【目的】探讨参苓白术散对代谢综合征(MS)大鼠的治疗作用及机制。【方法】将40只大鼠分为正常组(10只)和造模组(30只)。造模组大鼠采用高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养方法构建MS模型。将造模成功的21只MS大鼠随机分为模型组(7只)、中药组(7只)、...【目的】探讨参苓白术散对代谢综合征(MS)大鼠的治疗作用及机制。【方法】将40只大鼠分为正常组(10只)和造模组(30只)。造模组大鼠采用高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养方法构建MS模型。将造模成功的21只MS大鼠随机分为模型组(7只)、中药组(7只)、西药组(7只),正常组纳进大鼠9只。中药组给予参苓白术散水煎液灌胃,西药组给予盐酸二甲双胍生理盐水溶液灌胃,正常组和模型组给予等体积的生理盐水灌胃,治疗时间为4周。给药结束后,检测大鼠体质量、腹围、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、脂肪酸(FFA),计算稳态模型评估的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、肥胖指数、Lee’s指数;酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素8(IL-8);实时定量聚合酶链反应(QPCR)法检测肝脏NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)mRNA表达;苏木素-伊红(HE)染色法观察肝脏病理变化。【结果】与正常组比较,模型组大鼠体质量、腹围、肥胖指数、Lee’s指数、SBP、DBP、FPG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA、HOMA-IR、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-8水平均升高,HDL-C降低,肝脏NLRP3、TLR4、NF-κB m RNA表达水平均升高,HE染色结果显示肝脏脂肪变性和炎性细胞浸润;中药组上述各指标较模型组均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且与西药组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】参苓白术散可以有效改善MS大鼠糖脂代谢障碍、胰岛素抵抗,减轻肝脏脂肪变性和炎性细胞浸润,其机制可能与抑制炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1、IL-8释放及炎症反应相关基因NLRP3、TLR4、NF-κB mRNA的表达,进而减轻炎症状态有关。展开更多

Asymmetry of the photodetachment of F−by few-cycle circularly polarized infrared laser fields is studied by using a nonperturbative quantum scattering theory.The asymmetry of photoelectrons emitted to a pair of two op...Asymmetry of the photodetachment of F−by few-cycle circularly polarized infrared laser fields is studied by using a nonperturbative quantum scattering theory.The asymmetry of photoelectrons emitted to a pair of two opposite directions for low laser peak intensities is found and the dependence of the asymmetry on the laser peak intensity is investigated.It is found that the asymmetry degree varies with the carrier-envelope(CE)phase as a sine-like pattern.The asymmetry degree,the value of the maximal asymmetry degree and the value of the CE phase corresponding to the maximal asymmetry degree vary with the laser peak intensity dramatically.At higher laser intensities,the asymmetry is still distinctive for relatively-long few-cycle pulses.It provides a possible means to measure the CE phase of laser pulses at lower intensities.展开更多

After using some testing and analysis methods, such as the double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXRD), the photolumineseence(PL) spectra, etc, it is found that the issue which influences PPC in n-type GaN is not relative to the dislocations and yellow band (YB), and is caused by the doping level of Si most likely.展开更多
