Herein, we present a very rare case of benign concomitant retroperitoneal intramuscular hemangioma and intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia, with the unusual presentation of lumbosacral plexopathy. After surgical treatment and rehabilitation, the patient recovered uneventfully. This case report should serve to remind physicians of the rare condition of a retroperitoneal tumor leading to a neurological deficit.展开更多
