In this paper,the user interface of tractor cab real-time information management system was designed. Based on the principle of "user friendly",it reasonably arranged spatial position of information manageme... In this paper,the user interface of tractor cab real-time information management system was designed. Based on the principle of "user friendly",it reasonably arranged spatial position of information management system according to spatial distribution of tractor cab. Then,it analyzed operation habits and thinking ways of drivers,and formulated design principle meeting demands of drivers. Besides,it used LabView software to design user interface,including interface layout and interface design. User interface includes basic information interface,job information interface,camera monitoring interface,and fault diagnosis interface. Finally,it made evaluation of the user interface from color,indicator lamp,dial,and pointer. Results indicate that the designed user interface layout conforms to cognition mentality and operation habits and easy to get familiar and grasp; graphical interface is vivid and easy to stimulate pleasure of drivers in operation; interface color matching is coordinated; the layout of controls is hierarchical and logic,and operating mode is consistent with Windows system. 展开更多

Effect of Transplantation in Different Seedling Age on Growth and Yield of Spring Maize in Shanxi Early Mature Area

In order to explore a new mulch-free maize planting mode and the best seedling age for maize transplantation in Shanxi early mature area,a field experiment was carried out using completely randomized block design. Taking mulch based direct sowing as the control group,effects of transplantation in different seedling age on maize growing process,plant height,yield and composition factors of maize were analyzed.Results indicate that growing process of maize seedlings transplanted in different seedling age is slightly slower than the control group. Transplantation has the effect of reducing plant height. Although the yield of transplanted maize in different seedling age is lower than the control group. Besides,with the growth of seedling age of transplantation,the gap is widening. However,it is expected to realize mulch-free maize planting by transplantation in Shanxi early mature area. The yield of maize transplanted in two-leaf seedling age is not significantly different from the control group,and the yield is only 9% lower than the mulch-based direct sowing( CK). In conclusion,two-leaf period is the best seedling transplantation age for maize in Shanxi early mature area in this experiment condition. 展开更多

In order to explore a new mulch-free maize planting mode and the best seedling age for maize transplantation in Shanxi early mature area,a field experiment was carried out using completely randomized block design.Taking mulch-based direct sowing as the control group,effects of transplantation in different stage on maize growing process,plant height,three-ear leaf area in mature period,and yield and composition factors of maize were studied.Results indicate that growing process of maize seedlings transplanted in every stage is slightly slower than the control group.Transplantation has effect of reducing plant height and three-ear leaf area in mature period.There was no significant difference between the yield of maize transplanted on May 1st and the control group,and the yield declined only by 7% compared with mulch-based direct sowing(CK).Damages to maize seedlings by the local late frost must be noticed when maize is planted by the method of mulch-free transplantation in early mature area.Transplanting the seedlings earlier after the late frost is deemed as an appropriate period in this area. 展开更多

Oligodendrocytes(OLs) are myelinating glial cells that form myelin sheaths around axons to ensure rapid and focal conduction of action potentials. Here, we found that an axonal outgrowth regulatory molecule, AATYK(apoptosis-associated tyrosine kinase), was up-regulated with OL differentiation and remyelination. We therefore studied its role in OL differentiation. The results showed that AATYK knockdown inhibited OL differentiation and the expression of myelin genes in vitro. Moreover, AATYKdeficiency maintained the proliferation status of OLs but did not affect their survival. Thus, AATYK is essential for the differentiation of OLs. 展开更多

We investigate the impact of political uncertainty in the context of the upper echelon theory.Using provincial-level data of polit-ical leaders in China over the period 1995–2015,we take a two-step approach to first examine the impact of top leader teams’(TLTs)traits on productivity and,second,to test if such leadership effects vary with political uncertainty.We find that TLTs’educa-tion,generally a driving force behind productivity,is less effective during the period of high political uncertainty.TLTs’work experi-ence positively contributes to productivity,which is strengthened under high political uncertainty.TLTs’career ambition leads to higher productivity,but such an effect attenuates when political uncertainty is high.Finally,TLTs’political positions negatively con-tribute to productivity and the effect is barely affected by political uncertainty,suggesting a disconnection between political posi-tions and economic outcomes. 展开更多
