To the editor:Paclitaxel is one of the most widely used chemotherapy drugs for treating several types of cancer,including lung,breast,and cervical cancers^(1,2).Clinical application of paclitaxel is closely associated with a serious adverse effect known as chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN),which affects 44%-98%of patients treated with paclitaxel,causing symptoms such as loss of sensation,burning or tingling sensations,abnormal pain,and difficulties in performing daily activities^(3).It is worth noting that the pathogenesis of CIPN remains unclear,and currently there is a lack of effective treatment strategies. 展开更多
