In general, caking processes could be identified as...Caking of products is a common and undesired phenomenon in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and fertilizer industries which leads to extra cost and irregular quality. In general, caking processes could be identified as amorphous caking or humidity caking. In this review, history of studying caking, formation, methods, and prospects of these two caking processes are summarized and discussed. The relevant studies from the 1920 s to today are mentioned briefly. According to the different properties(i.e. hygrocapacity, hygrosensitivity, mechanical properties, and diffusion behavior) of amorphous powders and crystals, the conditions and mechanisms of amorphous and humidity caking are discussed. It is summarized that glass transition, moisture sorption, quantitative methods characterizing caking, accelerated caking tests, and simulation of caking behaviors are the main aspects that should be studied for a caking process. The methods for these five aspects are reviewed. Potential research points are proposed including caking of mixed particles, caking with phase transition or polymorph transition,non-homogenous caking, and simulation of caking.展开更多

Methods: According to random data table method, a total of 80 patients who were sc...Objective: To investigate the effects of dezocine on postoperative stress response and immune function in patients with breast cancer. Methods: According to random data table method, a total of 80 patients who were scheduled for breast cancer radical surgery from September 2016 to May 2017 were divided into observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group gave intravenous injection of dezocine as an advanced analgesia 15 min before anesthesia induction, the control group given the same amount of sodium chloride injection. The levels of serum inflammatory factors and immune function were measured and compared between the two groups before and after operation. Results: The levels of angiotensin Ⅱ, renin, cortisol, aldosterone, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant. The levels of angiotensin Ⅱ, renin, cortisol, aldosterone in the two groups were increased at first and then decreased, which were significantly higher than those in the same group before operation at 1 d and 3 d;and the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ, renin, cortisol, aldosterone in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 1 d and 3 d, the difference was statistically significant. The levels of serum CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were decreased at first and then increased, which were significantly lower than those in the same group before operation at 1 d and 3 d;and the observation group levels were significantly higher than those in the control group after 1 d and 3 d, the above indicators were compared with the difference was statistically significant. The levels of serum CD8+ in the two groups were increased at first and decreased subquently, which were significantly higher than those in the same group before operation at 1 d and 3 d and the observation group levels were significantly lower than those in the control group after 1 d and 3 d, the above indicators were compared with the difference was statistically significant. The above indicators have restore to preoperative levels after 5 d. Conclusion: Dezocine can reduce the stress response in patients with perioperative breast cancer, improve the immune function of patients, which has important clinical value, so it is worth promoting.展开更多

Based on the background value of soil in Guizhou and Soil Environment Quality Standard( GB15618-1995),by using the geoaccumulation index method and Hakanson potential ecological risk assessment method,we research pollution characteristics and ecological risk of heavy metals in soil from the study area. The results show that from the index of geoaccumulation,the pollution level of heavy metals in agricultural soil from Penglai Fairyland Park is in the order of Ni > Cu > Hg > Cd > As > Zn > Cr > Pb. From the potential ecological harm index evaluation,soil is at slight ecological risk level in the park and the potential ecological hazard degree is in the order of Hg > Cd > Ni > As > Cu > Cr > Pb > Zn. The soil ecological environment in research area is only mildly damaged. Thus,the soil in research area is at the level of security,and it is suitable for cultivation of crops and less harmful to human health.展开更多
To improve the bearing pressure capacity of ultrahigh pressure apparatus,the internal autofrettaged cylinder with interlayer pressure(ACCIP)is introduced,and the analytical model for the ACCIP structure and its deriva...To improve the bearing pressure capacity of ultrahigh pressure apparatus,the internal autofrettaged cylinder with interlayer pressure(ACCIP)is introduced,and the analytical model for the ACCIP structure and its derivation are presented as well.Calculation showed that the ACCIP method enhance bearing pressure of the apparatus obviously;optimization results revealed that under the working pressure pw=1.07σs and different radius ratios,the ACCIP method can keep the apparatus in deformed-elastically state;And when the pw=1.07σs,the minimum radius ratio was approximate 3.29,in this case,no yielding happened.The above results demonstrate that the ACCIP method is a promising technique to improve the bearing pressure of ultrahigh pressure apparatus,and the analytical model for the ACCIP method is also reasonable.In addition,the minimum radius ratio ro/ri under randomly specified workload can be Fig.d out by the analytical model proposed in this work.展开更多
