目的了解江苏省社会组织参与国家艾滋病防治基金(China AIDS fund for non-governmental organizations, CAFNGO)项目整体情况,促进其更积极主动参与艾滋病防治工作。方法读取CAFNGO项目管理信息系统2016—2020年社会组织每季度填报的数...目的了解江苏省社会组织参与国家艾滋病防治基金(China AIDS fund for non-governmental organizations, CAFNGO)项目整体情况,促进其更积极主动参与艾滋病防治工作。方法读取CAFNGO项目管理信息系统2016—2020年社会组织每季度填报的数据,对资料进行整理和分析。结果 2016—2020年,江苏省有11个设区市的社会组织参与139个项目,其中女性商业性工作者(female sex workers, FSW)干预类项目25个(17.98%),男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men, MSM)干预项目59个(42.45%),吸毒者干预项目4个(2.88%),HIV感染者和患者(people living with HIV,PLWH)随访管理和关怀救助类项目51个(36.69%)。MSM HIV抗体阳性率由2016年4.52%下降至2020年3.13%,累计HIV抗体阳性1 748例,阳性率3.81%。2017—2020年,成功转介抗病毒治疗人数占HIV抗体阳性数的83.82%(1 145/1 366)。对8 964例PLWH开展了随访管理和关怀救助,8 868例(98.93%)符合抗病毒治疗条件,其中接受抗病毒治疗8 732例(98.47%),完成病毒载量检测6 553例,病例病毒载量检测<1 000拷贝/ml 6 376例(97.30%)。结论 CAFNGO支持江苏省社会组织工作成为艾滋病防治领域的重要内容,应发挥社会组织工作的自主性与积极性,进一步预防艾滋病传播。展开更多
This paper reports the synthesis, properties and structure of (NH_4)_(12)[Cu_3(H_2O)_3(SbW_9O_33)_2]· 11H_2O. The compound was prepared by the depolymerization reaction of (NH4_)_(18)[(NH_4)Sb_9W21O_(86)]. nH_2O,which was proposed firstly as a method of preparing new heteropoly tungstoantimonate(Ⅲ). Its properties were characterized by IR, Raman, UV-VS spectra, TG-DTA thermal analysis, and X-ray single ctystal analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic, with space group D_(2h)^(16)-Pnma. The crystal data are: a=15.423(4), b=19.307(6), c=30.275(6), V=9015.0~3, Z=4, Dc=3.881 g/cm_3. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least squares method to a final R factor of 0.064 for 2652 reflections collected at room temperature. The heteropoly anion contains two a-B-SbW_9O_(33) subunits joined by three square-pyramidal CuO_4(OH_2).展开更多
文摘目的:探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC),信号强度比(signal intensity ratio,SIR)在腰椎骨质疏松定量评价中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年10月接受双能X线吸收(dualenergy X ray absorption,DXA)骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD),腰椎常规MRI扫描和DWI扫描检查的腰椎疾病患者175例。根据DXA骨密度T值分为骨质疏松组(64例)、骨量减少组(53例)、骨量正常组(58例)。测量比较3组腰椎L_(2)-L_(4)的ADC、SIR值;分析ADC、SIR值与BMD的相关性;采用受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线分析ADC,SIR值对腰椎骨质疏松与骨量减少,腰椎骨质疏松与骨量正常及腰椎骨质疏松的鉴别诊断价值。结果:3组ADC、SIR值比较差异均有统计学意义(F=41.386、37.114,均P=0.000);骨质疏松组ADC值低于骨量减少组、骨量正常组(t=3.540、9.069,P=0.001、0.000);骨质疏松组SIR值高于骨量减少组、骨量正常组(t=5.083、8.523,均P=0.000)。Spearman相关性分析显示:ADC值与BMD呈正相关(r=0.313,P=0.004);SIR值与BMD呈负相关(r=-0.589,P=0.000)。ROC曲线分析显示:ADC、SIR诊断腰椎骨质疏松骨量减少的曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC),敏感度,特异度分别为0.742,89.1%,52.8%和0.729,89.1%,50.9%(均P=0.000);ADC、SIR诊断腰椎骨质疏松骨量正常的AUC,敏感度,特异度分别为0.815,100.0%,50.0%和0.856,65.6%,93.1%(均P=0.000);ADC、SIR诊断腰椎骨质疏松的AUC,敏感度,特异度分别为0.78,89.1%,51.4%和0.795,50.0%,94.6%(均P=0.000);均有一定诊断价值。结论:ADC、SIR能够较好地反映腰椎疾病患者BMD情况,可对骨质疏松的椎体进行定量评价,二者水平对腰椎骨质疏松具有重要的辅助诊断作用。
