Kinsenoside is a main active component isolated from plants of the genus Anoectochilus,and exhibits many biological activities and pharmacological effects,including hepatoprotective,anti-hyperglycemic,anti-hyperliposis,anti-inflammatory,vascular protective and anti-osteoporosis effects and so on,which is contributing to its promising potency in disease treatments.This review aims to recapitulate the pharmacological functions of kinsenoside,as well as its source,extraction,identification,quantitative analysis,pharmacokinetics,synthesis and patent information.The data reported in this work can confirm the therapeutic potential of kinsenoside and provide useful information for further new drug development. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Conventional therapies for primary plasma cell leukemia(pPCL)are usually ineffective,with a short remission time with the use of multiple myeloma medications,showing aggressiveness of pPCL.B-cell lymphoma-2 inhibitor venetoclax is usually used for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma(RRMM)with t(11;14).There are very few studies published on the use of venetoclax in pPCL without t(11;14).Similarly,histone deacetylase inhibitors are considered effective for the treatment of RRMM,but there are no reports on their use in pPCL.CASE SUMMARY A 57-year-old woman with severe anemia,thrombocytopenia,multiple bone destruction,impaired renal function,and 42.7%of peripheral plasma cells is reported.After multiple chemotherapy regimens and chimeric antigen receptor Tcell treatment,the disease progressed again.The patient had very good partial response and was maintained for a long time on venetoclax in combination with chidamide and dexamethasone therapy.CONCLUSION The success of venetoclax-chidamide-dexamethasone combination therapy in achieving a very good partial response suggested that it can be used for refractory/relapsed pPCL patients who have been exhausted with the use of various drug combinations and had poor survival outcomes. 展开更多

3D Geology Modeling from 2D Prospecting Line Profile Map

Using prospecting line profile map in combination with drilling and other information for 3D reconstruction of geological model is an important method of 3D geological modeling.?This paper?discusses the theory and implementation method of 2D prospecting line map into 3D prospecting line map and then into 3D model. The authors propose that it needs twice upgrading dimension to reconstruction 3D geology model from prospecting line profile map. The first upgrading dimension is to convert profile from 2D into 3D profile,?i.e.?the 2D points in the 2D profile map upgrading dimensional transformation to 3D points in a 3D profile. The second upgrading dimension is that transform 0D point 1D curve and 2D polygon feature into 1D curve, 2D surface and 3D solid feature. The paper reexamines contents and forms in prospecting line map from the two different viewpoints of geology and geographic information science. The process of 3D geology modeling from 2D prospecting map is summarized as follows. Firstly, profile is divided into several sections by beginning, end and drill point of the prospecting line. Next, a 3D folded upright profile frame is built by 2D folded prospecting line on the plan map. Then, 2D points of features on 2D profile are converted into 3D points on 3D profile section by section. And then, adding switch control points for the long line crossover two segments. Twenty-one benzoylated phloroglucinol derivatives bearing homoadamantyl frameworks were isolated from the aerial parts of Hypericum sampsonii,including two new ones named hyperisampsins N and O(1 and 2).The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by extensive NMR and mass spectrometric analyses.Their absolute configurations were further determined by using TDDFT ECD calculations.Compounds 2,7,and 8 were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against five human cancer cell lines,of which,2 and 8 exhibited significant cytotoxic activities toward HL-60 cell and moderate activities against others cell lines. 展开更多
