Background:This study aimed to investigate the potential of intratumoral microbiota,gut microbiome,peripheral blood T-cell subsets,and inflammatory markers as predictive biomarkers for antitumor efficacy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:This study observed patients with metastatic non-driver mutation non-small cell lung cancer who were initially diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University’s Department of Oncology from August 2021 to July 2022 and completed at least four cycles of chemotherapy combined with immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment.Lung biopsy tissues,fecal,and peripheral blood samples were collected from these patients.Based on the efficacy of the combined chemotherapy and immunotherapy,patients were divided into an effective group and an ineffective group.The tumor microbiota,gut microbiome,peripheral blood T-cell subsets,and inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups.The lung and fecal microbiota were analyzed using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing.Flow cytometry was used to detect T-cell subsets,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was employed to measure inflammatory factors.Results:A total of 21 patients were observed.There were significant differences in the tumor microbiota between the responsive and non-responsive groups,particularly the proportion of the genera Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas.The gut microbiome composition changed after treatment,but there were no differences between the two groups before treatment.There were no significant differences in T-cell subsets and inflammatory markers between the responsive and non-responsive groups.Conclusion:The composition of intratumoral microbiota in non-small cell lung cancer patients may serve as an indicator of response to chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy.The predictive value of gut microbiota,T-cell subsets,and inflammatory markers appears limited.Future research should further validate the predictive role of changes in gut microbiota on treatment outcomes. 展开更多

目的:观察近视性黄斑病变(MM)黄斑区形态结构和微循环的变化,探讨其相关性及对视力的影响。方法:病例对照研究。选取2016-10/2018-12于眼科检查的高度近视患者165例189眼,健康志愿者(正常对照组)154例154眼纳入研究。根据病理性近视荟... 目的:观察近视性黄斑病变(MM)黄斑区形态结构和微循环的变化,探讨其相关性及对视力的影响。方法:病例对照研究。选取2016-10/2018-12于眼科检查的高度近视患者165例189眼,健康志愿者(正常对照组)154例154眼纳入研究。根据病理性近视荟萃分析(META-PM)分类方法将患者分为M0组(分类0,41眼),M1组(分类1,53眼),M2组(分类2和分类3,52眼),近视脉络膜新生血管(mCNV)组(43眼)。所有受检者均进行OCTA检查。对比组间视网膜不同分层形态学参数和微循环指标的差异,形态学参数与微循环的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析,多元线性回归分析视力与其他参数的相关性。结果:M0组、M1组、M2组中心区全层视网膜厚度(FRT),外层视网膜厚度(ORT)均低于正常对照组(均P<0.01),M2组、mCNV组中心区表层视网膜血流密度(SVD)、深层视网膜血流密度(DVD)均低于正常对照组(均P<0.01);M0组、M1组、M2组、mCNV组旁中心区FRT、ORT均低于正常对照组(均P<0.01),M2组、mCNV组旁中心区内层视网膜厚度(IRT)、SVD、DVD均低于正常对照组(均P<0.01);M0组、M1组、M2组、mCNV组黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)、脉络膜毛细血管层血流密度(CVD)均低于正常对照组(均P<0.01)。近视性黄斑病变不合并CNV眼中心区视网膜及脉络膜血流密度与对应的视网膜脉络膜厚度呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,轴长(AL)、弥漫性或斑片状脉络膜视网膜萎缩是最佳矫正视力(BCVA)的影响因素(均P<0.01)。结论:近视性黄斑病变视网膜形态学改变早于微循环改变,且外层视网膜厚度改变早于内层视网膜厚度改变。中心区视网膜和脉络膜血流密度与对应的视网膜脉络膜厚度呈正相关。BCVA的影响因素主要为AL和近视性黄斑病变类型。 展开更多

背景肛周脓肿是一种常见的肛肠疾病,主要由肛腺感染引起,脓肿一旦形成应及时手术治疗.目前有多种治疗肛周脓肿的方法,但均存在一定的缺点,我们根据肛周脓肿发病的生理病理机制设计了一种新的手术方式-三间隙引流术,以最大限度保护肛门... 背景肛周脓肿是一种常见的肛肠疾病,主要由肛腺感染引起,脓肿一旦形成应及时手术治疗.目前有多种治疗肛周脓肿的方法,但均存在一定的缺点,我们根据肛周脓肿发病的生理病理机制设计了一种新的手术方式-三间隙引流术,以最大限度保护肛门括约肌功能,减轻患者痛苦.目的探讨三间隙引流术(three-cavity clearance,TCC)在腺源性肛周脓肿治疗中的有效性和安全性.方法以2017-01/2018-01在南京中医药大学第二附属医院肛肠诊疗中心收治的行肛周脓肿TCC的患者作为研究对象,以此建立队列;对照组选取同期行肛周脓肿单纯切开引流术的患者,以年龄差距5岁以内、性别相同且脓肿部位相同与实验组进行1:1配对,比较两组患者住院时间、创面愈合时间、肛瘘形成率及肛门失禁情况.结果每组各32例,共64例患者纳入本研究,三间隙引流组的肛瘘形成率为6%,明显低于单纯切开引流组(34.0%,P<0.01);三间隙引流组与单纯切开引流组均未出现肛门失禁的情况;两组的住院时间、创面愈合时间没有统计学差异(P>0.05).结论肛周脓肿TCC是一种安全的完全肛门括约肌保留的治疗肛周脓肿的术式,能有效降低术后肛瘘形成率,值得临床进一步推广和应用. 展开更多

