KFe_(0.31)Mn_(0.69)HCF achieves the best comprehensive properties among all the samples.The full AKIBs based on CG-KFe_(0.31)Mn_(0.69)HCF cathode achieves the high energy density(83 Wh kg^(-1)),superior power density,high capacity retention(83%)over high-rate long-term cycles,good adaptation to a wide temperature range(-20 to 40℃)and high reliability even under outside deformations.Therefore,this work not only provides a new clue to design the highperformance cathode,but also promotes the applications of AKIBs for diverse electronics and wide working environments. 展开更多

Residual useful life(RUL)prediction is a key issue for improving efficiency of aircraft engines and reducing their maintenance cost.Owing to various failure mechanism and operating environment,the application of classical models in RUL prediction of aircraft engines is fairly difficult.In this study,a novel RUL prognostics method based on using ensemble recurrent neural network to process massive sensor data is proposed.First of all,sensor data obtained from the aircraft engines are preprocessed to eliminate singular values,reduce random fluctuation and preserve degradation trend of the raw sensor data.Secondly,three kinds of recurrent neural networks(RNN),including ordinary RNN,long shortterm memory(LSTM),and gated recurrent unit(GRU),are individually constructed.Thirdly,ensemble learning mechanism is designed to merge the above RNNs for producing a more accurate RUL prediction.The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated using two characteristically different turbofan engine datasets.Experimental results show a competitive performance of the proposed method in comparison with typical methods reported in literatures. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the key targets and mechanism of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea based on network pharmacological methods.Methods:The effective components and corresponding target proteins of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction were screened by TCMSP,and the target of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea were screened by the GeneCards.R software was used to obtain the common targets of drugs and diseases,and the“component-target-disease”network diagram was constructed by Cytoscape3.8.0 software.The string datebase was used to draw the protein interaction(PPI)network,and the Bioconductor software was used to perform GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on effective targets.Result:The result showed that 216 components were screened and 276 effective targets were screened.There were 1764 chemotherapy-induced diarrhea targets.The 173 common targets were obtained through venn diagram.The GO function analysis found 2427 items of biological process,168 items of molecular function and 79 items of cellular component.The KEGG pathway analysis found 169 items.Conclusion:The PPI network found that STAT3、AKT1、MAPK3、JUN、MAPK1、RELA、IL6、etc.may be the key targets for Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction in treatment of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea.GO biological processes include DNA-binding transcription factor activity,cytokine receptor binding,cytokine activity,response to lipopolysaccharide,cellular response to chemical stress and so on.The KEGG pathways involved mainly include Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,inlfuenza A signaling pathway、hepatitise B signaling pathway and other pathways,that Play the role of anti-inflammatory and repair barrier. 展开更多

The three-month-old infant, born in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province , was hospitalized due to fever for 4 hours on January 26, 2020 .The throat swab test was positive for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid, and the final diagnosis was COVID-19. The condition was improved after 17 days hospitalization treatment, the infant was cured and discharged. The infant had fever, cough and foaming at the mouth. Physical examination: lipstick, no cyanosis, pharyngeal congestion, stable breathing, clear breath sounds in both lungs, no obvious rales. The infant was from Hubei, the epidemic area, with fever and respiratory symptoms. The peripheral blood leukocyte was not high. The chest X-ray showed that the right lung texture was slightly thickened, which seems to be a bit of sheet shadow. The throat swab COVID-19 nucleic acid test was positive. The diagnosis of COVID-19 was established and complied with general type. The infant was treated with paramivir, azithromycin and ceftazidime, ambroxol, atomization and sputum suction.
