The cause of this disease is still unclear. Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms and imaging findings, it is often misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer. Clinicians are paying more and more attention to it. Case report: We are reporting an IgG4-RAIP case, in which the patient had been misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer and prepared for surgical treatment but finally was diagnosed as IgG4-RAIP after pancreatic biopsy and serum immune test. And the patient was recovered after the treatment of glucocorticoids. Discussion: In order to make more patients get correct diagnosis and reasonable treatment, when we encounter undiagnosed cases of pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer in clinical work, it is very important to conduct pancreatic biopsy and serum immune blood test before operation for these patients. Conclusion: Pancreatic biopsy and serum immune blood test can effectively reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis of IgG4-RAIP.展开更多

Big data, information analysis, and artificial intelligence (AI) havebecome the basis for making strategic decisions in many sensitive areas, such as fraud detection, risk management, medical diagnosis, and counter-terrorism. However, there is still a need to assess how terrorist attacks are related, initiated, and detected. For this purpose, we propose a novel framework for classifying and predicting terroristattacks. The proposed framework posits that neglected text attributes included in the Global Terrorism Database(GTD) can influence the accuracy of the model’s classification of terrorist attacks, where each part of the datacan provide vital information to enrich the ability of classifier learning. Each data point in a multiclass taxonomyhas one or more tags attached to it, referred as “related tags.” We applied machine learning classifiers to classifyterrorist attack incidents obtained from the GTD. A transformer-based technique called DistilBERT extracts andlearns contextual features from text attributes to acquiremore information from text data. The extracted contextualfeatures are combined with the “key features” of the dataset and used to perform the final classification. In particular, such challenges include intolerable delay, congestion in the core network, insufficient Quality of Experience (QoE), high cost of resource utility, such as energy and bandwidth. The aforementioned challenges originate from limited resources in mobile devices, the multi-hop connection between end-users and the cloud, high pressure from computation-intensive and delay-critical applications. Considering the limited resource setting at the MEC, improving the efficiency of task offloading in terms of both energy and delay in MEC applications is an important and urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the key objective is to propose a task offloading scheme that minimizes the overall energy consumption along with satisfying capacity and delay requirements. Thus, we propose a MEC-assisted energy-efficient task offloading scheme that leverages the cooperative MEC framework. To achieve energy efficiency, we propose a novel hybrid approach established based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) to solve the optimization problem. After entering space, gravity disappears due to the change of environment, and the mirror surface that has met the engineering requirements on the ground will change, seriously affecting the imaging quality. In order to eliminate the influence of gravity and to ensure the consistency of space and ground, gravity unloading must be performed. In order to meet the requirements of processing and testing for the large aperture space mirror in the state of vertical optical axis, a universal gravity unloading device was proposed. It was an active support and used air cylinders to provide accurate unloading force. First, the design flow of gravity unloading was introduced;then the detailed design of the mechanical structure and control system was given;then the performance parameters of the two types of cylinders were tested and compared, including the force-pressure relationship curve and the force-position relationship curve;finally, the experimental verification of the gravity unloading device was carried out;for a mirror with an aperture of ?2100 mm, the gravity unloading device was designed and a vertical detection optical path was built. The test results showed that by using this gravity unloading device, the actual processing surface accuracy of the mirror was better than 1/50λ-RMS, which met the application requirement of the optical system. Thus, it can be seen that using this gravity unloading device can effectively unload the gravity of the mirror and realize the accurate processing and measurement of the mirror surface. .展开更多