目的探讨老年血液透析(HD)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与认知功能损伤的关系。方法通过蒙特利尔认知量表筛查患者认知功能,将患者分为认知功能正常组及认知功能损伤组。同时收集患者临床资料,比较两组患者的相关指标并通过多因素Logi... 目的探讨老年血液透析(HD)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与认知功能损伤的关系。方法通过蒙特利尔认知量表筛查患者认知功能,将患者分为认知功能正常组及认知功能损伤组。同时收集患者临床资料,比较两组患者的相关指标并通过多因素Logistic回归方法分析认知功能损伤与血清hsCRP关系。结果 119例老年HD患者,平均年龄(72.6±11.9)岁,认知功能损伤者79例,认知功能损害患病率为66.4%。两组患者年龄、受教育程度、糖尿病史、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白及血清hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归显示,年龄、教育程度、糖尿病、血清hs-CRP水平及贫血是认知功能损伤的影响因素(P<0.05)。以血清hs-CRP为变量对HD患者认知损伤诊断效能的ROC曲线下面积为0.812(95%CI:0.732,0.892),判定其发生认知损伤血清hs-CRP临界值为9.75 mg/L,其敏感性为70.9%,特异性为82.5%。结论老年HD患者认知功能损伤不仅与年龄、教育程度、糖尿病史及贫血相关。高血清hs-CRP也是认知功能损伤发生的独立危险因素,该指标可能成为预测认知功能损伤的有效指标。 展开更多

Chinese steel industry has made significant progress on reducing fresh water consumption and CO_2/SO_2/COD( chemical oxygen demand) /dust emissions,and improving comprehensive utilization of solid waste. Some steel companies have become topped worldwide. However,due to the large output quantity of crude steel,the whole steel industry is still a huge source of pollutants. At present,environmental protection standards are encountering challenges of lack of technical support,taxation policy and other issues. Steel industry is currently facing enormous environmental pressure. The development trends of environmental protection technologies were studied by summarizing different development stages. To realize the development targets,the industry needs to carry out its research with independent intellectual property rights,develop comprehensive management systems and establish ecological chain with other industries. This can not only raise the level of environmental protection in a broader range,but also improve the energy efficiency of iron and steel plants and increase added value of waste utilization. Finally,23 environmental protection technologies were proposed and 4 new environmental protection practices were studied. 展开更多

In the present study,we have prepared glutathione capped gold and platinum alloy nanoclusters(AuPtNCs)in a controlled way by employing the hydrothermal method and optimized through adjusting the ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,and time.Compared with the corresponding monometallic gold and platinum nanoclusters,the alloy nanoclusters’catalytic activity is improved dramatically in the oxidation of 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)in the presence of H_(2)O_(2).And the maximum velocity is calculated to be 106×10^(-8)M·s^(-1) for TMB as substrate,being much better than that of other reported metallic nanoclusters and nanoparticles.Further study shows that the high catalytic activity mainly attributes to the synergistic effect of gold and platinum.Besides,they have been applied to determine H_(2)O_(2)in the presence of TMB,which shows high sensitivity with a limit of detection(LOD)at 100 n M.The proposed method has been used to determine H_(2)O_(2)in milk and contact lens solutions,which shows very good recovery and exhibits high practical application potential.Therefore,the present study provides a new type of alloy nanoclusters with high peroxidase-like activity,which will inspire more research interests on doping and alloying with Pt to improve the catalytic activity of metal nanoclusters. 展开更多

Air quenched basic oxygen furnace steel slag (BOF-SS) is processed at very high cooling rate, which is expected to have different cementitious properties from conventional slowly cooled BOF-SS. For this purpose, the strength activity indexes of air quenched and slowly cooled BOF-SS are investigated. The results reveal that, under the specific surface area (S) of 490 m^2/kg, the compressive strength activity index reaches 1.24 after 28 days with replacement of 15% air quenched BOF-SS and reaches 1.05 after 28 days with replacement of 20% air quenched BOF-SS and 30%granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS). The cementitious activity of air quenched BOF-SS is obviously higher than that of slowly cooled BOF-SS, mainly because it contains more C3 S and glassy phases. 展开更多
