目的:分析智能移动护理系统在呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员中的应用及效果。方法:选取海南省人民医院2018年11月至2019年4月在职的呼吸与危重症医学科40名护理人员作为研究对象,智能移动护理系统实施前后随机抽取科室60例患者评价护理满... 目的:分析智能移动护理系统在呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员中的应用及效果。方法:选取海南省人民医院2018年11月至2019年4月在职的呼吸与危重症医学科40名护理人员作为研究对象,智能移动护理系统实施前后随机抽取科室60例患者评价护理满意度。比较智能移动护理系统实施前后的护理质量、管理满意度、护理满意度、护理及风险意识合格情况。结果:实施后护理人员的文书质量、病情观察、健康教育、护理执行评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。智能移动护理系统实施后呼吸与危重症医学科管理总满意度、非常满意率高于实施前(P<0.05)。智能移动护理系统实施后呼吸与危重症医学科护理总满意度、非常满意率高于实施前(P<0.05)。智能移动护理系统实施后呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员护理及风险意识合格率高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:智能移动护理系统能提高呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员的护理质量和管理满意度,强化风险意识。 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of brain-benefiting and collateral-unblocking needling technique for chronic alcoholic gastritis complicated with depression. Methods: A total of 92 cases with chronic alc... Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of brain-benefiting and collateral-unblocking needling technique for chronic alcoholic gastritis complicated with depression. Methods: A total of 92 cases with chronic alcoholic gastritis complicated with depression were included in this trial. They were randomly allocated into an observation group(n=46) and a control group(n=46) by random number(envelope) method. Patients in the observation group received the brain-benefiting and collateral-unblocking needling technique. Scalp points included Shenting(GV 24), Xinhui(GV 22), Qianding(GV 23), Baihui(GV 20), Chengguang(BL 6), Tongtian(BL 7) and Luoque(BL 8). Body points included Neiguan(PC 6), Zusanli(ST 36), Zhongwan(CV 12), Gongsun(SP 4), Shenmen(HT 7), Daling(PC 7), Qimen(LR 14), Xinshu(BL 15) and Taichong(LR 3). The control group only received the same body acupuncture as the observation group. The treatment was conducted once a day, 30 min for each treatment, and 10 times made up a course of treatment. The efficacy was observed after 3 courses of treatment, and there was a 2-d interval between two courses. Results: After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical symptoms and gastroscopic features were significantly improved in the observation group than that in the control group. The clinical efficacy, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were significantly better than those in the control group(all P〈0.05). Conclusion: The brain-benefiting and collateral-unblocking needling technique can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with chronic alcoholic gastritis complicated with depression and substantially alleviate their gastroscopic features, anxiety and depression. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of electroacupuncture(EA)at Zusanli(ST 36),Liangmen(ST 21)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)in intervening diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)based on calcium-activated chloride channel.Methods:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups,including a normal control group(group A),a model group(group B),an EA group(group C)and a metoclopramide group(group D),with 10 rats in each group.A single intraperitoneal injection of 2%streptozotocin(STZ)combined with 8-week high-glucose high-fat diet was used to establish a DGP rat model.After intervention,gastrointestinal propulsive rate was observed;the expression level of transmembrane protein 16A(TMEM16A)was examined by immunohistochemistry;the Ca2+concentration in interstitial cells of Cajal(ICCs)was detected by immunofluorescence;and whole-cell patch-clamp technique was applied to detect the current intensity of calcium-activated chloride channel(ICaCC)in ICCs in gastric antrum.Results:After modeling,the blood glucose levels in group B,group C and group D were significantly increased compared with group A(all P<0.01);after intervention,compared with group B,the blood glucose levels in group C and group D were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01);the intra-group comparison of blood glucose level between after modeling and after intervention found significant difference only in group C(P<0.01).The gastrointestinal propulsive rates in group B,group C and group D were significantly different from that in group A(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the gastrointestinal propulsive rates were markedly higher in group C and group D than in group B(P<0.01,P<0.01).The expressions of TMEM16A in group B and group C were decreased compared with group A(P<0.01,P<0.05);the expressions of TMEM16A in group C and group D were increased compared with group B(P<0.01,P<0.05).The fluorescence intensity of Ca2+was significantly lower in group B than in group A(P<0.01);the fluorescence intensity of Ca2+was significantly higher in group C and group D than in group B(P<0.01,P<0.05).ICaCC in ICCs in group B was significantly decreased compared with group A;ICaCC in group C and group D were increased compared with group B.Conclusion:EA at Zusanli(ST 36),Liangmen(ST 21)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)can significantly improve gastrointestinal motility in DGP rats by up-regulating the ICaCC in ICCs. 展开更多

We isolated cucurbitacinⅡa from the rhizomes of Hemsleya pengxianensis,and tested the cytotoxicity of cucurbitacinⅡa against various cancer cell lines by the sulforhodamine B assay(SRB).At the same time,we preliminarily found that cucurbitacinⅡa has a certain inhibitory activity on kinase CDK1/cyclin B,and shows potent inhibitory activities against many cancer cell lines.The cucurbitacinⅡa was structurally characterized by specific optical rotation measurement,high-resolution mass spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopic analysis.In addition,the molecular structure of cucurbitacinⅡa was further determined by X-ray single-crystal crystallography. 展开更多
