目的:探讨围绝经期妇女的围绝经期综合症及影响相关因素。方法:于2018年1月—2019年8月招募302名有围绝经期症状的围绝经期女性,年龄为41~60岁,平均年龄为(51.25±6.02)岁。采用改良的Kupperman Index(KMI)评分表调查围绝经期综合... 目的:探讨围绝经期妇女的围绝经期综合症及影响相关因素。方法:于2018年1月—2019年8月招募302名有围绝经期症状的围绝经期女性,年龄为41~60岁,平均年龄为(51.25±6.02)岁。采用改良的Kupperman Index(KMI)评分表调查围绝经期综合症及影响相关因素。结果:302名对象的平均KMI评分为(12.25±7.56)分。围绝经期综合症的检出率为27.8%。围绝经期症状中失眠的症状发生率高达64.24%。血脂、冠心病、卵巢疾病、慢性盆腔感染与围绝经期综合症发生有关。结论:围绝经期女性的健康干预应密切关注血脂异常,心脑血管疾病,睡眠障碍及卵巢相关疾病,健康干预还应关注女性健康的生育生活,避免感染发生。 展开更多

Identification of aircraft longitudinal aerodynamic parameters using an online corrective test for wind tunnel virtual flight

The identification of aerodynamic parameters is accomplished through the test data of the dynamic movement of scaled aircraft models flying dynamically in wind tunnel,which can real-ize the accurate acquisition of the aerodynamic model of the aircraft in the preliminary stage for aircraft design,and it is of great significance for improving the efficiency of aircraft design.How-ever,the translational motion of the test model in the wind tunnel virtual flight is subject to con-straints that result in distinct flight dynamics compared to free flight.These constraints have implications for the accuracy of aerodynamic derivatives obtained through the identification of wind tunnel test data.With this issue in mind,the research studies the differences in longitudinal dynamic characteristics between unconstrained free flight and wind tunnel virtual flight,and inno-vatively proposes an online correction test based wind tunnel virtual flight test technique.The lon-gitudinal trajectory and velocity changes of the model are solved online by the aerodynamic forces measured during the test,and then the coupled relationship between aircraft translation and rota-tion is used to correct the model's pitch attitude motion online.For the first time,the problem of solving the data approximation for free flight has been solved,eliminating the difference between the dynamics of wind tunnel virtual flight and free flight,and improving the accuracy of the aero-dynamic derivative identification results.The experiment's findings show that accurate aerodynamic derivatives can be identified based on the online correction test data,and the observed behaviour of the identified motion model has similarities to that of the free flight motion model. 展开更多

Pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)can be expanded in vitro in different culture conditions,resulting in a spectrum of cell states with distinct properties.Understanding how PSCs transition from one state to another,ultimately leading to lineage-specific differentiation,is important for developmental biology and regenerative medicine.Although there is significant information regarding gene expression changes controlling these transitions,less is known about post-translational modifications of proteins.Protein crotonylation is a newly discovered post-translational modification where lysine residues are modified with a crotonyl group.Here,we employed affinity purification of crotonylated(LC–MS/MS)to systematically profile protein crotonylation in mouse PSCs in different states including ground,metastable,and primed states,as well as metastable PSCs undergoing early pluripotency exit.We successfully identified 3628 high-confidence crotonylated sites in 1426 proteins.These crotonylated proteins are enriched for factors involved in functions/processes related to pluripotency such as RNA biogenesis,central carbon metabolism,and proteasome function.Moreover,we found that increasing the cellular levels of crotonyl-coenzyme A(crotonyl-CoA)through crotonic acid treatment promotes proteasome activity in metastable PSCs and delays their differentiation,consistent with previous observations showing that enhanced proteasome activity helps to sustain pluripotency.Our atlas of protein crotonylation will be valuable for further studies of pluripotency regulation and may also provide insights into the role of metabolism in other cell fate transitions. 展开更多
