We examined 66 H. pylori isolates from patients, including 30 patients with DU, 30 patients with CG, and 6 patients with GC. The cagA gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), the PCR product is about 324bp. IgG antibodies to H. pylori were present in the sera of all patients, which were detected by ELISA.展开更多