Here we report LA-ICP-MS U-Pb data of granitic rocks from the Hucun and Kengkou which show early Triassic ages of 242 ± 2 and 232 ± 3 Ma, respectively, representing their timing of emplacement. The dyke rocks are enriched in K, AI, LREE, Rb, Th, U, and Pb, and are depleted in Nb, Ta, St, and Ti. The rocks are characterized by highly fractionated REE patterns with (La/Yb)N ratios of 28.46 -38.07 with strong negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0,65-0.73). In situ Hf isotopic analyses of zircons from the Hucun granite yielded CHf(t) values of -13.9 to -6.4 and two-stage depleted mantle Hf model ages of 1.68-2.15 Ga, which indicate that the magma was formed by partial melting of the Paleo- proterozoic metasedimentary protoliths in the Cathaysia Block. The zircons from the Kengkou granite have eHf(t) values ranging from -40.7 to 31.5 and yield two-stage depleted mantle Hf model ages of 0.99 -2.49 Ga, indicating magma origin from a mixed source. The Hucun and Kengkou dykes, together with the Triassic A-type granites in SE China were probably generated during magmatism associated with crust-mantle decoupling along the convergent plate boundary between SCB and the Indochina Block.展开更多

The H7N9 virus has caused five outbreak waves of human infections in China since 2013. In the present study, a novel H7N9 strain(A/Guangdong/8 H324/2017) was isolated from a female patient with severe respiratory illness during the fifth wave of the 2017 H7N9 epidemic. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the H7N9 viruses collected during the fifth wave belong to two different lineages: the Pearl River Delta lineage and the Yangtze River Delta lineage. The novel isolate is closely related to the Pearl River Delta H7N9 viruses, which were isolated from patients in Guangdong Province. The novel H7N9 isolate has an insertion of three basic amino acids in the cleavage site of hemagglutinin(HA), which may enhance virulence in poultry. The 2017 isolate also possesses an R292 K substitution in the neuraminidase(NA)protein, which confers oseltamivir resistance. This study highlights the pandemic potential of the novel H7N9 virus in mammals;thus, future characterization and surveillance is warranted.展开更多

Huang of China. Its morphological data and mt DNA sequences(Cyt b) were analyzed. Morphologically, C. huangshanensis Yang, BW Zhang & Li, sp. nov. is different from its congeners(C. anhuiensis and C. attenuata) by the body and skull smaller in size and the premolar and molar smoother, which are also different from other Southeast Asian Crocidura. The phylogenetic analysis shows that all individuals of C. huangshanensis Yang, BW Zhang & Li, sp. nov. merged into a single clade. In addition, the genetic distance between C. huangshanensis Yang, BW Zhang & Li, sp. nov. and other species of Crocidura is ranged from 9.8% to 15.3%, indicating a species-level divergence. The new species is currently distributed in the Wild Monkey Valley, located in Mt. Huang, China.展开更多

文摘In the context of global degradation and loss of natural wetlands, waterbirds have been increasingly using artificial wetlands as alternative habitats. However, waterbirds are facing various threats in these artificial wetlands, due to dramatic environmental changes induced by anthropogenic activities.Exploring the effects of these changes on the temporal dynamics of the waterbird communities can help understand how waterbirds adapt to environmental changes and thus formulate effective management and conservation plans. In this study,we carried out field surveys on waterbirds and environmental factors across 20 subsidence wetlands created by underground coal mining in the Huainan coal mining area in the breeding seasons of 2016 and 2021.We predicted that the waterbird assemblages(i.e.,number of individuals, species richness,Shannon-Wiener diversity,Pielou evenness and species composition) differed between the two years, and that these differences were correlated with the temporal changes in environmental factors.Across the surveyed wetlands,we recorded 26 waterbird species in 2016 and 23 in 2021.For individual wetlands, the number of waterbird individuals and species richness increased by 71.6% and 20.1%,respectively,over the five years, with no changes in Shannon-Wiener diversity and Pielou evenness. The overall increase in the number of bird individuals was mainly caused by an increase in vegetation gleaners and gulls that adapt well to anthropogenic activities. The species composition was significantly different between the two years, which was mainly caused by changes in the number of individuals of dominant species under influence of changes in human activities. For most wetlands, the temporal pairwiseβ-diversities could be explained by species turnover rather than nestedness, probably due to high mobility of waterbird species and dramatic changes in local environments. Our study suggests that waterbird communities could respond to environmental changes in subsidence wetlands, providing important implications for waterbird conservation in human-dominated artificial wetlands.

