为了让学生了解纳米材料的一般合成方法及灌输纳米材料的可控化合成理念,采用绿色合成方法液相还原法制备不同颜色的Cu_(2)O微米粒子。该实验以葡萄糖为还原剂,通过班氏试剂在碱性条件下进行反应,成功合成了不同尺寸和形貌的氧化亚铜溶... 为了让学生了解纳米材料的一般合成方法及灌输纳米材料的可控化合成理念,采用绿色合成方法液相还原法制备不同颜色的Cu_(2)O微米粒子。该实验以葡萄糖为还原剂,通过班氏试剂在碱性条件下进行反应,成功合成了不同尺寸和形貌的氧化亚铜溶胶,用生物显微镜对样品进行形貌表征,通过自制立方晶系晶体的形状模型探讨Cu_(2)O形貌控制机理,从而实现对其形貌和粒径的有效控制,并考查了Cu_(2)O作为可见光催化剂对有机染料亚甲基蓝的降解性能。本实验涉及纳米材料的合成、调控及应用,有利于培养学生的观察能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,同时,纳米材料应用于有机染料的污水处理中,对培养学生的环保意识和专业强国意识也有很大帮助。 展开更多

三聚氰胺是一种应用广泛的化工原料,但在摄入人体后会形成结石,对肾功能造成极大损伤。由于其含氮量高,常被不法商家添加在奶粉中以提高奶粉含氮量,因此在食品工业中三聚氰胺的定性定量检测十分重要。本研究利用超分子自组装的策略,以... 三聚氰胺是一种应用广泛的化工原料,但在摄入人体后会形成结石,对肾功能造成极大损伤。由于其含氮量高,常被不法商家添加在奶粉中以提高奶粉含氮量,因此在食品工业中三聚氰胺的定性定量检测十分重要。本研究利用超分子自组装的策略,以三聚氰胺与氰尿酸自组装作用为基础,利用亚甲基蓝作为反应指示剂,使用操作便捷的分光光度法对奶粉中的三聚氰胺进行定性和定量检测。本方法反应条件温和、颜色变化明显、检出限低、灵敏度高,也可拆分成多个环节实验,应用于不同学时的实验教学,是一个适合本科教学环境的新颖实验。 展开更多

Influenza is an acute respiratory infection caused by influenza viruses(IFV),According to the World Health Organization(WHO),seasonal IFV epidemics result in approximately 3-5 million cases of severe illness,leading to about half a million deaths worldwide,along with severe economic losses and social burdens.Unfortunately,frequent mutations in IFV lead to a certain lag in vaccine development as well as resistance to existing antiviral drugs.Therefore,it is of great importance to develop anti-IFV drugs with high efficiency against wild-type and resistant strains,needed in the fight against current and future outbreaks caused by different IFV strains.In this review,we summarize general strategies used for the discovery and development of antiviral agents targeting multiple IFV strains(including those resistant to available drugs).Structure-based drug design,mechanism-based drug design,multivalent interaction-based drug design and drug repurposing are amongst the most relevant strategies that provide a framework for the development of antiviral drugs targeting IFV. 展开更多

Fluorescent sensing for specific detection of berberine is an important issue in view of its potential jeopardization to food safety and human health,but remains less investigated.To the best of our knowledge,there is no fluorescence turn-on and ratiometric sensors available for specific detection of berberine.In this study,calix[4]carbazole(3)has been synthesized and its property of recognizing berberine ha s been evaluated by UV-vis,fluorescence,NMR,DLS and TEM techniques.The results show that 3 selectively recognizes berberine among the tested drugs and detects it with turn-on and ratiometric fluorescence due to their co-assembly nature.Moreover,3 is not only low toxic and can reduce toxicity of berberine to human normal liver L02 cell,but also can release berberine to tumor HepG2 cells at acid micro-environment.It therefore holds a great potential for further exploration。 展开更多
