适应原植物是一类能非特异性地增强人体抵抗力的药用植物。目前对其内服起效研究较完善,但在皮肤外用上的作用功效及机制相关研究仍较少。本文基于文献计量学及专利分析,发现适应原植物作用于皮肤的功效聚焦于延缓衰老方面。并综合文献... 适应原植物是一类能非特异性地增强人体抵抗力的药用植物。目前对其内服起效研究较完善,但在皮肤外用上的作用功效及机制相关研究仍较少。本文基于文献计量学及专利分析,发现适应原植物作用于皮肤的功效聚焦于延缓衰老方面。并综合文献分析进一步推测其共性机理可能为直接作用于皮肤中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)参与的类中枢下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴);或是直接作用于皮肤细胞中激活抗氧化防御系统,抑制氧化应激造成的细胞损伤。本研究能为适应原植物在皮肤健康领域中的应用提供理论基础。 展开更多

The green mirid bug Apolygus lucorum is an agricultural pest that is known to cause damage to more than 150 plant species.Here,we report the transcriptomes of A.lucorum at three different developmental stages(the second and fifth instar nymphs and adults).A total of 98,236 unigenes with an average length of l,335 nt was obtained,of which 50,640 were annotated,including those encoding digestive enzymes and cytochrome P450 s.Comparisons with cotton bollworm and cotton aphid transcriptomes revealed distinct features of A.lucorum as a mesophyll feeder.The gene expression dynamics varied during development from young nymphs to adults.The high-quality transcriptome data and the gene expression dynamics reported here provide valuable data for a more comprehensive understanding of the physiology and development of mirid bugs,and for mining targets for their control. 展开更多

Cyber attacks are emerging threats in the Internet of Things applications,and power systems are typical cyber attack targets.As one of the most essential operation functions,frequency control is threatened by cyber intrusions,and the existing centralized control mode cannot effectively address cyber risks.In this study,a new distributed cyber-attack-tolerant frequency control scheme is designed.The distributed control mode also serves as a convenient tool for attack identification.The designed cyber-attack-tolerant frequency controller adopts the idea of passive fault attenuation,thus simplifying the design procedure.With the aid of graph theory and consensus techniques,distributed integral based and model predictive control(MPC)based controllers are designed.Compared with the integral type,the MPC-based controller can simultaneously improve the dynamic responses and the tolerance ability under attack.The proposed controller is validated via an IEEE benchmark system,and the effectiveness of its application in actual power systems is verified. 展开更多

The immune responses and the function of immune cells among asymptomatic severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2)infection cases,especially in immuno‐compromised individuals,remain largely unknown.Here we present a case of asymptomatic SARS‐CoV‐2 infection that lasted for at least 67 days.The patient has administrated Thymalfasin as 1.6 mg per dose every other day from Day 45 to 70,plus 200 mg per dose Arbidol antiviral therapy three doses per day from Day 48 to 57.Throughout the infection,no anti‐SARS‐CoV‐2 specific IgM or IgG antibodies were detected.Instead,the patient showed either a low percentage or an absolute number of non‐classical monocytes,dendritic cells(DCs),CD4^(+)T cells,and regulatory T cells(Tregs),which may account for the clinical feature and absence of antibody response.This case may shed new light on the outbreak management related to control/prevention,treatment,and vaccination of SARS‐CoV‐2 and other virus infections in immunocompromised individuals. 展开更多

目的:探讨联合粪便免疫化学检测(FIT)和高危因素问卷调查(HRFQ)初筛出需行结肠镜检查者的结直肠癌(CRC)筛查方案应用于中国的可行性。方法:2015-2016年间,我们对中国广州市天河区45岁以上居民进行了一项CRC筛查项目。所有筛查对象均接受... 目的:探讨联合粪便免疫化学检测(FIT)和高危因素问卷调查(HRFQ)初筛出需行结肠镜检查者的结直肠癌(CRC)筛查方案应用于中国的可行性。方法:2015-2016年间,我们对中国广州市天河区45岁以上居民进行了一项CRC筛查项目。所有筛查对象均接受FIT检测和HRFQ调查,作为初筛。对于FIT阳性和/或HRFQ调查结果考虑存在高危风险的受检者,我们推荐其行进一步结肠镜检查。结果:共计10074名居民纳入CRC筛查项目,其中17.5%的受检者FIT阳性,19.4%经HRFQ调查被认为具有高危风险。经推荐,有773名受检者接受了进一步的结肠镜检查。该筛查方案对非腺瘤性息肉、低危腺瘤、高危腺瘤和CRC的总体阳性预测值分别为4.9%、11.4%、15.9%和1.6%。其中,FIT阳性结果对上述四种病变的阳性预测值分别为5.2%、15.9%、22.5%和2.5%,HRFQ阳性结果分别为4.1%、10.2%、14.3%和1.4%,FIT和HRFQ均为阳性结果的阳性预测值分别为4.5%、16.4%、23.7%和2.8%。结论:我们的两步法CRC筛查策略(FIT和HRFQ阳性者行进一步结肠镜检查)可有效发现早期CRC。鉴于对CRC和腺瘤较的高检出率和阳性预测值,该筛查方案可继续用于我们这项大规模CRC筛查项目的后续研究。 展开更多