文摘The granitic dykes in the Badu Group, Zhejiang Province, South China provide important insights on tectonic setting and crustal evolution of the South China Block (SCB) and the Indochina Block during Triassic. The Hucun and Kengkou dykes, together with the Triassic A-type granites in SE China were probably generated during magmatism associated with crust-mantle decoupling along the convergent plate boundary between SCB and the Indochina Block.

文摘Diabetic patients often have problems such as residual tumor and wound infection after tumor resection, causing severe clinical problems. It is urgent to develop effective therapies to reach oncotherapy/antiinfection/promotion of wound healing combined treatment.Herein,we propose CS/MnO_(2)-GO_x (CMGO_x)nanocatalysts for the specific catalytic generation of ~·OH to inhibit tumors and bacteria in a hyperglycemic environment. The good biocompatible chitosan (CS),as a carrier for the catalyst, exhibits excellent antibacterial effect as well as promotes wound healing.Glucose oxidase (GO_x) is loaded on the surface of CS nanoparticles to generate H_(2)O_(2) and gluconic acid by consuming glucose (starvation therapy,ST) and O_(2).The MnO_(2) depletes glutathione (GSH) to produce Mn^(2+),amplifying oxidative stress and further promoting the activity of Mn^(2+)-mediated Fenton-like reaction to produce~·OH (chemodynamic therapy,CDT)in weak acidic environment. Moreover, the produced gluconic acid lowers the p H of the environment, enhancing chemodynamic therapy (ECDT).The tumor cells and bacteria are efficiently eliminated by the synergistic effect of ST and ECDT.The MnO_(2) nanoparticles at neutral environment decomposes H_(2)O_(2) into O_(2),which cooperate with CS to promote healing. The self-enhanced cascade reaction of CMGO_x in situ exhibits excellent effects of antitumor/antibacterial therapy and promotion of wound healing, offering a promising integrated treatment for diabetic patients after tumor surgical resection.

文摘The costs and benefits of group living are not evenly distributed among individuals that occupy different spatial positions within a group(central or peripheral). However, the definitions of central and peripheral positions may artificially mask the true dynamics of cost and benefit of individuals.Using wintering foraging Greater Whitefronted Geese(Anser albifrons)flocks as our study system,we measured individual spatial position within a flock as distance to the flock edge.First,we tested the effects of distance to edge on the antipredation cost and foraging benefit of individual goose using generalized linear mixed models(GLMMs).Flock size and number of neighbors and their interactions with distance to edge were included as fixed effects in GLMMs.Then we used piecewise regression to determine the threshold value of distance to edge to classify central and peripheral individuals. Our results indicated distance to edge significantly affected percent of time spent on vigilance(vigilance time),percent of time spent on foraging(foraging time)and intake rate(pecks/min),whereas other factors had no effects. We found that the critical distance that predicted changes in behavior was around 2.5 m.Birds 2.5 m or less from the edge of the group were more vigilant, and had less efficient foraging than more central individuals.Behavioral differences between central and peripheral individuals were more easily detected when the birds were classified by the method introduced in this study than by the traditional minimum convex polygon method. Our research provides researchers a dichotomous classification scheme that places individuals into peripheral and central positions from an individual's perspective.

文摘Conversion of natural environments to human-modified landscapes is continuing at an unprecedented rate, exerting fundamental influences on global biodiversity.Understanding how wildlife communities respond to landscape modifications is critical to improve biodiversity conservation in human-dominated landscapes. In this study,we surveyed bird communities in three common habitats(i.e.,farmland,village,and forest)in the southern Anhui Mountainous Area during summer(August 2019)and winter(December 2020).The diversity metrics and species compositions of the avian communities were compared among the habitats, and the effects of land use composition in these habitats were tested.During the field surveys,we recorded 7599 birds of 120 species along 45 line transects of 1km in length. The land use compositions differed among habitats, and land use diversity was the highest in villages and lowest in forests. The species richness and bird abundance in the two human-dominated habitats(i.e.,farmland and village)were higher than those in forest in both seasons.Bird species composition also differed across habitat types in both seasons.Bird species feeding on vertebrates, fish and carrion, and species feeding on plants and seeds were mainly found in habitats with less construction lands and lower land use diversity, while omnivorous species and species feeding on fruits and nectar or on invertebrates were less affected by these two variables. The indicator species analysis showed that most species associated with forest feed on invertebrates, while species feeding on plants and seeds were more correlated with farmland and village. The results indicated that the conversion of natural habitats to human-dominated landscapes has pronounced impacts on bird communities in the study area.Human-dominated habitats harboured more avian species that deserve conservation attention.Meanwhile, bird conservations should not be relaxed in forests because there were more than 20 species that had a high specificity for forests.

