Background:Combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy was proposed as a therapeutic strategy for non-small cell lung cancer patients.Therefore,we performed a systematic review and metaanalysis of randomized controlled trials to assess effects of this combination therapy on non-small cell lung cancer.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Chinese patent medicine Kang’ai injection adjunct with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A randomized controlled study of the Chinese patent medicine Kang’ai injection adjunct with TP chemotherapy in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,WanFang Database,VIP Database,Sino-Med Database,PUBMED,EMBASE and Cochrane library was searched by computer.The literatures published from the database establishment to July 1,2020 were included in the search scope.After 2 evaluators independently evaluated and cross checked the quality of the study,Revman 5.3 was used to meta analyze the clinical effect of the Chinese patent medicine Kang’ai injection adjunct with TP chemotherapy on patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Results:A total of 1,370 lung cancer patients were included in 20 RCTs.The results of meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences between the 2 groups in clinical efficacy(RR=1.32,95%CI(1.20,1.44)),quality of life(RR=1.44,95%CI(1.32,1.57)),immune function(MD=0.53,95%CI(0.23–0.83)),adverse reactions(RR=0.49,95%CI(0.41,0.58)).Conclusion:The Chinese patent medicine Kang’ai injection adjunct with TP chemotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and has great prospects for further development.However,the quality of evidence was very low-to-moderate.Considering the poor quality of evidence,we are not very confident in the results.We look forward to more research and update results in the future and improve the evidence quality. 展开更多

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of cluster nursing intervention in preventing central venous catheter-related infection in intensive care unit.Methods:A randomized controlled study was searched from China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang,Chinese Scientific Journals Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed),PubMed,Embase and Cochrane library databases from the establishment to May 1,2020.Two reviewers independently evaluated and cross checked the quality of the study.Revman 5.3 was used to conduct the meta-analysis.Results:A total of 21 randomized controlled trials with 6,030 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of central venous catheter-related infection(relative risk(RR)=0.29,95%confidence interval(CI)[0.23,0.37]),the incidence of catheter plugging(RR=0.25,95%CI[0.16,0.39])and catheter prolapse(RR=0.18,95%CI[0.11,0.29])were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention could prevent central venous catheter-related infection in intensive care unit. 展开更多

Objective:To compare the safety and efficacy of Kang’ai injection combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The related control and randomized studies from 1966 to October 01,2022,were retrieved in the following databases:China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang databases,Value In Paper,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library.A comprehensive literature search was conducted in 7 electronic databases identifying all the relevant randomized controlled trials.Cochrane handbook 5.2.3 was applied to evaluate the quality of included trials,and the RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze data and assess the publication bias.Results:From the 16 studies reviewed,a total of 1,398 patients were included.Compared with docetaxel+cis-platinum chemotherapy alone,Kang’ai injection combined with docetaxel+cis-platinum chemotherapy showed significant effects in improving clinical response rate(RR:1.40,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.25,1.58)),quality of life score(Karnofsky score)(RR:1.53,95%CI(1.32,1.78)),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(RR:2.01,95%CI(1.43,2.83))and safety(RR:0.62,95%CI(0.54,0.71)),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Kang’ai injection may increase the therapeutic effectiveness,improve the quality of life,and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.These results require confirmation by further rigorously designed randomized controlled trials(PROSPERO registration number:CRD42020176917). 展开更多

Surface morphology and roughness are important parameters of surface quality of cold-rolled ultra-thin strip steel.In order to study the effect of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic work rolls on the surface roughness of SUS304 ultra-thin strip,ABAQUS finite element model calculation,3D laser profilometry,and other methods were adopted based on the physical characteristics of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic roll and 9Cr2MoV steel roll,like anti-flattening performance and oil wettability.The surface morphology and roughness of SUS304 ultra-thin strip rolled by different material work rolls under oil lubrication conditions were measured.The results showed that under the rolling force of 10 kN,the maximum flattening amount of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic roll was reduced by 35.14%compared to that of 9Cr2MoV steel roll.The reduction rate of SUS304 ultra-thin strip rolled by ceramic roll was 34.19%,while that rolled by steel roll was only 22%;Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic roll can further increase the number of alternating convex peaks and concave valleys in the rolled thin strip,reduce the profile steepness,reduce surface roughness,and enhance the planarization effect of surface micro-convex bodies,with improving surface quality and surface glossiness.Finally,the mechanism of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic roll significantly improving the surface roughness of rolled SUS304 ultra-thin strip was proposed. 展开更多

Scar formation seriously affects the repair of damaged skin especially in adults and the excessive inflammation has been considered as the reason.The self-assembled peptide-hydrogels are ideal biomaterials for skin wound healing due to their similar nanostructure to natural extracellular matrix,hydration environment and serving as drug delivery systems.In our study,resveratrol,a polyphenol compound with anti-inflammatory effect,is loaded into peptide-hydrogel(Fmoc-FFGGRGD)to form a wound dressing(Pep/RES).Resveratrol is slowly released from the hydrogel in situ,and the release amount is controlled by the loading amount.The in vitro cell experiments demonstrate that the Pep/RES has no cytotoxicity and can inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines of macrophages.The Pep/RES hydrogels are used as wound dressings in rat skin damage model.The results suggest that the Pep/RES dressing can accelerate wound healing rate,exhibit well-organized collagen deposition,reduce inflammation and eventually prevent scar formation.The Pep/RES hydrogels supply a potential product to develop new skin wound dressings for the therapy of skin damage. 展开更多

Nowadays,thermoelectric materials have attracted a lot of attention as they can directly convert heat into electricity and vice versa.However,while strenuous efforts have been made,those conventional strategies are still inevitably going to meet their performance optimization limits.For this reason,brand new strategies are badly needed to achieve further enhancement.Here,the roles played by magnetism in recent advances of thermoelectric optimization are concluded.Firstly,magnetic thermoelectric materials can just be treated like other normal materials because the use of universal optimization strategies can still get good results.So,it is not a situation which is all or nothing and the tactics of using magnetism for thermoelectric optimization can coexist with other strategies.Besides,through magnetic doping,we can introduce and adjust magnetism in materials for further optimization.Magnetism provides more possibilities in thermoelectric optimization as it can directly influence the spin states in materials.Furthermore,in the form of magnetic secondphase nanoclusters,magnetism can be introduced to thermoelectric materials to conquer the dilemma that the solid solubility of many magnetic ions in thermoelectric materials is too low to have any significant effect on thermoelectric properties.Finally,when exposed to an external magnetic field,topological materials can rely on its unique band structures to optimize. 展开更多