文摘Pathogenic H7N9 influenza viruses continue to pose a public health concern. This study highlights the pandemic potential of the novel H7N9 virus in mammals;thus, future characterization and surveillance is warranted.

文摘In this study, a new species of white-toothed shrew, Crocidura huangshanensis Yang, BW Zhang & Li, sp. nov. was described based on five individuals collected from the Mt. Huang, China.

文摘Cleft lip and/or palate(CLP)are the most common craniofacial malformations in humans.Speech problems often persist even after cleft repair, such that follow-up articulation training is usually required. However, the neural mechanism behind effective articulation training remains largely unknown. We used fMRI to investigate the differences in brain activation, functional connectivity, and effective connectivity across CLP patients with and without articulation training and matched normal participants. We found that training promoted task-related brain activation among the articulation-related brain networks,as well as the global attributes and nodal efficiency in the functional-connectivity-based graph of the network. Our results reveal the neural correlates of effective articulation training in CLP patients, and this could contribute to the future improvement of the post-repair articulation training program.

文摘Personality has been observed in a variety of animal taxa with important implications in ecology and evolution.Exploring the influence of environmental temperature during early life on personality could help to understand the ontogeny of this phenotypic trait in animals. In this study,we reared newborn mosquitofish Gambusia affinis at high(30C)and low(25C)water temperatures and measured their shyness and exploration upon sexual maturity. We tested the repeatability of each behavioral trait;the correlation between them;and the effects of rearing temperature, sex, and body length on the behaviors. When growing up at low temperatures, female fish exhibited repeatability in shyness and exploration, and males exhibited marginal repeatability in shyness. However, neither of the 2 behaviors were repeatable when the fish were reared at high temperatures. There was a negative correlation between shyness and exploration, indicating that the 2 behaviors comprise a behavioral syndrome in this species.Mosquitofish reared at high temperatures were more explorative than those reared at low temperatures, while there was no difference in shyness between the 2 treatments.Body length and sex had no significant effects on the average values of the 2 behaviors. The results indicate that environmental temperature during early life could shape the personality of mosquitofish and modify the average of the behavioral traits. These findings might provide insights to understand the ontogeny of animal personality and how changes in environmental temperature influence animal dispersal by shaping their personality.

文摘Top-down attention mechanisms require the selection of specificobjects or locations;however, the brain mechanism involved when attention is allocated across different modalities is not well understood. The aim of this study was to use functional magnetic resonance imaging to define the neural mechanisms underlyingdivided and selective spatial attention.A concurrent audiovisual stimulus was used, and subjects were prompted to focus on a visual, auditory and audiovisual stimulus in a Posner paradigm.Ourbehavioral results confirmed the better performance of selectiveattention compared to devided attention. We found differences in the activation level of the frontoparietal network,visual/auditorycortex,the putamen and the salience network under differentattention conditions. We further used Granger causality(GC)toexplore effective connectivity differences between tasks.Differences in GC connectivity between visual and auditory selective tasksreflected the visual dominance effect under spatial attention. In addition, our results supported the role of the putamen inredistributing attention and the functional separation of the saliencenetwork. In summary,we explored the audiovisual top-down allocation of attention and observed the differences in neuralmechanisms under endogenous attention modes, which revealedthe differences in cross-modal expression in visual and auditory attention under attentional modulation.
